We have used our 30 years of visiting Hawaii to give you everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Treat yourselves right on this very special vacation / occasion, you deserve this!

· Ocean, beach, and park view right from window
· Most stunning ocean and diamond head view on our rooftop sundeck.
· Steps from famous Waikiki Beach, Honolulu Zoo, restaurants & bars, and many tourist attractions.
· Queen size bed with 12” Casper Memory Foam Mattress
· TV with FREE cable service & free high-speed Wi-Fi
· A/C and ceiling fan
· Kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, K-cup coffee maker and tableware.
· Full bath with bath towels and beach towels provided.
· Small open closet to hang clothes
· Extra storage space under bed foot, for 2 carry-on luggage pieces.
· Extra shelving space under TV.
· Beach chairs upon request at front desk.

· This ocean & beach view unit is 195 sq.ft., small and priced accordingly. It is ideal for solo travelers or couples who travel light and comfortable with sharing intimate space.
· Close the window will help in reducing noise level. But please understand we are steps from the world famous Waikiki Beach! The ocean view is just cross from the busy Kalakaua Ave. Gladly most of our guests find no problem at all.
· We opted to provide a queen size bed, instead of full size, for a more enhanced, comfortable sleep. That also means, a narrower space on wall side of bed to enter. We respectfully ask our guest(s) not to push the bed against the wall, as it will limit the ability to utilize the under bed storages.
· New on demand hot water tanks installed in the building early 2025. It might occasionally need a reset. Please contact management or front desk if there is issue with hot water at shower.
· Under bed luggage space for either 2 carry-on or 1 checked luggage.
· Small open closet by entrance, as shown in the picture, to hang clothes. Laundry basket and iron are on top shelf of the closet. There is also a laundry bag hanging in the closet. Small vacuum in the closet for guests who need a quick cleaning.
· At the end of trip, please kindly bring all extra items to front desk (chair, boogie board, etc.). Please DO NOT leave them in the closet or the unit, so our next guest(s) can fully utilize the space.
· We DO NOT own a parking spot. Possible parking options for information purpose only: Honolulu Zoo offers short term parking up to 4 hours with reminder and extension via phone if pay by card. There are limited onsite or nearby parking that might be arranged at booking via management and assign upon arrival. But please understand Hawaii building parking is SMALL and DIFFICULT. And most importantly, they are NOT part of this listing. So please do not leave bad reviews because of unhappiness with parking.
· For guest(s) who have any issues during stay, we have the front desk staff there to assist 24/7. We also have a professional management team that responds to our guests in a prompt manner. For guest(s) who send a request/question, please check and refresh VRBO app often for response.
