To make it easier for guests, we have just installed angled dock ladders for guest use. - In regards to the hot tub cover, we placed it directly in the prime location where guests can visually enjoy the stars from a great viewpoint. - Thank you for sharing your insight on the indoor entrance to the bunkroom. They also wanted to let you know that the downstairs bathroom was just remodeled and now features a shower to make stays for large groups even more enjoyable. Ramonna, we're sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the homeowner came to the property as quickly as they could, to fix the downstairs lock and left a physical key in case there were any further issues. The owner let us know that the plastic chairs had been damaged before your stay, and sends their sincerest apologies for any injuries it may have caused. They have evaluated the property to ensure that this will not occur for future guests. The porch light has been replaced and all other outdoor lighting was in excellent working condition during your stay. The owner has also confirmed that the outlets worked in all three bathrooms and there is a note on the toilet that asks guests to hold down the handle to flush, previous guests have never had an issue with it. The leak in the master bathroom had not been brought to the owner's attention in the past and since your stay, they have replaced the toilet. Additionally, the private entrance to the downstairs bedroom is stated in the policy section of the listing and shown in the listing photographs, but we're sorry if this was missed. The owner prioritizes every guest experience and did all they could to accommodate you during your stay.
