Das MM 52 in Marathon liegt im Herzen der Florida Keys, nur wenige Minuten vom offenen Golf von Mexiko entfernt. Dieses 3BD / 2BA Einfamilienhaus verfügt über ein großes Familien- / Esszimmer und eine große abgeschirmte Veranda mit Blick auf den schönen Kanal und den tropischen Wohnbereich am Pool. Der Küchen- / Familienbereich ist fabelhaft für Unterhaltung und bietet viel Platz für jeden, der seinen eigenen Raum hat !! Es gibt einen neuen 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher für die Veranstaltungen, die man gesehen haben muss. Der geteilte Grundriss dieses Hauses bietet Privatsphäre für die Master Suite, die luxuriös eingerichtet ist und über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher, ein angeschlossenes Bad und einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Kanal verfügt. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses befinden sich das neu eingerichtete Queen-Schlafzimmer und der "Bunk Room". Das zweite Schlafzimmer in diesem Haus verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und Blick auf den Poolbereich: Dieses Schlafzimmer teilt sich das große Vorraumbad mit dem "Schlafraum". Das dritte Schlafzimmer: Der "Schlafraum" verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten, so dass Sie Platz für alle Kinder haben. Alle Leinen sind mit dieser Ferienmiete eingeschlossen.

Die große, abgeschirmte Veranda erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite des Hauses und bietet Blick auf den Kanal, die Anlegestelle und den Poolbereich. Der NEUE Pool (HEAT AVAILABLE WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGE) ist der perfekte tropische Wohnraum mit Whirlpool, Grillbereich, Außendusche, überdachten Sitzgelegenheiten und tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung. Just what we needed.

Our family enjoyed some time together celebrating my fathers birthday. Paddle boarding, boating and just relaxing together was made even more enjoyable by the atmosphere we were in. Relax and Renew is a fabulous vacation home.

Great Water Access

Great deep-water access & close to boat ramp. Neighbors provided excellent fishing reports. Other than 20 mph winds a great week. The amenities were wonderful given we could get on the water only 2 days. We plan to schedule another stay.

Awesome vacation stay

We loved our time at this home. This was our second stay and it was better than the first. The pool is warm and having a (real) hot tub is perfect. The house is clean and has plenty of room. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a boil order due to a water main break that we would have otherwise not known about. The property is near the airport, like many vacation properties in Marathon, but there are rarely planes after dark. We will definitely stay again!

Great Getaway!

This was our first time staying in Marathon and we had a grerat time! The house was super clean and fully equipped. I brought my flats skiff and convintly had it stored in the car port or on the dock in the back of the house the house. The waters were easy to navigate and the fishing was great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub to cool off or warm up after a long day of boating. We would definitely rent this house again if we are back looking to stay on Marathon.

This home was perfect in every way and made for a awesome enjoyable vacation. Location location location ,boat ramp ,Publix and most restaurants within 2 miles of the home easy access to the Atlantic by boat. All the appliances and inside and outside furniture were new.The pool was always clean the grill was a plus and the bait freezer was a huge help for holding bags of ice. Can’t wait to stay here next year !

Relaxing family get away

My family truly enjoyed our stay at the #Relax & Renew property. The home is exactly as shown and very clean. We did not have any concerns or issues with the property during our stay. All that is needed to fully enjoy the property are your own beach towels! The weather wasn't as great as we hoped, but with the added pool heat and the hot-tub, we were still able to have a great time. I would highly recommend Marathon - easy to drive around and great restaurants to choose from. Our favorite was Porky's Bayside.

Great place to stay with a boat

Place was exactly as described. A couple other reviews complained about the airport and the squeaky beds. The airport is not a big deal at all you here planes a few times but not enough to be annoying. The bunk beds are the worst there is. Everytine anyone moved you could here them squeaking all night.

Great vacation spot

Loved staying at this home. It was in a great location and very easy to get our boat in and out of the canal. Not as easy to park boat at the home. We loved seeing the manatees and fish in the canal along with the iguanas on the property. Wished he A/C didn’t shut down so easily with no movement during the night because we would get hot quickly. Once you were up and moving the air kicked on and was very cool. Master shower barely drained so while you took a shower you stood in a pool of water. Everything else about this home was great and we really enjoyed our week here.

