Perfect for a Large Group

We stayed here for 1 week while we were visiting the theme parks in the area. We had 6 adults and 6 kids, and we found the sleeping arrangements to be perfect for our group. We also found the location to be very convenient, as we could walk to restaurants and stores on the days that we didn't have a rental vehicle. It was a short/inexpensive Uber ride over to the Disney parks. Everybody loved the pool and hot tub! The hosts were very responsive to all of our emails and questions. The only downside is the restriction on outside time from 10am to 9am, but we understand that this is dictated by the City of Anaheim, and not specific to this property. We would certainly stay here again!

Family Disney vacation!

We had a great time here! Kids loved the pool and rock slide! The curfew was kind of a bummer but we understood this was not the hosts fault. This house has plenty of space for 10-15 people! We had 11 and we never felt crowded. Host was always super prompt responding to texts and such! All in all we had a great time and would recommend this place to our friends and family

I planned a trip for a family of 15 of all ages. I needed a place close to Disneyland. I selected this VRBO of the location and it had sufficient room for our family. However, I was disappointed on arrival. We were met with the odor of feces. I understand there were many cats in the neighborhood who came onto the property. Evidence of this was also around the swimming pool. One cat even ran into the house while we were unloading things. The interior of the house was clean, but not as represented. Some beds were very comfortable, some were not. Some rooms looked as if they had been redone, others did not. In pictures, it looked more elegant and put together than it actually was. The exterior was also misrepresented. Although the pool was very nice, The outside area was not as elegant as represented. Also, the neighborhood was disappointing. A few blocks away it was almost totally industrial looking. The residences around the VRBO were rundown and not particularly well kept and it was on a very busy street. Fortunately, there was a fence around the property, so the children were contained. I will say the communication with the owner was great. I had several questions and those were answered. I also had several issues with the property, such as the outside cleanliness and lights in one of the bathrooms did not function at all. These were remedied right away. also, I was satisfied with the cost and the location as it was near the Disney property, but I would not return.

Technical difficulties at the house. Big time! We had no refrigerator for 3.5/7 days. They gave us two coolers with ice. They knew it was broken the day I checked in and it was not resolved for another 3 days. Try preparing meals and entertaining children in a beautiful pool without access to a frig or freezer. Coolers work for beverages but not so well for food. The microwave also broke down and we were without one for 2 days. We avoided a possible fire by reporting extreme heat in the laundry room when the dryer was on. Turned out the coil that was supposed to vent outside was crushed and the heat was coming inside. The appliance issues upset and frustrated me terribly as the host. I’m awaiting word about compensation. The house and pool, however, were very nice, and the kids had fun.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here with our girl scout troop and had a great experience. 10 children and 4 adults with plenty of room. We were a little put off by all of the rules initially, but the girls did a great job following the quiet hours. They loved the pool and water slide. We BBQed twice and the BBQ worked great. It was a great base for all of our Activities. It did get a little warm at night, but we were hesitant to let the girls open their windows due to the quiet hours. Check in and out was a breeze!

Pool and spa - great family house

This property is great for a large family with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The pool has a water slide and spa that we went in every day after Disneyland. The garage has a ping pong table that was really fun and a basketball hoop outside. Bedrooms have multiple bunk beds and are comfortable. There is lots of extra bedding if you need it and plenty of towels.

The place is nice. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of room and appliances. We had a sink that didn’t work and a toilet. They came and fixed the sink. Parking for 4 cars. We enjoyed the ping pong table.

5***** (I was a bit hesitant to book due to all the rules, but had a great experience)

I was originally hesitant to book due to the rules in the description, but I read the reviews and most were great so thought, I would take a chance and so glad I did! Some helpful info: Please note after you book through vrbo you will have to complete a separate agreement with the property manager. I was a bit annoyed originally but appreciated the call from the property manager as I missed an email from them. I think the property managers name was Dawn, her tone and professionalism helped me understand the rules. There are city rules and house rules. All was worth it, I’d complete the paper work again no problem. The house was amazing. - self check in was easy - house was clean - house is big, spacious, plenty of room for our large family 5 adults, 6 kids and still could of had another two couples and would have been fine. (two rooms were not used as kids slept in movie room) - kitchen - plenty of cookware, pots, pans, baking dishes, serving dishes. There was not one missing thing (my family, we cook and had everything needed) - there is a coffee pot no keurig (bring your favorite coffee to brew) - Some spices (bring your own) - kitchen has a starter package: plenty of trash bags, dish soap, hand soap and roll of paper towels. - bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, three roles of TP in each Bedrooms were clean, linen and bedding was nice, beds were comfy - plenty of bath towels, and pool towels - bring your laundry detergent - plenty of blankets & sheets Great Location: I wouldn’t walk but a few min drive yo grocery stores, restaurants, other convenient stores, about 35 min drive to universal studios, few min drive to Disneyland Pool is gated, which was important since we have a 3 year old. The pool was amazing no issues at all with heating system, the slide was a hit. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub. Garage game room, was great but we didn’t use it too much the pool was the hit! Bbq pit was nice and clean. We will definitely book again! We loved this place. Again I was very hesitant to book due to rules, and statements about cameras outside, and no noise. I was thinking this might be a nightmare stay but it was by far one of our best stays! Property managers were amazing, helpful, communication was great when I needed to reach out. Standard messages came in like welcome message, and departing messages and just a check in to let them know if we needed anything. Great experience!
