Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property in good location up on a hill. We had been advised that driveway was steep in advance (they weren’t kidding!). Beautiful home. Well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, but if you’re short or have knee or hip problems, I suggest bringing a small step stool as they are high off the floor & a bit of a climb (!)Well equipped kitchen & laundry room. We were visiting Paso Robles to see the Sensorio lights. We really lucked out since the rain stopped at noon that day & held off until we got back. The sunset was spectacular & the lights were very impressive & beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained all day Saturday so we weren’t able to do much siteseeing in town. The Wi-Fi was very iffy (probably due to the storm) all day. Fortunately we had a box of DVD’s with us. We really needed more lights in the living room & dining room (there was only 1 large ceiling light between both spaces) making the house feel a little gloomy & making it very difficult to read or play cards. The furnace worked really well & we were very cozy (although from the looks of the floor registers a visit from Stanley Steemer might be considered in the near future). We were lucky enough to watch a deer come up the driveway the next morning!Except for the rain, enjoyed our weekend very much.

Home was clean and functional. There were 3 of us so nice to have separate bedrooms and enough sinks in the bathrooms. Two queen beds were pretty firm—king was much more comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked but could use a stainless steel fry pan for those who don’t do nonstick. All in all met our expectations based on reviews we read.

Great location, close to downtown

The house had plenty of room and well laid out. Great location to downtown and wineries. Our only complaint would be is the upkeep could be a bit better, and the master bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced, which is unfortunately common for VRBO properties.

We loved the Spanish decor and open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen. We wore socks in the house and by the end of each day the bottoms were black from the floors, the house could use a heavy mopping or steam cleaning of the floors. But other than that we loved the property and had a wonderful stay!

Amazing house

What a joyful stay?! Walking distance to the downtown with all the restaurants and shops. But far enough to enjoy deers while drinking your morning cup of coffee. Central location to all the best wineries and the beach. House is super clean and well stocked. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Basically all you need to pack is a toothbrush:) definitely recommend

The living room has no curtains or blinds on the glass sliding doors so at night it’s a little scary. We were welcomed by a beautiful family of deer every day resting by the front steps. The girls loved that. The BBQ didn’t work very well, it never heated over 250 so we had to cook indoors, but that was fine because the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed.