Lovely rental

The house is very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We had 5 adults staying there and 3 of us were very comfortable in our beds. The third bedroom has bunk beds which are great for kids but not for my adult kids. Our only complaint was that we like to stay in and cook for a few meals and the pans were in very poor condition along with there being no items that help out like salt or pepper, aluminum, zip locks. This is rare not to have. Also one roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex is extremely stingy for such an expensive rental. All in all we had a beautiful week and the house is clearly well taken care of.

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was very easy to find and was very clean and spacious! The pool was definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures, but still nice and cool in the hot sun! Kitchen very spacious. Rooms were nice and clean, however complaints about the quality of mattresses. The shower in the main bedroom barely drained and both showers were very slippery. We had to replace the propane tank to the grill on the first use. Overall, highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Loved our stay in Marathon. House had perfect layout for our 2 families of 4. We had plenty of space to spread out and hang. Loved the open kitchen -living room area and the bunk room for kids was great. Kids and adults enjoyed pool and hot tub. We fished in the canal and even saw a manatee. Location of house was very central and easy to get around from. Would definitely return here.

Beautiful home. Fantastic weather. Only problem and it was not that big a deal was it is very close to the airport with many private jets constantly taking off. If you want to fish, use live shrimp! You will do great!

Family vacation

No water pressure, carpets in bedroom needs to be replaced ( stained ), bait freezer lid was broken 😞

Edited to add: during our latest refresh of the home, we replaced the water tank with a larger one, resolving the previous issue completely, we hope you will come back and stay with us again. Thank you for taking the time to review our home! We'd like to apologize again for the interruption in the water pressure at the home. During your stay for about a 24-hour period, the water pressure was compromised throughout the whole city of Marathon. Though this was unexpected and out of our control, we are sorry if it compromised the quality of your stay. As far as the carpets are concerned, they are professionally cleaned annually and are scheduled to be refreshed next week! Unfortunately, with the nature of it being a vacation rental, the stains are inevitable and require quite a bit of maintenance. The bait freezer lid hinges are in fact broken, but we have since confirmed that this does not effect the function of the freezer and so we have chose to keep it as is for the time being. Hopefully if you chose to stay with us again in the future and we will be able to provide you with a more satisfactory stay. Thanks again for choosing Island Breeze.

Beautiful Home with a Backyard Aquarium

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Relax and Renew! Our party had two families of 4 with children 10 years - 14 years. We couldn’t have picked a better property to rent. Being on the canal was one of the most interesting and amazing experiences ever. A few minor issues that had no impact on our trip - the beds are all loud and squeaky. Using both showers at the same time is near impossible due to water pressure and temperature. Now, for all the AMAZING pros of renting this property. The bedroom set-ups are perfect for traveling with two families. The master bedroom is spacious with a HUGE closet and lots of drawer space. A nice private deck can be accessed from the bedroom. The queen room has a big closet and plenty of drawer space. There is a deck accessible from this bedroom. The bunk room is tight and no drawers but big closet with shelving for clothes. The kitchen is very large and well-stocked. The large dining table was perfect for meals and game nights. The living area is beautifully decorated and the couch and chairs are comfortable. *Be sure to keep adjusting the thermostat back to your desired temp. A Nest is used for this unit and it was set to 75° so if we were outside or out of the house for any length of time (including night while sleeping), the temp automatically went back up to 75° which was WAY too hot for us. It cools down quick and there are lots of ceiling fans to keep it comfortable. The outside area is the gem of this property! The enclosed porch with a table for 4 and 2 comfortable lounge chairs was perfect for breakfast, lunch and hanging out. The patio has 4 comfy, reclining lounge chairs with cushions that were great. There were also stackable patio chairs to use for fishing or to place around the pool. We paid to have the pool heated and are glad we spent the extra money. The pool is the perfect size for the amount of people the house holds. The pool and the hot tub were clean upon arrival and because there area doesn’t have sand or grass, they stayed very clean throughout our stay. The hot tub lights did not work but there are plenty of lights outside that it didn’t bother us. The beautiful bush by the pool is absolutely stunning but the leaves overtook the pool many mornings and a pool cleaning net was not providing (we bought a toy net to use and it worked). No pool or beach toys are provided, not fishing supplies. The kayaks were great but no life vests provided but we had our own. All in all a PERFECT home
