Das Agriturismo Pelletiere Estate ist ein eleganter und luxuriöser Weinort. Das Farmhouse befindet sich in privater Lage und ist von Weinbergen umgeben. Es liegt in einer abgelegenen, doch günstigen ländlichen Straße, eingebettet in die Ausläufer des Willow Creek Districts im Herzen von Paso Robles bekanntem Westside.

Dieses zweieinhalb Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Bauernhaus verfügt über eine charmante Küche mit einem Kaffee-Service-Insel, Frühstücksecke, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und eine zeitlose Vintage Herd-Backofen. Sowohl das Esszimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer verfügen über französische Türen, die auf die weitläufige private Terrasse mit Blick auf unsere Weingüter führen und Sie dazu einladen, den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen, während Sie ein Glas des außergewöhnlichen Weines unseres Weinbergs schlürfen! Die raffinierte rustikale Einrichtung und der gemütliche Kamin werden Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen.

Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer eins hat ein Queen-Size-Polsterbett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche drapiert. Schlafzimmer Zwei hat ein Doppel-Size-Daybed mit einem zusätzlichen ausziehbaren Doppelbett und Französisch Türen, die in einen geheimen Garten führen. Das Erdgeschoss ist mit einem großen Badezimmer ausgestattet, das eine schöne weiße U-Bahn-Fliesen-Dusche / Badewanne und flauschige Badetücher bietet. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (Schlafzimmer drei) verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett in üppigen Bettwäsche, schöne handgefertigte zurückgewonnenen Holzmöbeln und einem gemütlichen Fensterplatz mit leckeren Kissen, mit Blick auf unsere Weinberge. Das Bad im Obergeschoss ist geräumig und verfügt über eine große Mosaikfliesen-Dusche, einen Doppelwaschtisch und Spa-ähnliche Badetücher. Ansichten von unserem Weingut können aus jedem Blickwinkel genossen werden!

Inklusive, WLAN, Sat-TV, Gasgrill, voll ausgestattete Küche, flauschige Bademäntel, Handtücher und luxuriöse Bettwäsche. Ein schöner geheimer Garten und ein großer Spaziergang durch Speisekammer / Schlammraum, ideal zum Verstauen von Weinkäufen, Gepäck, Kühlern, Fahrrädern oder anderen sperrigen Gegenständen.

Das Weingut gehört Pelletiere Estate, einem Premium-Produzenten von italienischen Rebsorten. Verkostungen für Farmhouse Gäste beinhalten eine geführte Verkostung mit unserem Winzer und Besichtigung des Anwesens mit Geschichte und Design. Verkostungen sind nach vorheriger Reservierung möglich und sind kostenlos bei einem Kauf von zwei Flaschen pro Person oder $ 15. 00pp.

Peaceful Winecountry Retreat

The farmhouse was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views were amazing of the vineyards. The vineyard cats were great company as we enjoyed evenings on the deck looking out on the vines. Truly an enjoyable stay!

A beautiful stay in a beautiful place.

We had a house reserved for our stay in the Paso area and last minute the owner cancelled due to some insurance issues. What we thought was a horrible turn of events actually was a blessing, as a quick search for another house landed us at Janis'. The Farm House on the vineyard is a beautiful home, inviting, warm, comfortable, private and luxurious. The perfect place to unwind in the perfect environment. The wine tasting with Janis was amazing as well. You won't go wrong staying here!!!

GLORIOUS!

This is a great vacation house. The location couldn't be better, close to wineries, surrounded by vineyards yet close to town and easy to find. The house itself is so comfortable, and stylish....We didn't want to leave!! Thank you Janis for the hospitality and the WINE...it was the best of our trip!!!

Perfect Rain or Shine Get-Away

This lovely home is even lovelier than the photographs suggest. We enjoyed walking through the vines, gathering in the living room, having lunch on the outside patio, playing games in the dining room, and snuggling into the beautiful linens on the just-right beds. An added bonus was the vintage range, which works like a charm. Oh, and the wine! We hope to visit again soon.

