Der Wohnbereich verfügt über lange, lichtdurchflutete Fenster, ein Plüsch-West-Elm-Sofa, Lederliegestühle, einen Holzofen und einen 60-Zoll-Wandfliesen-Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel, On-Demand-HBO, eigenen Roku / Apple. The property is conveniently located near downtown Sonoma and offers a charming and relaxing atmosphere, which we truly appreciated.However, we did encounter a couple of concerns during our stay. The pool was not prepared upon our arrival—it had not been cleaned, and the water temperature was not warm as described. Additionally, we were uncomfortable with the presence of a Ring camera in the pool area, as it felt intrusive and detracted from the overall sense of privacy.

Great house, great location. We had ample room for everyone, kitchen was well stocked and most areas were recently upgraded. Pool (in summer) was lovely warm due to cover. The best part was we were walking distance to so many restaurants and shops around the main square area. Lots to do and eat.

We had a wonderful time staying in this well located home just two blocks from the main plaza, the property was very peaceful. Great pool for our group - not for swimming laps but for cooling off in after a day exploring the local area.

Four of us went for a girls’ week to celebrate our 60th birthdays. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It was also great that there was a king bed in each of the four bedrooms. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the line of year, but that back yard was lovely. Deer visited outside the house daily, which was an unexpected bonus. The host was also exceptionally communicative. Check in was easy. The only “issue” is that the bed was a little squeaky. I would definitely come back to the House on Broadway.

Had a great stay at this property! The home was very clean and well equipped. The location was AMAZING, we had so much fun walking into downtown Sonoma each day but still feeling private and tucked away. Communication was quick with the management company. One thing I asked about was if there was a portable crib there, they weren't sure the answer to that - there WAS. So if you're looking to book with a baby, you'll be good to go.

It’s pretty walkable to coffee and a few restaurants, and a super short drive to anywhere else in Sonoma. We loved how it felt very private without being far away. The house itself is decorated nicely and is very spacious. The primary bathroom shower is a bit difficult to get hot enough and we had some trouble turning on the fireplace. But aside from those small hiccups, our stay was perfect!

The kitchen and dining area were very large with everything we needed to make meals. We also used the gas grill one night. The walk to the Sonoma Square was easy! My only wish was that the pool was ready to be used. It was not heated and had not been cleaned out. But the host is very responsive, so I recommend discussing that beforehand if you plan on using it.

Perfect Downtown Sonoma getaway

We loved the property. Everything was clean and orderly, all linens lovely, kitchen equipped well. Very convenient and beautiful location. Only two suggestions: 1) Could you replace the coffee maker with a pod style coffee maker? Or add one. Pods are so much cleaner, and easier, and less noisy for other guests. I know they aren't totally green, but have other advantages. 2) Could you put the microwave on the counter above where it is, or on a shelf, replacing one of the other decorative shelves. It's hard to see and use for older people. Other than that, pure perfection. Thank you.

Good Location, OK amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very good location if you are wanting to walk around. Also really fun with deer coming right up to your door. That was a sweet surprise for us.We were pretty disappointed with the “cheapness” of the property. It’s been remodeled, but many of the last steps were missing and just unfinished. A long with that, all of the soaps (hand, shampoo, dish, etc) had been watered down. Not what you expect when you pay this amount to stay at a place.
