We are coming back

The apartment has a great location, despite the renovations in the house you hardly noticed anything about it. The water was turned off, but it was a good time and it was only in one day. The balcony door is jammed and it lacked a drying rack but was okay. Pool great, security great, barbecue on the roof great, parking great, door code great. When we are back on Oahu we will be happy to come back. We felt completely comfortable and everyone in the house was super friendly.

Amenities were outstanding: we had a working kitchen to cook, Wi-Fi, TV access, a balcony to look out, a pool easily accessible on the roof, a sauna, plenty of towels and clean linen, beach chairs in the closet, free parking inside the bldg. and secure entry everywhere including a security guard on the main floor. The location was perfect near shopping and the activities we participated in at the convention center. Our host provided clear instructions via SMS messages and there were no delays in checking in or out. We had it all, washer & Dryer, stove & oven, toaster, crock pot, rice maker, toaster, coffee maker, large refrigerator, ice trays and room to store bags of ice, a stone tiled shower, keyless entry and fob for the car garage access and bldg. entry. The pool was warm and top desk was perfect for sun bathing. The beach was an easy :10 minute drive. The neighborhood was next to the canal for walks or runs in the early morning. It all worked out well. The only misstep was a slow draining kitchen sink and the garbage disposal never worked. And the trash can in the kitchen was very small, oh and outlets to charge our phones were not ideal but an extension cord was available.

Decent studio but a bit noisy area

Good management company responsive to questions and minor issue with the door lock. Close to shops and Waikiki beaches. Nice studio w comfy bed and balcony with good views but lots of street noise (motorcycles and ambulances) precluding a decent nights sleep. Loud AC unit aimed right at and near the bed made it unpleasant to use. Rooftop pool has great views.

Perfect location!

This unit was the perfect base of operation for a short work trip. The location was great for everywhere I needed to be. The neighborhood is highly walkable and there are loads of restaurants and shops a few minutes away. The free, on-site parking and in-unit W/D were huge perks. I'm only sad I didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop pool. Next time!

Home away from home

That's right, this cozy unit will have you feeling like your home. This unit has pretty much everything you need. -Secure Parking -W/D in unit -Full Kitchen (Microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove) all utensils you need to make a quick meal, plates, bowls, pans, etc -Ironing board, iron -Hair dryer -Towels -Roof Top Pool with a lovely view Did I miss anything? I probably did, but I can't list it all. Walking distance to; -International Market Place (5-8 mins) -Waikiki Beach (10 mins) -Honolulu Zoo (15-20 min) -Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from to go eat. Perfect place for a couple to stay, the residents, staff in the lobby area and management team definitely had Aloha spirit and made you feel like 'Ohana. Mahalo
