South Seas Beach Villa 2313 ist eine sehr schön renovierte und luxuriöse Ferienwohnung Eigentumswohnung im Südseeinsel Resort Beach Villas Complex. Unsere geräumige Eigentumswohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer / einem Badezimmer verfügt über ein sehr komfortables Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnbereich mit großem Flachbild-TV und eine private abgeschirmte Veranda, um eine Tasse Kaffee am Morgen oder einen Cocktail am Abend zu genießen. Der direkte Blick auf den Strand bietet einen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und den Poolbereich. We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the AC and the bedroom comfort. We are glad the AC was working well, and we appreciate the suggestion regarding a bedroom fan to help with airflow. Regarding the laundry facilities, we are disappointed to receive a lower rating based on this, as we aim for total transparency in our property descriptions. We do clearly disclose in our listing that the laundry room is available for a fee. This is a common setup in some of our coastal complexes to keep overall nightly rates lower for guests who may not need those specific services. We take a lot of pride in our "no surprises" approach to hosting, so it's a bit disheartening when a clearly stated policy impacts a guest's overall impression. We truly enjoyed having you and hope that, laundry aside, you had a relaxing stay on the island.

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.

Great rental

Easy access to the beach. Had chairs for us. Close walk to Starbucks, the mucky Duck and easy to get around. Found some beautiful shells. Thank you for a relaxing visit!
