Lori and Bob are fantastic hosts everything was immaculate and very welcoming.Everything we could have needed was there for us. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and have all intentions of returning. All the neighbors were very friendly and helpful in finding locations to check out. We stayed Dec 2018 and January 2019. Great location close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and the beach. Lots of extras in the unit like bicycles, beach chairs & umbrella, tennis rackets and pool toys. We had a fantastic time and felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property. Fabulous Property and Location

I stayed here 2 months and honestly, this condo is wonderful; beautifully equipped and furnished (the photos really don’t do it justice). I found it very quiet and spent many evenings reading on the lanai. The pool is huge and heated and whilst there were always people to chat to, it was never crowded. Location is ideal, 5 minute drive from downtown with a supermarket and pharmacy minutes away. I hardly drove whilst there and used the bikes provided to get around, it was so easy. The host was great to deal with and without doubt I would stay here again.

Great holiday!

The condo is located in a very nice community. We could enjoy ourselves in spite of the terribly hot weather. It was our first time in Florida in the summer and we were really shocked at the heat. The air conditioning in the condo was a blessing. We had some little issues with the internet and a shower head but Lori was always there to help us solve them. The property is as advertised and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only regret, which is more to do with Naples than the condo itself, was that most of the beach parkings are reserved for residents only, and in the few streets that will allow visitor parking, you must pay U$5 per hour. We didnÂŽt mind that much because we just went to the beach a couple of times as it was so hot, we preferred to enjoy the swimming pool, which was awesome! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place

My wife and I stayed here for a month in mid September and I cannot tell you what a lovely stay it was her. The owners were extremely accommodating, hospitable and extremely helpful. The unit was immaculate, all the amenities that you could ask for and more, especially having use of the beach gear and the bikes, wow, really a nice touch. Everything in the unit was where it needed to be and then some. The communication was excellent and responses were extremely prompt making the rental process and experience seamless and reassuring. This was the second time for us at this complex and the first time with these lovely owners and hoping to have many more occasions in the future. My wife and I are also extremely enamored of Naples and especially with all the great people we have befriended at this complex, always a smile, a wave and many great conversations in and around the beautiful pool. The weather of course is marvelous, plenty of beaches to access and day trips to experience. The only down side was us having to leave eventually, if you would like to experience the beauty and serenity of Naples then this place is a great retreat and the owners make it really feel like home, thanks so much for allowing us to stay here and for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect summer in Naples!

My family stayed here for three weeks this summer. We vacation in this area often and this was one of our favorite stays. The owners were so nice to work with and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs- 2 adults and 2 children. The grounds were also very well maintained. As parents we liked the location- very close to downtown Naples, the pier, and beaches. The kids loved the huge pool after a day at the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and shopping nearby- we love Publix and Oakes Farms on Davis Blvd. which has fantastic seafood, organic products, meats, deli, hot food bar, and pastry shop. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby if you don't. Even the people around the condo complex were very friendly. If you are staying for an extended time the location of the condo is fantastic. You can easily do some day trips to the Everglades to see the gators and manatees, Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs (we love Coconut Jacks restaurant), Fort Myers Beach (Doc Fords restaurant is good), Sanibel Island (the grouper sandwich as The Lazy Flamingo is awesome and if you like birding N Ding Darling is a great place to bike through), and Marco Island (Tigertail Beach- great for shelling). We even traveled to the Keys to SCUBA dive with Rainbow Reef Divers out of Key Largo for a few days. If you like pizza try The Crust. It is amazing. If you enjoy wine, try the Naples Winery in Tin City. They have a lot of fruit wines and sangria. All in all this area has everything for people who are looking for either a relaxing beach vacation , or a place to find adventure in fishing, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, shelling, kite surfing, and even beach volleyball action. I highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back soon!

Good choice

Well appointed and well stocked spacious condo in a convenient location in Naples. There is a cute little lanai surrounded by foliage that is a great spot for morning coffee. The designated parking spot is located right outside of the condo door. We were impressed with the owners and their quick response to inquiries. The amenities looked great, but due to Covid they were shut down and we were not able to use them. We definitely recommend this rental.

Lori is a retired minister and Bob has retired from his career and now works part time at a funeral home. We love Winterpark and know you will too. We bike, swim, play tennis and relax. We enjoy going down to 5th Ave and browsing the stores or eating outdoors in one of the beautiful cafes. Thrift store shopping is a must in Naples since there are so many to shop at and so many good buys!

Winterpark is close to so many amenities and things to do like the beach, 5th Ave shopping and dining, Naples Zoo and the Everglades. The condo is close to the pool and tennis, is spacious and well stocked. Naples is a beautiful lavish area. The roads are so well laid out, marked and maintained.
