A great vacation getaway.

Stylish and comfortable condo with all the accoutrements you need for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool at Winter Park is amazing. The owners are very accommodating and communicative. Was just as described in the listing.

Time spent in paradise

We just came back from staying a month at this condo. It was very nice and the location was fantastic, 5 mins to 5th Ave and less than 10 mins to the beautiful beaches of Naples, Florida. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I may have had. The pool was great as well!

Clean, quiet, convenient!

APRIL 2018 Nice size 2 br 2 ba with all the supplies, amenities and comforts of home. Very clean rooms with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet, cannot hear outside activities. Beautiful huge pool. Condo is conveniently located near Publix and other stores in the same plaza. Also, minutes to Downtown, Historic District, Old Naples and Beaches. Owners are very pleasant and quickly attentive to your needs. Looking forward to staying there again. Tony

A wonderful, relaxing stay with all the amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed, with lots of extras. It even had a rollaway single bed we took advantage of when our boys decided they didn't want to sleep in the same queen bed. We took great advantage of the beach chairs, pool/beach toys, and beach umbrellas. The owners were very attentive and responsive to all our questions. The only issue we had was finding the pool. Once we realized there were two parts to the complex and the pool was in the other half, we made great use of it. We highly recommend this condo!

We will update the guest book with directions and location of the pool. There is a leisurely walkway to get to the pool from our condo or 1 minute drive. A Touch of Home

I must extend my heartfelt thanks to the gracious hosts Alex and Alla for allowing us to stay in their lovely home. The vacation rental was lovelier than shown in the photos, super clean and all the amenities including great cookware for the days you don't feel like going out. The quality of the mattresses were so great we were tempted to sleep in on many occasions. The neighbors were extremely friendly and kind especially the lovely Argentinian lady next door....interesting story that was... one day she needed a boost to start her car which we gladly gave of course and later in the day when we came back from our day out she was waiting for us with a Costco pizza as a thank you, I said that certainly was not necessary as we were glad to help but she insisted and so we accepted, such a good and kind soul ...anyway I digress. To cap this review off let me say that I value integrity in my personal and business relationships and therefore I am honored to have had this opportunity to rent from Alex and Alla whose honesty and care speaks volumes about them as people. If I need another break from this hectic world I certainly would rent from them in a heart beat and there you have it. What are you waiting for, try them out! Kindest Regards, Bronco

Great condo, great location

We stayed for a month and loved it. The condo is well-equipped and beautifully furnished. The pool is big and relaxing. We enjoyed being so close to pickleball, grocery stores and excellent restaurants. We definitely plan on returning. Thanks.

Home away from home, great location

We spent a couple of months in Naples. The house had everything we needed to live for that time with kids while we worked from home. The apartament is close to everything, really. Great location, close to downtown and the beach. Alla was always nice and helpful. Would like to come back.

Magnifique condo

My wife and I spent the entire month of April 2019 in this beautiful condo. It is very large, with two large bedrooms and the furnishings and decor are tasteful and in excellent condition. He is very well equipped, he lacks nothing. We have rented various condo several times throughout the US and Europe, and I can confirm that it was the best equipped. The environment is welcoming and calm. It is a few minutes drive from the city center and the beautiful beaches of Naples. Naples is without a doubt one of the most beautiful city in Florida, quiet, safe and enjoys a wonderful climate. Alla is a very nice person to do business with. Beautiful condo

I stayed here for a business trip for a few months. It was quite comfortable and roomy! I appreciated that the condo was close to Publix and several restaurants. The resort style pool was the best part of the stay! There is a nice walking path behind the complex that will take you directly to the pool and tennis court area. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer inside the unit. The kitchen is ideal for cooking and includes stainless steel appliances. The landlord is very hospitable and responds quickly to correspondence. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay there again!

Luxurious Condo with Pool

I traveled to Naples for work. My stay consisted of working 12-14 hours a day. Since, I spent most of my time within the condo writing reports I needed to feel comfortable. The condo was the perfect place to work in comfort. When I walked into the condo it was very large and open concept in appearance. There was a beautiful Kitchen with newly renovated cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The place was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed the King size bed and furnishings. The Master Bathroom had an excellent shower with matching water pressure. The swimming pool was very large and had many areas to lounge. Although there were several neighbors surrounding the condo, it was very quite and restful. The condo is located within 15 minutes from the ocean, which I went to frequently and saw dolphins swimming near the pier. The Condo Owners were extremely nice and allowed me to use their fishing poles and beach chairs (thanks!).. Here is a winner folks! - Paul

An enjoyable week at this Condo

We rented this condo with our two kids (3yro and 6mths) for a week and had a lovely stay. The condo is super clean and well equipped with all thats needed especially in the kitchen. The beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, etc) were also very useful. Our son really enjoyed the small floatie and used it everyday at the beach and pool. We mostly went to the beach but the pool is also very nice and big. The condo is conveniently located close to everything. Alla was very helpful and always available if we needed her. We hope to rent this condo again in the future.

Relaxing with tropical weather

Great weather in October. Not too much traffic. No reservations required at restaurants. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Beautiful heated pool. Beautiful updated condo with lanai. Close to mall.

Enjoying the "high season" in Naples!

Winter Park was a great fit for our first "high season" in Naples. The development is located ideally for easy access to wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and many interesting places to visit. The large pool at Winter Park while a bit of a walk was great. There was always plenty of room for lounging in either the sun or shade, which ever you wished. This unit was very comfortable with a well equipped and updated kitchen, comfortable living room and 2 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit met our expectations and then some. The owners were great to work and checked in to make sure things were going well during our stay.
