- Maximum Occupancy: Please respect the guest count listed in your reservation.
- Sonoma also has a no amplified outdoor sound policy, meaning outdoor speakers or music systems are not permitted.

What a delightful, special place to briefly call home. The interior space is incredibly warm and inviting and the backyard is simply magical. While it was a great place for just two of us to relax while having work done on our own home - I could easily envision this being a perfect place for a multi-couple weekend getaway. Plus it’s a very convenient location for all the activities nearby.Thanks to Ashley who was super to work with, and a great communicator. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place to enjoy Sonoma and surrounding areas! This home is just like photos. We had everything we needed (ie kitchen supplies, towels, etc), and clean. We did not use the hot tub but the pool guy came the morning after we checked in and made sure it had clean water, correct chemicals, etc. The chickens are adorable! We got a few eggs for breakfasts. Overall it was a great choice to spend a few days with friends!

We stayed at this beautiful home for my sister’s bachelorette and absolutely loved it! The house was perfect for our group of seven — spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was a dream. We had such a great stay! The place is big and comfortable. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The guest suite cottage was nice for a couple or family to have their own separate space. Beautiful property. I liked the privacy of a fully fenced in property. The kitchen was excellent and very spacious. In fact the whole house was spacious. The outdoor spaces were great and the landscaping was well manicured. I brought my dog and he loved running around and playing outside. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 days over New Year's. Unfortunately, we ran into a few problems, but Ashley did her best to take care of them. The hot tub wouldn't heat, the propane tanks were empty, and because of a cold snap, we had trouble warming the house. The house and guest cottage were very nice, and the property is large with nice gardens. Our best "find" was the Valley Swim Club, a restaurant only a 1/2 mile away with amazing food, and plenty of seating.

Property is a great location for proximity to Sonoma and Napa. Beautiful aesthetic and lots of space for everyone. The chickens and egg collection was a highlight of the stay. Each room has its on ceiling (AC/Heat) unit controlled by remote which allows for individual temperature preference. We did have several non working appliances (Fridge, microwave and oven) in the main kitchen during our stay. Would have been a 5 star without issue. Host was responsive and I would recommend property once fixed.

The property was perfect for us. 6 adults and 2 under 2! the backyard and chicken coop kept the boys entertained. Thank you for all the outside toys, they played with it all. I loved the kitchen window that looked out to the yard. The step into the living room was worrisome but we were warned from the listing description. The only issue we had was that the shower in the main house did not give out hot water, that really sucked but we made do.

I spend a lot of time in Sonoma and have fallen deeply in love with the rhythm of life here: slow mornings, incredible food, world-class wineries, and evenings that end around a fire pit with a glass of local wine.

My goal as a host is simple—to create a place where guests can truly unwind and enjoy the best of Wine Country. Whether you're here for a wine tasting weekend, a family getaway, or a relaxing escape from the city, I want Arnold Estate to feel like your own private retreat in Sonoma.