Fabulous Farmhouse and Winery – Unique and Stunning in Every Way

We had the most wonderful three day stay at this unique and stunning property. The Farmhouse is truly one of our greatest finds - it was absolutely spectacular. We had wonderful days touring the wineries and savoring every second of this beautiful home. The deck was amazing to sit in during the mornings, fabulous décor inside to relax in and stunning in every corner. Cooked great meals on the stove and out on the barbeque – stunning views from literally every window. Janis was the loveliest and Pelletiere wines amazing. We can’t wait to return.

It was a great space, well designed, conveniently close to wineries including the vineyards in the backyard! Host was most accommodating with small requests including our unexpected late arrival. Would definitely go back so much so I don't know why I'm writing this glowing review for others to book it up, never mind I take it all back - you should avoid this property at all costs ;)

A Must Stay in the Heart of Paso Wine Country

Stunning farmhouse, quiet, private, endless charm with the most beautiful views in the very heart of Paso wine country. A must stay if you want a true Paso experience on a working winery. Beautifully furnished, spacious with every detail accounted for - and breathtaking views all around. This is our second stay at the property - make sure to stroll the vineyard early morning and as the sun goes down at dusk. The views from the very top of the property are breathtaking. Make sure to book a tasting - the experience was one of the best along with the wines! (Thank you Kristen!) You'll feel at home from the minute you arrive. Thank you for giving us more amazing memories to share.

Lovely vineyard property!

My family stayed here over the weekend and loved this property. If you dream of sitting on a porch looking over peaceful vineyards this is the place for you! The home has wonderful decorative touches for a very welcoming and relaxing feel. We loved our cuddles with “grey kitty” while sitting on the quiet patio (even “orange kitty” warmed up to us), star gazing in the evening, morning walks by the vines, wine tasting at nearby vineyards as well as Pelletiere...plus dinner and shopping downtown. The kitchen has a wonderful vintage feel with the oven to go along with the farmhouse vibe, I was a little scared to use the oven but it was actually quite cool and efficient! Janis is a great host and made us feel so welcome.

Another Amazing Stay!

My husband and I came across the Farmhouse while looking for a change of scenery in June 2020, and it exceeded our expectations. It was so special, we wanted to experience it again and share it with our loved ones. We spent a wonderful 4 days/nights in the Farmhouse to celebrate our 10th anniversary and our parents' 55th anniversary. Janis is an amazing host, the winery is stunningly beautiful and peaceful, and the Farmhouse is the perfect mix of cozy and chic. The only issue is that the time always flies by too quickly. We rarely go back to the same place twice (so much to see/do, so little time), but would happily make the Pelletiere Farmhouse an annual treat!

Pelletiere Vineyard guesthouse

We spent 6 weeks at this beautiful location. The guest house is tastefully appointed and wonderfully comfortable and Janice was most attentive to all details. The master bedroom , on the 2nd floor, looks out over the hilly vineyards, we felt that we were in Tuscany. We rose to a gorgeous sunrise and bird symphony and the distant bleating of the 3 sheep in residence. The sheep were a big plus for us, we miss them. This home has a nice big deck overlooking the vineyard perfect for lunches and evening gatherings and the wines this vineyard produces are another big plus.....her Nebbiolo most memorable. We have done VRBO'S though the years all over the world and this was one of our favorites!

Loved our stay!

We love this farmhouse! We've stayed before and will go back again--it's beautifully furnished, very comfortable with a view out every window. The house is next to the Pelletiere tasting room, but it's far enough away that you are not disturbed by visitors. Janis, the owner is very accommodating, and if you need anything, she'll bring it to you. We loved taking walks up through the vines and watching the sunset in the evenings. When the weather is warm you can open the French doors and sit out on the deck and watch the world go by. And then, of course, there are the goats--Vio, Sangio & ? who come and visit--and then there's the wine. It's a lovely place to stay. The only downside is you can't use the fireplace or drink the water, but the wine more than makes up for that!

