Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf dem oberen Balkon, eine eigene Waschmaschine / Trockner, einen Schuhwärmer / Trockner, kostenfreies WLAN und all dies für ein warmes Bergerlebnis. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein entspannendes Ambiente mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad, Flachbildfernseher und sogar einem Kronleuchter aus Kristall! Fantastic location and lodging

Fabulous stay, super responsive property manager. I had to call them to report a broken coffee maker and they responded with a new one in just a couple hours. Walk to bus stop was convenient to get around town or up to the ski mtn. This property is certainly on my comeback list for the next time I have a bigger group with me.

Would be nice if the hot tub stayed open until 10 and if the front door had a numeric lock rather than having to pick up keys, but those are very minor quibbles.

Plenty of parking. Views of snow covered mountains are beautiful. The fireplace runs on pellets and is relaxing to watch and heats unit up quickly. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Was a bit far from the parking spaces than I would like to lug all my junk, but do able. The place came with everything we need and more than I had anticipated in certain aspects. Heaters works great, we were nice and toasty the whole time. Warm showers all around. I would definitely stay here again everyone loved it!

Good condo minor issues

The loft with the 2 bunk beds was great for the kids (ages 4-8) but also too far from parents 2 levels down in the bedrooms. Internet/tv/remotes were not user friendly and we lost internet a few times and had to reset the modem. This was our main issue as we were working/schooling. Also, the unit is hard to find and not very close to the parking. We did find the propane tank empty on the grill and it was taken care of quickly so we could grill.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The remodel was done well but the maintenance was subpar. The stove and oven stopped working after 1 meal so we had no ability to cook for the rest of our 4 day stay during covid. There was also an odor in the master bedroom and we found a decaying mouse on a sticky mousetrap. Mice are a natural occurrence but the traps need to be serviced regularly. We were given a minimal compensation for our inconvenience. I assume these issues will be fixed so I would recommend this place based on the remodel.

We do our best to mitigate field mice accessing the properties in every way we can, but we also do live in a national forest in the mountains and sometimes the little critters find their way in. To clarify a refund and compensation was granted as per communication with this guest. Obviously that doesn't necessarily make up for the inconvenience, but we did try to rectify the issue how we saw fit. We are sorry to hear that you would not return.

Our group found a dead mouse in unit. Our whole group was traumatized and concerned about the lack of cleanliness and pest control of the rental. The property management is responsible for pest control and keeping infestations away, but they refused to refund us. We would never stay with Mammoth Sierra Reservations again.

Great place for 2 families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five of us family members met for a weekend of flyfishing near Mammoth. This was a really comfortable place for us to stay - it was clean, had everything we needed, was close to restaurants, plenty of room for all 5 of us, and quiet. One room had a private bath for my elderly father, which was great for him. It was really easy to check in and out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a cute place. The decor was very nicely done. We had enough room for everyone to sleep for 9 adults. Was a bit far from the parking spaces than I would like to lug all my junk, but do able. The place came with everything we need and more than I had anticipated in certain aspects. Heaters works great, we were nice and toasty the whole time. Warm showers all around. I would definitely stay here again everyone loved it!
