Property was just what we were looking for. House was comfortable, clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen essentials and just over all necessities. The private pier was very nice for fishing and the view was gorgeous. Loved it!

We had a great time with our stay. The host was very helpful and communicated well. The view outside our windows of the coast was beautiful. The sunrise was breathtaking. We will be back to stay here again soon

Our Host Tim was top notch. Great view from the second story deck. The area was peaceful and pleasantly landscaped with fair maintenance. The parking was sufficient if not hosting many guests. The condo was clean with plenty of hot water and great air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Everything you could reasonably need was available. Two flights of stairs to the condo had motion lights to help see the way at night, the handrails could use just a bit of cleanliness attention where birds have been staying rent free and uninvited. Very comfortably furnished condo - I would rent this one again in the future.

The condo was perfect for our group of 4. It was very comfortable, clean and the location of the condo balcony faced right at the bay. Loved seeing the sun rise from the water each morning. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. And thank you to our host who was very accommodating. Would definitely like to return.

This is our 4th summer in a row to stay at this condo. Tim is a wonderful host. The condo is comfortable and cozy with gorgeous views of the bay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and meal prep. On site laundry is convenient, especially for families with kids. The pool is spacious and clean and the pier is great for fishing or just taking a leisurely stroll. The Rockport/Fulton area is our favorite coastal getaway!

It was a great location and very quiet, easy check in. The owner Tim was very responsive to our questions quickly and without any delay.. You have to go to the office to get a form to access the pier and get a code at the time of check in if you want to fish or walk to the end of the pier.

The view was amazing and place was perfect for a quite get away. Loved the fishing and sitting on deck with beautiful view. The host was so accommodating and friendly. We did not want to leave and he was so nice. with working with us to stay extra night to enjoy the rental. Thumbs up! Above our expectations, was what we were so wanting and needing. Thank you!
