Komplett erneuert 2 Br, 2. 5 Bad Gulf Front Wohnung mit aktualisierter, voll ausgestatteter Küche und voller Größe Waschmaschine / Trockner. Neue Fußböden im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sowie neue Schränke und Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Upstairs wurde im Januar 2018 neu gestrichen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über neue Queensize-Betten und ein eigenes Bad und bietet Blick auf den schönen Yachthafen und den Lake Powell. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf und den Pool. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein brandneues Queensize-Schlafsofa mit verbesserter Matratze und Blick auf den Golf. Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer mit verbesserten Kabelkanälen und WLAN. Unser Haus vermietet von Sonntag bis Sonntag.

We came down for a week while my wife attended a conference. Pinnacle Point is the best location in Panama City Beach. Quick access to 30A or Pier Park. The unit was fine for our family of 5.

This is our 4th time staying with Vicki and as always, it was perfect. The condo is so quiet, clean and well organized. It’s perfect for our family of 4. The condo is well stocked - having all the things you need at your finger tips! The pool is perfect and the beach is right there- you can easily swap between the two- and quickly! Helping to keep those busy kids entertained! We love the restaurant at the pool- great snacks/food and even more amazing drinks! The location is absolutely ideal in every way- close enough to PCB but just far enough away to feel away from the city and city noise!We had a great time and cannot wait to come back again!

The host communicated well and was very responsive to questions. The property was nice and the unit was updated for the most part. The beach was beautiful, just as expected of the Gulf, and access to the beach was fairly easy. I highly recommend the property.

We love staying at Pinnacle Port and have stayed in a couple of different units there. It’s a great spot for a nice clean beach with no public access. This unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. It seems to have been somewhat recently renovated. The kitchen was a good size with lots of necessities provided. Master bed was very comfortable. Easy access to the lake as well as the beach. Had a question about access to the fitness room and the host responded very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Vicki's condo. It was accurately portrayed in the listing description and photos-- beautifully up to date decor and all of the basic amenities needed for a week at the beach! The host was EXCELLENT with communication and went above and beyond to make sure we had no problems with our stay. Everything was smooth and seamless. The views were outstanding of both the gulf and the lake. Elevators in the main building were working great and the wait was minimal. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of seating for our family-- we especially loved the built in seating around the table that made it a perfect place for games on a rainy day. The Brewed Awakening 850 coffee shop and Pinnacle Grill onsite were a nice perk and don't sleep on the Salty Bottle coffee shop, Little Beach cafe, Discos Pizza, and General Store in Carillon Market area. The Pinnacle Port/Carillon area is the hidden gem between PCB & 30A-- we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Room was Great! View was amazing, sunset and sunrise views from the room. The master bedroom seems to stay warm, and bright, sunrise gets you up early every morning. Would definitely stay in this room again. We love Pinnacle Port! The owner was great at communicating with us during our stay, as we had an issue with an appliance during our stay.

We love the water, deep sea fishing, golf and boating. We all love the wonderful beaches and of course, the outstanding dining and entertainment venues that "the Emerald Coast" offers.

This property in this place is truly unique. There is no more beautiful area of Panama City Beach. Being adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and gorgeous Lake Powell means the view is protected and will never change. The gated entry provides security to enjoy all that this very special property has to offer. From stand up paddle boarding on Lake Powell, to cycling from Pinnacle Port down to Grayton Beach, this property is ideal for relaxing with family or engaging in sports activities in a pristine setting.

No matter the season, there is always something enjoyable to do at Pinnacle Port. The indoor/outdoor poor provides swimming year round. The men's and women's sauna is lovely. With its own marina and access to the Gulf and Lake Powell, fishing, boating and kayaking as well as diving and snorkeling are available year round. There is an activity group that enjoys various indoor and outdoor activities in the off seasons. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf and Lake Powell year round while indulging your pastimes. Pier Park is less than 30 minutes to the east and the small, boutique 30A communities are 5 minutes to the west.
