Hello, in the check-in information it says that landscaping is on Tuesday and pool maintenance is on Wednesday. We do ask that folks please that the maintenance proceed so that the current guest and the incoming guest can have a clean property and clean pool. I wrote you back immediately stating that it was on the check-in information. The pool is cleaned every week. You are coming at a time of the year where we just barely turned from winter to spring, and when it is breezy, the pollen drops from the trees and the Pineneedles can blow from the tree. Most folks don’t enter the pool until summer. Everybody is welcome to use it anytime, but sometimes in between maintenance guests may use the pool net to clean debris from the surface. It’s a very natural process for Pool users. We hope this helps you better understand. Yes, we have outdoor cameras for safety purposes in the home is not occupied. It is marked on the listing as the fact that we do have outdoor cameras.

Hello Nancy and future travelers, I am going to respond with as many facts as possible. I have tested the and ran it for more than an hour at 375. I did not have any issues. It is a kitchenaid superba. I’m sorry you had difficulties. Thank you for letting me know that the showerhead did not have enough pressure for you. I may take out the filter or replace the head after testing (easy remedy if needed). Yes, we do have elongated toilets and they are shown in the photos. Thank you for letting me know about the fence area. I have closed the gap you mentioned! When it comes to running out of goods, this is when communication is key. I would’ve happily pointed you in the right direction for additional bags or paper towels. We did supply three plastic bags and one full extra-roll of paper towels. Your stay was only three days. We feel that is plenty. The rental agreement was that you would have no gatherings. This was violated several times. Having a few extra carloads of people over to have gatherings is not part of the rental as it states that there is no gatherings allowed. We do have beach towels. They are at the bottom of the linen closet. I made sure after reading this that there was a few in there. Thank you for staying with us. We wish you safe travels in the future. Cheers!
