Fantastic!! Can't wait to be back next winter!

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience we had from the beginning of our booking throughout our entire stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the condo has been thoroughly planned, clearly explained, well thought out, and explained by the owners which made it extremely easy to get settled and comfortable. The owners, Chris and Colleen were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and my family and I are very excited about returning again next year!! Cinnamon Cove is a fantastic community and to anyone considering renting this property, I would highly recommend it!!

Heaven in Florida

The condo lacked for nothing. Every time we found ourselves needing something, it could be found. The owner of the condo went above and beyond at every step throughout the rental process. We met other renters who had several issues while we had not one. Should we ever find ourselves in need of a Fort Myers rental, this one would be on the top of our list.

Excellent condo looking onto a lake!

We enjoyed our month stay at Cinnamon Cove. This was a nice condo with everything we needed. The owner was great to work with.

Great condo

The condo is very nicely appointed. Nice furniture, bedding and linens. Kitchenware is also very nice with everything you might need. Friendly neighbors to visit with. Chris the owner is very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our time. So nice to have a pool right across the street.

Loved the Condo

The condo and owner were terrific! We really enjoyed the area, the nice neighbors, great lake view, clubhouse, pools, short drive to the beach, and of course the great weather that went with it! The condo was as advertised and very clean. As others have stated, everything that we needed was available in the condo, even bikes and items to take to the beach (a Great perk for sure). The owner was great at providing all the information you would need and you can tell (along with his great improvement list) that they care about the property and continue to make it even better!! We would not hesitate a second to come back to this condo (just wish we can stay longer)!!

Enjoyed the stay in southwest Florida. Weather was great and the community was very relaxing. Many clubhouse activities to partake. Neighbors were very cordial. Would recommend to a friend.

Super Condo

Living in Switzerland and looking for warm climate in winter, Cinnamon Cove and this condo were exactly what we were looking for. Being here for the second time, we enjoyed again everything, such as a perfect infrastructure, super condo on the ground floor that had everything we needed and also with a lanai only 7 meters from the pond. Our neighbors welcomed us as Europeans and were very friendly all the time and we became friends with them. Quite a few seniors play tennis and my wife was invited to play in the league, that she enjoyed very much. We love the sea and the long sandy beach of Fort Myers Beach that is only a 10 minutes drive away from our place. After all, we shall spend again two months at this condo at the coming winter.

everything we wanted: 7 pools, very nice condo with the veranda over looking the pond, friendly neighbors, very good amenities at Cinnamon Cove, excellent location to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach beaches and many great restaurants .

Beatiful condo near to all.

Beatiful view to the lake in a gated quit community. Near to all. To Ft. Myers beach only 15 min. Spacious clean condo for 2 to 4 people. Best stay in Ft. Myers. Very good costumer Service by the owner.

Great place for a quiet vacation

My wife and I had six weeks of wonderful vacation at this condo at Cinnamon Cove. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything you need. We flew from Switzerland to Fort Myers and as non US-citizens we were welcomed in a very friendly way by all our neighbors. The lanai of the condo that is situated on the ground floor faces a great view onto a lake that is only a few meters away. My wife was welcomed to play in the women’s tennis league that she enjoyed very much. Before the high season started at Christmas, Fort Myers Beach could be reached in only seven minutes by car; now it takes a bit longer. We love to come again to this place in 2016.

We looked at many units that were for sale in Cinnamon Cove and this unit was one of the best at the time. It's very clean, warm and welcoming. The unit has brand new furniture! Message us here with any questions.

This unit has some major selling points when it comes to convenience. Your covered parking space is directly aligned with the main walkway. The unit is lakefront and you can enjoy the beautiful view while having a bite to eat or a refreshing cocktail. This is a first floor unit which offers the benefit of not carrying groceries and bags up the stairs or elevator. When you are ready to cool off, the satellite pool is directly across the street!