Tastefully updated farmhouse

Love, love, love the indoor/outdoor living space in this rental. Large French doors connect a beautiful living room to a huge outdoor deck with comfortable furniture surrounded by a large flat (well manicured) lawn. All of this overlooks the vineyard and surrounding rolling hills for a perfect country escape setting. All the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms very well updated (as good as any home renovation TV show). We loved sampling the Italian Wines, 50 feet away, that are produced on this property. Easy access to another 50+ wineries in the surrounding hills and excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive. 30 min. over to Cambria or Morro Bay to walk on the beach (including off leash dog friendly areas). We found a self serve dog wash right at Morro Bay so we could leave the sand behind. Visit the darling little town of Harmony if you get a chance. It has a live glass blowing workshop and great pottery shops. We find treasures to buy every time we visit. Our host was gracious and helpful, but does not live on site, so we didn’t feel “watched”. The house is dog friendly, but it is on a working farm. So you should expect to have your dog(s) under control at all times. We would love to stay here again, and so will you.

A slice of heaven in Paso Robles! A stunning home, breathtaking views and an outstanding winery!

When you drive through the gates of the Peletierre Winery/Farmhouse, you immediately know you’re in a very special place! The proprietor, Janis, greets you with her welcoming smile and invites you to join her in the tasting room. We enjoyed a flight of her wines, produced by Janis and a well known wine maker, Amy Butler - and when I say enjoyed, I mean savored every sip as these are truly exceptional wines. We bought a case of everything we tried and were excited to join the Peletierre wine club! Now, onto our stay at the Farmhouse. As we stepped into the kitchen of the Farmhouse, we immediately felt at home and in love with it. Janis thoughtfully provided us a bottle of her Zinfandel, which we enjoyed that evening as we prepared a family dinner “at home” that night. The home is well layed out for four people to enjoy themselves, while also feeling as if they have privacy. The dining room has a long wooden table with seating for 6, with French doors leading to a deck with seating - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day, watching the sun set behind the mountains and estate vineyards. The living room is beautifully decorated, and is warm and inviting. Leather sofas and chairs face another set of French doors to the deck overlooking acres of vineyards, and the outdoor “living room”. Throw blankets of various sizes/textures are found throughout the house, which is not only visually delightful, it ensured we were cozy as we sat and read or chatted about our fabulous day of wine tasting. Carefully curated personal touches throughout the home, make it feel like you’re staying in your best friend’s home. Each bedroom is well put together and absolutely beautiful. Again, the design is well thought out, inviting and cozy. The master bedroom is expansive, with views of the estate vineyard from two windows. Two chairs on the other side of the bed, allow for a couple to relax, read and enjoy some quiet time before bed. On the other side of the stairwell there is a gorgeous master bathroom with double sinks, a large shower and plenty of natural light. The Turkish towels provided by Janis were intriguing and we loved reading about them in the framed description. This home continued to delight us throughout our memorable stay in Paso Robles. We are still talking about it, and plan to make the beautiful Peletierre Farmhouse and Winery a regular weekend getaway, and our annual post holiday family gathering!

Charming week in Paso!

The property is situated on vineyard with postcard sunsets. Such a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend the day. My wife and I look forward to our next visit to Paso Robles and another stay at the Farmhouse!

Great Location and Fun For All!

I chose this beautiful property for our celebration of my mom's 80th birthday and it did not disappoint! The location is magnificent: from the vineyards that surround the property to the sunrise and sunsets each day, what a visual treat! Inside the Farmhouse was pure comfort (with the exception of the two metal framed leather arm chairs!) The largest bedroom upstairs was spacious, provided abundant storage for clothes and luggage. The staircase is painted black and the light fixture wasn't working which made navigating up or down the stairs a bit difficult. The two bedrooms on the main level were modest in size and were very comfortable with cozy beds and linens. The bedroom with the daybed does not have any place to store your clothes, a small chest of drawers would be a nice addition. The two bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with essential provisions. I LOVED the old range in the kitchen! We utilized the kitchen everyday for breakfast before we set out to wine taste and we came back each day and prepared wonderful dinners each night. From dining in the spacious dining room or on the deck outside the family room, it was perfect for the four of us. It would have been especially nice to be able to operate the fireplace as we did have rain and the ambience would have been splendid. All in all, we would love to visit this special property again, Janis was so easy to work with and we appreciated her lovely Farmhouse.

Great stay in the heart of wine country

Pretty hard to find a beautiful winery property to yourself. This place is exactly what you’re looking for when coming to Paso. The House is perfect and Janis is a great host. The wines are awesome as well! Highly recommend!
