Dieses Haus ist eine verkehrte Bauweise und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Etagenbetten in 1 Zimmer, Queensize-Bett im zweiten Zimmer und Queensize-Bett im Master), 2. 5 Badezimmer, Höhle mit Ausziehcouch und Waschküche im ersten Stock; Der zweite Stock hat einen offenen Grundriss mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche, Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite und privater Terrasse sowie ein zusätzliches halbes Badezimmer. The check in process was fast and easy. The house is clean and beautiful and very close to the beach. We will certainly consider staying there again our next trip to the area.

Beautiful, spacious and clean!

Get away with 6 friends and mother nature did not cooperate for our stay, the beach house was so lovely it made the bad weather not so bad! Definitely would stay again and hope to see the sun with the beach so close by.

Wonderful Place

This is the second time I've stayed here, I highly recommend it. Wonderful house, great deck space, and is convenient to everything. I doubt you'll find a better house in Charlestown.

Had a great time! The house is wonderful. It was a perfect weekend to celebrate with family. The location is perfect, close enough to enjoy everything and far enough that it is not overly crowded. Will definitely love to stay again.

The house was beautiful and immaculately kept, but still homey and comfortable. You could see the Sound from multiple views. We had a front row seat to watch a Nor'easter roll in during our stay. The beach was a minutes drive down the road. The grounds were beautiful, and had the weather cooperated, we would have enjoyed the multiple decks more and napped in the hammock.

September getaway

We came to Rhode Island for a quick getaway with friends, and found this beautiful house. It was everything we were hoping for and the owner was very responsive to our requests. It's within walking distance to the beach which is a plus. The decks are perfect to sit outside and relax. It was the perfect location for a little rest and relaxation. Overall it was a great experience and hope we can come stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were in town for my daughters college graduation and this was a perfect fit for our family. Beach house week 2024

We have rented in Charlestown for 12 years, this home was by far the best rental we have ever rented.. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness, comfort of the beds the overall kitchen accessories, and beautifully decorated.. Russell was wonderful to work with he always got back to me promptly with answering my questions. Thank you for a wonderful week of memories with out family.

This is a beautiful house. Plenty of deck space even though we didn’t use it. Great layout upstairs and downstairs. Russell was great to rent from. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Like New Perfect Location

We stayed for 3 nights as we were having Thanksgiving with our new in-law family a short walk away. The house was better than described! Bright and sunny - loved the views of the water in the morning. It had everything that you need. Walk to beach. Nice local places to eat (we didnt do any cooking). Super comfortable beds. Everything that we hoped for. As we are now going to be in Charlestown over the coming years -we will definitely be coming back!

Family Wedding Weekend

Our daughter had a destination wedding in Charlestown. The house was beautiful. With 2 full floors each with wraparound decks, a living room and a family/game room, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we had plenty of space for 5 adults. Would definitely stay here again…it was wonderful!!

Nice, Clean place. Landlord requires you to sign separate lease

We rented Russell's place for a long weekend in June 2022 There were 4 adults around 50-60 years old in our party. The house is built recently (10 or 12 years ago) and is very clean. It is walking distance to the town beach and the views from upstairs balcony are very nice. The kitchen is on the second floor with a nice wrap-around porch with outdoor furniture, a good place to hang out and enjoy the sun and the views. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Two things to pay attention to before you rent this property: 1) You are responsible to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them through another service. You are responsible to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. 2) I have rented properties all around the world through this site as well as the competing site and never had to sign a lease separately with the owner. Russell sends you a 4-page lease to sign which requires your drivers license number and place of employment. One of the terms in the lease to which I disagreed is listed below: "Re-letting by Landlord. If the premises shall become vacant during said term, Landlord may re-enter the same, either by force or otherwise, without being liable for any prosecution thereof; and re-let the premises as the agent of Tenant, and receive the rent thereof, applying the same first to the payment of such expense as Landlord will be put to in re-entering, and then to the payment of the rent due; and the balance (if any) to be paid over to Tenant, who shall remain liable for any deficiency." Depending on the interpretation of the term "vacant" this gives the landlord the right to enter the property at any time he deems fit. I signed the lease after removing the clause above.

This property was just as advertised! Spotless and well stocked, very comfortable. Short walk to beach, fishing, kayaking....very nice neighborhood! Would recommend highly!

Fabulous Beach House!! 5*stars

The house looked the same as the pics in the listing. That is not always the case. It is bright and airy. You can see both the ocean(frontal view)and a pond to the right side. Love the wrap around deck with white Adirondack chairs. So many large windows. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans etc. if you choose to cook @home. Love that you could walk to the beach. I don't think we had one complaint! That's not always the case as well. rent it Great communication with the owners. Would definitely, rent it again.

Amazing House- great Vacation

This property was exactly what we wanted for our vacation. Perfect location. The House had everything we needed and was as clean as they get! We have vacationed in Charlestown for many years and this property was the best we have rented. The owner was very easy to work with and always quick to respond to an email. We would love to rent this home again!

Charming house a short walk from Charlestown beach

Attractive new beach house with many decks is a short walk from Charlestown's well-maintained town beach. Beach has clean attractive bathrooms & great snack bar. House could use better beach equipment: boogie board is damaged and there are no beach umbrellas. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Ideal beach home

Our group of five adults had plenty of living space. The bedrooms were large and modern kitchen well equipped. Walking distance to town beach and kayaking in salt ponds. Short trip to fresh seafood, deli, supermarket and restaurants. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We were very happy with our experience.

Exceeded our expectations

We had a great time at Russell’s house in Charlestown. We were two couples looking to get away. It was just as described - a beautiful home, bright and cheery, short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed, but don’t forget to bring hand soap dispensers. We hope to come back someday.

This home has a great location. Short walk to the beach and access to salt pond. We love the views of Block Island, walking along the breach way and beautiful sunsets. The home is situated for short drive to Point Judith, Watch Hill and Newport. There is easy access to grocery store, convenience stores, take out of all the RI favorites including Clam Cakes, Clam Chowder and Dell's Lemonade. The Ice Cream Shop up the road cannot be beat! This area is old school beach life, just you, the sand and the ocean! Come relax!!!!
