Genießen Sie die schönen Sonnenaufgänge und die Aussicht von diesem erstaunlichen ein Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer Ocean Front Condo. Vier können untergebracht werden, da das Wohnzimmer ein Sofabett für zwei weitere Gäste hat.
Das Anwesen wurde komplett renoviert mit Granitplatten, Marmorboden und ist voll mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um eine tolle Zeit zu haben.
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören Pool, Jacuzzi, Feuerstelle, Fitnessraum, Tennisplatz, etc. Ganz zu schweigen von den kilometerlangen Sandstränden!
Der Komplex befindet sich neben allem, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Banken / ATM, Bus / Taxi und viele Aktivitäten. Sie können direkt am Strand angeln und surfen, aber Sie können auch einen kurzen Spaziergang zu einem Wasserfall durch den "Arroyo", der direkt neben dem Gebäude liegt, planen. Pferde sind auch verfügbar.

We enjoyed the great views,the multiple decks and the king sized bed. It was also nice to have a water filter on the sink and the washer/dryer. The month stay there was great!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in Erika's condo. We were a little worried at first as there is noise from the road but it was not a real issue. You can hear the road from everywhere in the tourist corridor. You are right on a beautiful beach and you can walk for miles. Lots of great restaurants close by and you can easily walk to the 2 big grocery stores in San Jose del Cabo. Great pool areas and never a problem to get a chair. We would stay here again.

Rather Disappointing

It took over an hour to check in because we were provided an incorrect code and the door lock battery was dead. The suite smelled musty, the towels were stained and smelly, the bathroom sink and shower head we’re mildewy, the kitchen utensils were like something you’d take camping and the bed was hard as a rock. Unfortunately, the large balcony overlooks the highway. Other than this, the pools and other public amenities were awesome. The resort is located on an absolutely beautiful stretch of beach!

Dear guest, we are very sorry to hear your comments. The unit has been renovated in most of its amenities. Yes, we had a mistake and provided a wrong password, we were very sorry for that and we responded as fast as we could to solve this problem. The battery was 80%, we showed that to you. It was not dead. We are very sorry that you decided to see the negative side of things, towels were clean, but your opinion was that they smelled bad, something that we again, tried to make you happy with and took the towels to laundry AGAIN. We brought new dish towels, new kitchen utensils, but we cant provide everything new to each new guest that we receive. The bed mattress was completely new and it’s one of the things guests love, and our big terrace is an extra thing that only 6 apartments in the whole condominium have. This terrace has full ocean view sight and on the other side it is the highway. It is a large balcony, and goes from one side of the apartment to the other side. Probably you expected, as you mentioned to us, a suite, something that we do not offer at all and that we don’t describe as a characteristic of our place. If you wish to stay at a hotel suite, with the same location (less privacy of course), next to us it is Krystal Hotel, a 4 star hotel, of course price is double plus taxes. However, as with all guest, we take your comments as valuable as always and we will surely know how to address the things that can make us better for our next guest.

It was okay

The the Mykanos grounds were very clean, pools were extremely clean, however our condo unit was substandard. We seems to be in a constant cycle of maintenance, with A/C repairs, painting of our ceiling due to repairs, ceiling panels left open and exposed into the attic. And of course the local workers that accessed our room during the day. We had to call and have them spray for small gnats/ bugs that were on the counters, getting into my pastries, and in the refrigerator. And to top it off the bed was so hard we had to pile all the extra comforters on top so we wouldn’t wake up with sore backs, necks and hips- And we are only in our early 40s :( meh….

Nice complex in good area

The unit is a smaller one bedroom unit with 3 exterior balconies. It has everything you need. The unit was clean for the most part upon check in but they did not clean out the refrigerator and I was not about to use someone's left over milk or cheese. The condo complex is very nice with a nice gym, tennis courts and pools. You feel very secure here. I would suggest renting a car because there is nothing really within walking distance. We would Uber into the town center of San Jose Del Cabo and that was a $3-4 Uber ride, it is a $17 Uber ride to Cabo San Lucas. You can walk to the two large supermarkets but it is a 20 min walk and you will not want to do the walk coming back with groceries. Prices overall in the Cabo area are much higher than mainland Mexico. If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry because many locals speak English but if you speak some Spanish that is a bonus. Weather was perfect, warm during the day and cool at night.

Erika was very easy to communicate with. There were several maintenance issues the most serious of which she handled within hours. Mykonos is an amazing property. This is our 2nd time staying in Mykonos and the resort staff is incredible.....

Great spot-every thing is as it appears. You don’t need a car as you can walk to a lot of places

You can can walk to a lot of place and take an Uber-there is this great El Merkado where it houses all different food for you to choose from-we went there on Nov 1st and there was a live band. The place was empty when we stayed-it might have been because all elevators were out of order-we knew this before hand and just got a lot of steps in. The pools are great-the have a beach entry-hot tub was so nice and the beach was nice-you have to be a good swimmer to tackle the waves and undertow. We went to Flora Farms and the Acre-well worth the visit and a short Uber Drive. We also went on a Food Tour in Cabo-Juan Taco Tours-worth every penny-you will get to eat where the locals do and we had a tequila tasting-the tour was in Cabo San Lucas-you can Uber or take the bus in-the spot is right outside across the street. If you do go into town-go to Uno Mas-a bar outside and in the middle of the square-order a Screw Up. Zippers is a cute bar just down the beach-go for drinks not the food. You can walk to Starbucks-but go a little farther up and you will find a little coffee shop/wine shop. We thought the best coffee was at the grocery store and they give you 2 pastries with it. Great vacation-make sure you get all the information from Erika because we didn’t hear from her once-we didn’t know the number of the the unit and emailed her several times-but nothing -the staff there helped us up-everything you need is in the condo-beautiful weather all the time.

My wife and I travel to San Jose twice a year. We love it there. The condo was very nice. There is a bus stop right out front so we found no need to rent a car. The condo is near the highway so some may complain about traffic noise but it never bothered us at all. The condo is a corner condo with doors that open on the side and facing the ocean so there was always an incredible breeze. Only two of the hottest days did we even need air conditioning. We are very hot natured so many people may not have even needed it. The only things we found less than perfect was the light switch and ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work but with the breeze we didn't miss it at all. Also, if a person wants to use a hair dryer, we never found one in the condo. My wife bought a cheapo hair dryer and left it in the condo for others to use in the future. All in all, we would stay in this condo again without any hesitation.

We are a mexican couple. We own this beautiful apartment, which has become mainly our place to rest. Since we don´t live there fulltime, we accommodate our special place to receive guests who we know, will enjoy our little place next to the Pacific Ocean.

Today there are no affordable places to be next to the ocean. This unique place has it all. A beautiful ocean view where we sit by the balcony to watch whales pass, two great pools a quiet place to rest it is also next to many places like restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, surf sports, and more, without the overwhelming side of being downtown where more traffic and noise is going on. We love our home and we hope that you will love it too.
