Dieses malerische Strandhaus liegt direkt am Quonnie die Verletzung Wege in Quonochontaug entfernt.

Es bietet zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Queen und das andere mit Etagenbett mit einem vollen auf dem Boden und einem Twin auf der Oberseite. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer Theke und einem offenen Grund in den Wohnbereich, das Glas Französisch Türen auf eine Terrasse verfügt. Das Deck bietet einen Picknick-Tisch und einen Grill. Ideal für die spektakuläre Aussicht und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Vom Deck, gibt es Aussicht auf 'Quonnie Pond ", wo clamming zulässig ist; Weekapaug, Misquamicut, Uhr-Hügel, Block Island und Montauk Point. Glorious !!

Eine Slipanlage ist zu mieten, die bis zu 30 'Boot unterbringen kann zur Verfügung und es gibt große Angeln rechts von unserem Dock mit viel Fisch gefangen werden. Mit nur einem kurzen Spaziergang entlang der Bruch-Wege es gibt schöne weiße Sandstrände für ein bis zu genießen. Es gibt eine Außendusche und eine Waschmaschine \ Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Dieses Ferienausflüge liegt in einer ruhigen Privatstraße ideal für Familien mit Kindern entfernt. Es gibt auch eine angemessene Parkplatz abseits der Straße.

Great house & view

Great location in Quonnie right on the Breachway. Good A/C and comfortable beds. Very clean and fully nice kitchen with plenty of pots & pans, etc. for cooking.

If you love water views…

We absolutely loved our stay! This small cottage sits right on the Quonnie Breachway with ocean views from the deck. The location is great for birding, fishing, beaching (tho no real swimming at the nearby beach) and exploring this part of Rhode Island. The house is very clean, has been updated recently, and has a kitchen well stocked with dinner and cookware. It would be great if more windows opened for a cross breeze, but there are ACs that cool the space.

Great cottage and great weather

We needed a vacation, and this worked out great. Enjoyed Narragansett and Westerly, caught some fish, caught some waves. Life is good!

We have spent 7 summers in Quonnie and this was the best week weatherwise. We plan on coming back next summer and will be interested in this property.

Fantastic views everywhere!

Great week even despite a bit of rain and overcast weather! If you are into the water, this is the place for you. It is a 360 visual experience between the tide, the boats, the birds, sunrise/sunset, and the coming and going of the fisherman by the house and across the breach way. We kayaked and canoed into the pond almost daily depending on the tide. Steven super responsive on any questions. Thank you!

Live is grand near the ocean

Clean and comfortable place, great deck, one of the best sunsets of my life, actually a couple. Got some body surfing in at Narragansett, 20 minute drive. Will come back! Several friends who visited expressed "awe". My sister called her visit a gift.

Many problems with this place. First of all, the place cannot be locked. I never even got a set of keys. So, if you want to rob a place, go ahead, its WIDE open ALL the time. Poor communication. I contacted the owner multiple times about a boil water advisory, the keys, the wifi password and beach. He never replied. First, only a couple windows had screens... and they had HUGE holes in them. Most windows couldn't even be opened. Second, the place was dirty. Sand on the couches, and dust under everything. Kitchen table was covered with crumbs and something sticky. Owner kept security deposit, accusing me of bringing a dog without notifying him (I HAD emailed him about my SERVICE DOG. He didn't reply. The place said pets ok, so I figured I was ok....), of leaving the place dirty with trash etc (also not true), of turning off a septic alarm which I didn't do nor would I even know how to do, having never had septic in my life). This experience was completely unacceptable.

We enjoyed watching sun sets on the deck and short walks to the beach. Steve and John were both very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Don't forget your fishing pole!

Awesome cottage and location

Classic Quonny cottage with all the essentials needed for a vacation, including outdoor shower, gas grill and diving board! Fabulous deck overlooking the breachway. Swimming right off the dock in the breachway or at a private ocean beach 4 min walk away. This is the best place for a family vacation. We'll be back.

Quintessential summer beach house

We had a wonderful vacation at the beach cottage! So many summer activities to enjoy in a natural, peaceful setting right from the house....kayaking, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, or just hanging out on the deck to grill dinner, read a book, or watch the sunset, moonrise, the abundance of birds and the boats motoring by. The views are magnificent! You're just a short walk to a quiet beach and the warm waters of Block Island Sound. This is truly a magical spot to get away from it all, but the WiFi works great if you do want to stay connected! Steven and his assistant were very responsive and accommodating. The home is very comfortable and very clean when we arrived, ready for our vacation - it has a great layout and could use a little updating. We are very excited to return next summer!

Great Location

Very centralized location. Short drive to Westerly for major shopping,or head north up to Charlestown mini-super. Great store for fresh baked goods, has butcher shop, local seafood and anything else that you might need. To support buying local there is a farm stand at the beginning of the road for fresh produce. If you like to fish, this house is for you. Fantastic right off the dock.Beautiful stone patio on the waterfront to sit and relax, or up on the deck for unbeatable sunsets. Not good for swimming in the breachway, the current super strong.Slack tide, it's possible. Head over to the pond or beach.The house itself needs updating and a little maintenance, but, is comfortable enough. I wasn't looking for a Newport mansion like the last reviewer. Direct waterfront homes exposed to constant salt air Always need something fixed or replaced. The owner was great to deal with, returning all my numerous emails. To sum it all up, if your looking for a quiet place to relax, unwind, fish, watch the wildlife, sunsets, this is the place to do it. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us. We had a wonderful time.

The place is old and needs updates. Smelled . They didn't clean it , didn't have a fresh smell. I'm in the the rental management, construction business.

Hi Rhonda, I was quite surprised and disappointed to see the review of the beach house that you submitted today. While I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, your evaluation of the property is incorrect and damaging to our reputation. There are absolutely smoke detectors in the home, and there are no code violations to speak of whatsoever. Further, the home is professionally cleaned in between each guest's stay - this is the first complaint that we have ever received about a lack of cleanliness. I'm also surprised to see such a negative review, as myself and my assistant attempted to contact you several times during your stay to address your complaints and to make your stay more pleasant - unfortunately, you did not return our calls or messages. To future guests: please take this review with a grain of salt, as all of the other reviews for the property are positive and glowing. We work hard to provide a comfortable vacation home for you to enjoy, and it is safe, clean and beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! This is is the perfect location right on the breachway in Quonnie.

This was probably our favorite beach house we have rented in Rhode Island! Perfect location, right on the breachway, comfortable house for four or five people, yet great for entertaining a few more. We had my dad's 82nd birthday party there with about 13 people and it felt very spacious. The owner was more than accommodating. We spent time at the beach, which we could walk to in a minute, we went quahoging, fishing, shopping, etc. etc. There is also a great dock in front of the house. The house needs a few repairs but we didn't care. Rest and relaxation. We will definitely rent again if available.
