Sehr modern, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Haus in einer gehobenen Wohnanlage, in der Nähe des Strandes, mit 3 Pools, Whirlpool, mehreren beleuchteten Tennisplätzen, 3 Volleyballplätzen, Billardraum, Hufeisengruben, Essiggurken, Shuffleboard, groß Fitnessraum, Bibliothek, 19 Seen, Golf, 3 große Säle, Kartenspiele, Tanzen und viele Aktivitäten. Nehmen Sie die Lee-Straßenbahn zum Strand (0,75 Cent), fahren Sie mit dem Fahrrad oder fahren Sie, es ist nur 3 km die Straße hinunter, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge, jede Menge Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Straßenmusiker und Live-Bands. Der Fort Myers Pier ist gleich die Straße runter. Walmart ist über die Straße, große atemberaubende Mini-Putt praktisch im Vorgarten der Gemeinde mit Rabatten für die Bewohner und ihre Gäste. Das Haus kommt mit 3 brandneuen Smart-TV, die 4K, TV 120-Kanal-Plan und Internet sind, gibt es kein Festnetz-Telefon. Für unsere Gäste stehen ein Golfwagen und Fahrräder zur Verfügung, außerdem Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Töpfe, Besteck, Haushaltsgeräte, Bügeleisen und -brett, Eismaschine und Eiswasser in der Kühlschranktür. Qualität, bequeme neue Matratze und alle Betten neu. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne abgeschirmte Veranda vor dem Haus, auch für einen ruhigen Abend. Alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Gemeinde stehen unseren Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Loved it!

What a great 3 weeks, in great part due to this little cottage!Very comfortable; had everything we needed to feel at home. Outside screened patio deck was a bonus. Barbecue grill was a huge plus. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had.We’ve been coming to this area for 13 years, this location specifically for 10 years prior to Ian. This cottage was the mercies of all of our previous rentals. Will definitely try to stay again next year for our annual trip.

We enjoyed our experience. The rental was perfect. The people in the RV Park were super welcoming and friendly! We had everything we needed. The rental was extremely comfortable and convenient to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and other events happening in the area. We even had Bikes. The owner was very accommodating to all our needs. We will be back

Best Property

This stay for 9 days was honestly the best since we chose this property!! We enjoyed the activities within the park like card bingo, bingo, and water aerobics. We met some lovely lifelong friends! The property---so beautiful inside and out. NOT one thing did we need when we checked in. Had all toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies...it was literally our home for 9 days and it was homey and clean. We left 2 rafts for future guests to enjoy! There is literqally not one thing I would change. We grilled, drove around to pools in the golf cart and enjoyed watching TV in the king bed. Communiction w Mike, Kelly and Vera the caretaker was phenominal. I could not have asked for a better property or experience w VRBO since it was our first. I will be renting again next year!! Thanks for opening the home to us.

Awesome Vacations!!

It was our very first time in Fort Myers Beach and we completely loved every minute. The house was everything we expected and exactly accurate with the listing. Mike & Kelly the owners were wonderful hosts, collaborative at all times and they were very attentive to all the details. Definitely an excellent “price-service rendered” offer. Location of the community couldn’t be better, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Sanibel Beach and 45 minutes from Captiva Island, plus Walmart across the street, a mall 15 minutes away; the location is surrounded by all kind of services and stores. The house had all the amenities needed. If y’all are one couple or maximum two this is definitely the place you want to rent for your stay. No doubts that we will return to Ft.Myers Beach and we will return also to stay at Mike’s & Kelly’s home. Thank you for being a part of an awesome vacation time!! Ed & Sandra Nashville, TN

A beautiful home close to shopping and beaches, the owner was so wonderful called and explained everything prior to stay. Enjoyed all the amenities of a beautifully maintained park. The rental included the use of a golf cart and two bikes that we enjoyed daily. Highly recommend the rental will definitely go back in the near future.

Beach Family Reunion

We had a wonderful experience staying at Mike and Kelly’s home in Indian Creek RV Community. It was close to the beach where other family members were staying. It was spacious for 4 adults, plus it had many amenities. We rode the golf cart and bikes that were provided with the rental. The pools were also very nice. I definitely would rent from them again. Much better than staying in a hotel.

WONDERFUL TIME AT THE BEACH!

My wife and I had a relaxing 49 days at this Indian Creek Resort property. The home is well appointed and was found to be just as depicted in the VRBO photos. We used the golf cart many times and very much enjoyed all three pools at the resort as well as Ft Myers Beach and other beaches close to the resort. Mike and Kelly, the owners of the home are were very helpful in pointing out the various attributes of the resort and immediate area. Jim and Vera, the great team Mike and Kelly employ to care for the home are the best! They are wonderful folks, period. We had a wonderful time at the property and may return again soon. Thanks very much to the owners and Jim and Vera.

We have travelled all over the state of Florida vacationing and once we found Sun Resorts and Residences in Fort Myers Beach, we knew we had found the place we want to come every year. The shopping, restaurants, boating, beaches and pools at our disposal are second to none. We hope you decide to come to Fort Myers beach and enjoy it as much as we do

The park's location is truly what attracted us the most, close enough to the beach and all the festivities without a long drive. Walmart is across the road and Publix a block away for quick grocery shopping. Mini golf at the front of the park is an added bonus.
