Diese geräumige und moderne 2 Schlafzimmer + Loft, 3 Badezimmer Wohnung wurde komplett von oben nach unten renoviert und verfügt über High-End-Geräte, Veredelungen und Fußböden im gesamten Gebäude. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen 55-Zoll-TV, einen Holzkamin und ein großes Sofagarnitur für die ganze Familie.

Die Küche wurde mit neuen Schränken, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Arbeitsplatten aus Stein und geschmackvoller Hängeleuchte sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit ALLEN Utensilien zur Zubereitung Ihrer Mahlzeiten aufgewertet.

Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flatscreen-TV, Deckenventilator und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche umgebaut. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss bietet ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen Deckenventilator und Zugang zu einem angrenzenden Badezimmer im Flur, das ebenfalls komplett renoviert und modernisiert wurde. Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über 4 Einzelbetten, einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes renoviertes Badezimmer. Dieser Bereich ist perfekt für die Kinder oder eine Gruppe von Singles!

Der Außenbalkon bietet einen Blick auf den Picknickbereich, der einen neuen Pool, einen Whirlpool, Picknicktische, Gasgrills (nur im Sommer) und einen Tennisplatz bietet. Alle Mammoth Sierra-Gäste erhalten kostenfreien vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, Yoga, Pilates- und Fahrradstudio und vieles mehr zu genießen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN und bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen. Den Gästen werden zwei Parkausweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Nice, quite location...

The area was nice and quite however the neighborhood kids have access to the facilities. The unit was nice but the fans were so dirty we had to clean the bedroom fans before turning them on. There was a fan that blew into the dining room from the upstairs which was very noisy. Overall I would recommend the unit. They need to give new sponges at the beginning of every stay. Some cleaning supplies would be helpful as well as an iron and plug for sink. Had to go to mammoth reservations to get more toilet paper. For the price, better paper products are expected.

We appreciate your feedback, at the time of this reservation we were still not permitted to leave out sponges for guests due to COVID and the regulations we had to follow to stay open. However, we are now permitted to leave fresh sponges in every unit! As stated in the check in documents we leave enough supplies to get you started and do not replenish the listed items, these homes are not like hotels so we do our best to prepare the guests before arrival by including this information in the check-in email. Beautiful Condo at Sunshine Village

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not condo complex we originally booked with. Apparently a plumbing issue the day we arrived. The property management went above and beyond. We actually got an upgrade from the original booking. This unit was stunning!! Everything was so beautiful, beds were great, TV's in every bedroom (upgrade), nice large sectional for our party of five. They even gave us the passes to the original condo complex booking that was next door to allow us to use both pool, jacuzzis, tennis courts, and game rooms, (that was extra kind)! We had a great vacation, and as always, wanted to stay longer. We will return for sure next summer.

no air conditioning

The property was very clean, and nicely redone inside. The pictures make this place look much more spacious than it actually is though. We came with all three of my grown adult children and their 2 small kids. It was tight to hang out in if everyone wanted to be together. We weren’t there for very long so it wasn’t an issue but had we stayed longer it probably would have been. One thing that I didn’t realize when I booked it was that there is no air conditioning in this unit. My bad! It didn’t end up being an issue for us though bc the days we were there were not that hot and we opened up all the windows and it cooled off. However, the upstairs room was quite a bit hotter and my son slept on the couch because of it. If you run hot, you may want to think about this. Also something no one seemed to mention on the reviews was that the condo looks out over a trailer park from the bedrooms! Like literally into a trailer park back yard, and it’s not nice! They do have blinds on the windows so as long as you don’t want to look out at nature, you’re good! My number one complaint is that checkin was not until 5!! I think it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have to pay for an entire day when in fact you don’t get an entire 24 hours, or even close. We came up on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. We had to be out by 11, I believe. We paid over 800.00 for basically one and a half days. Completely ridiculous! I had asked for an early checkin but was told they couldn’t bc others were checking out. Most places I’ve stayed checkin is at 3. Still not great but way better than 5! Im not sure we would stay here again bc of this reason. It feels like a waste of money. Other than that it was a seamless stay. The area was mostly quiet and the master bed and furnishings were very comfortable.

Unfortunately there is no AC in the town or Mammoth Lakes, The Westin is the only place with AC if that is a requirement for your party. We are not strict with the 5pm check in, if the unit is ready we will let you check in early.
