Great place to stay

We booked for a long weekend in June. Everything about this place was just as advertised. Beautiful condo with so much room! Wonderful balcony with a beach front view. Parking was covered and convenient. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Location was convenient, but not crowded. We were even able to get a late checkout for a very small fee. Would definitely recommend and will likely book same place when/if we head back to Orange Beach.

Love the end condo! The view is awesome!

Loved this condo and the location. Views were amazing! A couple small things.... the dryer does not shut off on it's own. It works, just does not shut off. And the coffee pot was SUPER slow.

Listing was not accurate.

The listing was not accurate. One of the bedroom listed two beds which was an absolute necessity. Unfortunately it was only one bed. The living room furniture was not suitable to any to sleep on. So that left four people to sleep in one bed. Not good.

This condo needs to be updated with photos to reflect accurate bed

We specifically booked this condo because the photo showed 2 beds in one bedroom, and 1 bed in the other 2 bedrooms - a total of 4 beds. This was not the case when we arrived. They had updated to only 1 bed in each bedroom so 4 of us had to sleep in one bed. The management got us an air mattress on the second day, but this was a really big inconvenience. If you are booking this condo, just take note that there is only 1 bed in each bedroom.

Perfect stay

This condo worked out great for our family of four, plus the in-laws. It was larger than expected so that was a very nice surprise. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the bamer, so that’s always fun/dangerous.

Really nice condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was comfortable (except the sofa bed, which are hard to be comfortable on). We really enjoyed the balcony and views. The ocean and beaches were clean (no seaweed or trash). I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway!!

We love Regency Isle!! Wonderful location!! 512 was a Very comfortable Condo. Everything was excellent except the beds in BR 2 ........ need new mattresses. We would book again.

Cleanliness

The floors were not clean at all. We understand some sand but our feet were black from walking around with no shoes. Could use some additional seating outside and more silverware. Didn’t even have enough spoons for all of us at one time.

Filthy floors and more!

The cleaning crew (and I use the word “cleaning” loosely) were still working 45 min after our check in time of 4pm. The only way to get in touch with management was by text or email and their response took over 2 hours. We love Regency Isle but our experience this year was way under par. Thankfully the beautiful beach was below our dirty condo.

Fantastic Corner unit and very family friendly

We loved the amount of space in the condo and the balcony corner unit was fantastic. The condo is spacious but needs a few upgrades to the mattresses. We loved the fun/game cabinet. The pool was great and the short walk to the beach was great, especially with kids. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. One note for the owner would be to check the maid service, the comforters were not washed recently and the sheets on the top bunk were dirty. They also left the dishes from the previous occupant in the dish washer. Overall, we loved our stay.

Great condo!

We had a great time. Plenty of room and the decor was fantastic. Could use a better cleaning crew as we found personal items under the bed left by previous guests and had to wear socks or you’d have black feet. Master bedroom mattress very uncomfortable.

Easy to make arrangements. Property location was great and so inviting.

Thanks to the property owners for sharing their beach home. It was a perfect place to enjoy children and grandchildren. The only issue was the guests who slept in room with two queens said the mattresses were not comfortable.
