Great condo next to a beautiful beach

Condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was good! We would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Loved the location- quick walk to St. John’s Pass and easy access to the beach. Friendly and responsive management teamNegatives: This unit needs some major TLC. The condo smelled clean when we entered, but the bathroom is old and needs replaced. The shower looked dirty after we asked to have it recleaned. The master bedroom closet was so full of old rusty beach gear it was hard to close. We asked to have it cleaned out and it looked a little better. The ironing board was in the closet and had rust on the pad from sitting on the floor. The dryer for dishes had scum all through it, the shower curtain in the master bathroom had soap scum all over it, the toaster didn’t work properly. We asked for the shower curtain, dish dryer, toaster and ironing board to be replaced. The management team responded quickly and all were updated by the next day. We also asked for the closet be cleaned so the door would close. This was handled quickly as well. The furniture is old and falling apart, the sliding glass door doesn’t lock and it is a second floor unit, and there are stains all over the drapes to the sliding glass door. We would not stay in this condo again, although we did think the management team was friendly and responsive.

Pet friendly great. Location great. tV great. Beds great. Living room furniture Not So Great! The sofa and chairs are in horrible shape but the problem is being addressed. We stayed for a month so we were in the unit more than a short stay. The staff at Maderia Bay Resort are the best. Only issue is the furniture

Family Spring Break Stay

We had a nice stay here. It looked a little nicer in pictures then it actually was but for our stay it was fine. One of the toilets would not stop running but as soon as we let them know the fixed it right away while we were out. The sliding door to the balcony were unlocked when we arrived and were a little hard to get them to lock properly which was a bit concerning having small children but they didn't bother the door. One thing of not if you have small kids is that the front door did not have a safety lock so kids could easily unlock and open the door. Overall the location was good, and the staff were very friendly. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for out stay. We would stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable

This was a clean, nice place in a very convenient location. We were able to paddle board in the inter-coastal which was steps away. So happy it was dog friendly too. Spacious with a full kitchen if you like to cook or are staying longer. We had an amazing time, and would definitely recommend. Only critiques- couch is not comfortable and the walls seem to be a little thin. We stayed over a holiday weekend, so perhaps things were more active, but we used “white noise” to block out the sounds of other guests at night. This wasn’t a problem for us, and wouldn’t deter us from staying again in the future.

This was our first time staying at MBR and it was a great experience! The unit was very clean, well equipped, and very spacious. The parking and elevators are very easily accessible. The pool area was also very neat and clean. A short walk across the street and you're on the most beautiful beach! MBR is within walking distance of John's Pass and we walked there many times during the week. Everyone on the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. They acknowledged us every time we came and went and even offered to help carry items up to our room. Our dog barked when we would leave and we told the front desk to call us if he didn't calm down and they acted like him barking wasn't a big deal at all. Very accommodating! Highly recommend MBR if you're looking for a place to stay.

The condo was clean at first glance but the longer we were there the more obvious it became that it was in dire need of a deep cleaning. We moved the rugs in the living room and they hadn’t been vacuumed under in quiet a while, lots of sand on the floors. The wash rags were uncomfortably rougth and the towels were very small. At almost a grand for 2 nights just think it could have been better!

Good location , I do not recommend the restaurant next door mad dog cantina .

The condo was close to the elevators and beside the check in desk , overall good stay ! I would recommend putting a tv in the spare bedroom , and upgrade coffee pot to a k-pod style machine but other than that all was good
