For the price you can't beat this gem of a condo, it was a great way to explore Kailua Kona.

PERFECT!

The view is stunning. You can hear the waves while you sleep, it’s so peaceful. You can see dolphins in the distance. The sunsets are indescribable. All the decor was intentional and beautiful. Everything you need was provided. Loved the kitchen, clean and stocked with appliances. Check in was very easy, and communication was great. One of the best Vrbo experiences I ever had. Mahalo!

Fantastic Views

We had a lovely stay at Kona Isle. The unit was comfortable and close to town. The views were fantastic and the people from Knutson and associates were quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose. We are definitely considering a return visit in the near future and would book this property again.

Lovely stay with an incredible view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Kona Isle. The suite was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and beaches (and not too far from downtown Kona) and the ocean view from the lanai was amazing! We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming past on our first day. Everyone we met at the complex was very friendly, and it was great having access to the pool, BBQs, kitchen for cooking our own meals, plus in-suite laundry. We would definitely come back to stay here again (and recommend to friends)!

The location was perfect; close to downtown, beaches, and wonderful sunset views. The amenities were great; fully stocked kitchen ( except no dishwasher which we overlooked in the listing) but everything else one can need to make meals. Plenty of linen provided. Plenty of beach gear for snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. Communication with Blake Knutson and his team was a great! They were really responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you Blake and your team for making our vacation a wonderful and amazing memory!

We found the bed a trifle firm for our liking but we got used to it. The view and sunsets were spectacular, I’ll never tire of the turquoise blue of the ocean with swaying palm trees... The condo was well situated for trips to Kona town, Magic sands beach, Kahalu’u snorkeling, Shaka tacos and Bianello’s pizza. We would not hesitate to recommend the condo to friends!

For my trip the location was fantastic as it was 2 miles to the pier in Kona. Being a little outside of the action gave us peace & quite when we wanted to enjoy the views. It was so quite you sometimes forgot you were around other condos. Views were incredible and condo was clean.

Wonderful view of the sunset every night. Close to downtown Kona! My only complaint is the saltwater pool located next door attracted a lot of pot smokers and noise. Everything else was awesome! Watch your invoice though. We rented through VRBO and was given one price and the rental company gave us a different invoice price. It was still worth it! :)

Immaculate ocean front property

Well appointed, immaculate and welcoming property with all the beach amenities too! We had difficulty getting the tv to work properly and called the rental agent for help. Tim came to our condo the same day we csljdd, guided us through the process and double-checked on us by phone cm Kate’s to make sued all was working. Thanks god a great stay!
