Dieses geräumige Haus befindet sich auf einer privaten Zufahrt, nur vier Häuser von einem weitläufigen Strand entfernt, ohne Sturmschäden. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 16 Personen und verfügt über sechs Schlafzimmer mit zweieinhalb Bädern. 17 auf dem Ausziehbett, 18 auf dem Ausziehsofa (1. Stock) und auf dem Futonstuhl im Great Room im 2. Stock.

Die obere Ebene umfasst einen übergroßen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem Hauptschlafzimmer en-suite mit separater Badewanne und Dusche sowie ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie auch ein Waschbecken, eine Arbeitsplatte und einen Kühlschrank. Wickeln Sie das Deck des Masters und des Wohnzimmers mit Außenlautsprechern ab. 2 HD-Flachbildfernseher und Bluetooth-fähige Musik auf Iphone / Ipad-kompatiblen Geräten im Obergeschoss.

Die erste Etage bietet 4 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen beleuchteten Whirlpool für sechs Personen, der in das zweite Deck integriert ist. Die Küche ist mit Corian-Arbeitsplatten und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Platz für 12 am Hauptküchentisch. Wrap-around-Deck mit eingebautem Weber-Grill, Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für mindestens 10,50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher im Hauptwohnbereich und einem weiteren Fernseher in jedem der Kinderzimmer, einer mit DVD- / BlueRay-Playern, der andere ist ein Smart-TV mit Netflix.

Die Waschküche befindet sich auf der oberen und unteren Ebene. Der Zugang zum Strand befindet sich am Ende des Blocks und einer der wenigen Rettungsschwimmerstände in Loveladies. Beheizte Außendusche und das Arts Center sowie mehrere Tennisplätze sind vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichbar. LBI Shuttle Bus / Trolley an der Ecke.

We can’t say enough about the beauty of this property. The kitchen was outfitted with absolutely everything for cooking - and there were wonderful restaurants as well. The check-in was flawless- the owner was extremely helpful and very available - and the beach very close. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Terrific location - great for big families!

Great value - wonderful location, just a few houses from the beach on a private street. Layout of the house was perfect for a large family vacation (6 bedrooms), plus pull-out couches if needed. Air conditioning broke just a couple of days into our trip, but the property manager arranged to have it fixed almost immediately. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Great beach vacation spot

Perfect location with easy walk to a quiet beach (lifeguarded). It was a great house for families with kids - safe decks, LOTS of beach toys and boogie boards. The hot tub is perfectly located in a private spot-the toddlers did not even know it was there! The two living areas were really appreciated, especially when looking for a quiet place to work, relax or read. Highly recommend this house!

Fun at the shore

This is an amazing house for a large family reunion. The house is comfortable on both levels with two sets of washers and dryers and lots of bedrooms with a good mix of single, double, king size beds. The location is perfect so close to the beach which is a beautiful, wide, uncrowded beach with lifeguards. Our family of 17 had a wonderful time.

The configuration of this house was great for us - upstairs apartment provides nice space that's separate from the primary apartment in case someone needs privacy/quiet. The outside shower was great! - clean, well-lit, etc. Very easy walk to beach and also far enough from the boulevard to ensure that it was quiet. Nice beach - not too crowded.

Beautiful house, it was a good time had by all

I brought my family (and extended) down there for Thanksgiving this year. In total we had 14 people and there was ample room for the adults and kids. The proximity to the beach enabled the older kids to walk up to the beach and fish whenever they wanted. There is much more to do on the island than I expected for the off season. It seems every year more and more businesses are keeping their doors open year round. Overall it was a wonderful experience for the entire family.

Spacious house in great LBI location

Spacious, comfortable, well-furnished house in excellent location--few houses in from guarded beach, across the street from tennis and pickleball! Plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. New deck furniture and large indoor dining table, perfect for family dinners. Plenty of space to spread out with upstairs able to be a separate, quiet living area. Delightful renovated outdoor shower. Plenty of parking. Everyone in our multigenerational group had a fun and relaxing beach week at this house!

Ocean side, at last!

Our reunion has been held on LBI for 15+ years. A long time ago, we were bay side. It was a HUGE TREAT to get back to the ocean side. I have 2 sons, 4 grandkids ages 2 to 6. This property is PRIME for easy access to the ocean, and has ample parking for a few other family guests that stopped in from time to time.. Plenty of room for all ages. Michael, owner, referred us to a linen service that supplied all sheets and towels by drop off and post check-out pickup. Add that to a DoorDash food delivery? Bam. Our stay started promptly at the 2pm Checkin.

Great property in LoveLadies

The house was very comfortable for our family of 15 from a 2 year old to a 79year old. The grounds are beautiful. The beach was awesome. We really enjoyed the decks as the weather was cooler, and we could sit outside. The upstairs was especially pleasant as we loved the view and space and quiet for the 2 year old’s naps. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the main kitchen. It was too small for this size house— not enough counter space and space in general. We were wishing the main kitchen was upstairs (just a thought).Otherwise we had a great time in this lovely house.

Great duplex close to shore

This duplex was perfect as two parts of the family were upstairs while another part slept downstairs. During m als the kids went upstairs while the adults ate on the lower floor. Nice outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards etc.

Very clean, great location, lots of ammenities

We had a great vacation on Long Beach Island in this house. Four families with adult children fit perfectly because of all the bedrooms and large bonus room upstairs. The distance to the beach was short and made for quick trips back and forth. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We loved the large and clean outside shower, the hot tub and all the decks. The elevator was especially helpful for our 87 year old Mother and my husband who just had bilateral knee replacement. It was handy for bringing in luggage and groceries too. The owners (Michael) were very helpful and responsive to every need.

The second floor provides a perfect vacation hideaway, from your family and children, while still being in the same property. Fully loaded with Beach necessities, and a picnic table underneath the home to allow for a quick meal and a fast return to the beach. Beach and ocean view from the upstairs deck and living room.

An abundance of beach chairs, toys umbrellas, beach rugs, etc. Just bring your towels, flipflops and sunscreen. Also great for weddings in the off season as a great hotel alternative, that can fit large families. We typically close the home in October.
