5 Bedroom Single Family @ Storey Lake Resort In der Nhe von Disney 4759

Ragnar, a full week in the house and a nod for the Storey Lake area is the kind of detail that helps the next family picture their own stay. A return trip is always welcome, and the place will be ready when you are.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear everything was set up as expected and that you found the home clean, accommodating, and safe. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the towels. As noted in our listing and rental agreement, we provide one towel per guest based on the home’s maximum occupancy. That said, we always value suggestions and understand that needs can vary, especially for longer stays. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon! Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you Robin for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes. We are glad to hear your stay was good. We will let the owner know to add more pots and pans. Yes the pool heater controls both the pool and the tub. The guests are not allowed to operate it for safety of guests and for owner avoiding any breakage cost due to some guests in the past giving bad experience. But we are always available to come readjust the temperature per your request. We would love to host you again. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you Dean for staying with us, it was a pleasure hosting you. Sorry for the delayed response in getting the TV repaired. Hope the rest of the stay was great!

I am very sorry to hear about your stay. We have ordered parts for the jacuzzi and it should be fixed soon. The pool bulb was replaced, gated community is not always open - there are multiple entrance gates, short term renter visitors are only allowed to enter through the main entrance with guards. Have a nice day.

Hello Janet, thank you for staying at this home and for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. I have reviewed your reservation details and the messages. You informed us about the jets not working on the 16th but after that message we never received a confirmation to send our handyman. Apparently due to the protocols and compliance regulations, we have to receive a written permission from our guests allowing our handyman access the property during the stay in order to assist with any requests. The team asked you twice for the permission (on 16th and 17th) and it was not provided. On the 18th. we sent a handyman when you had messaged us again asking for jet assistance, but you told us that you have ants situation handled. We frequently do pest control to all our homes, but Florida climate is more welcoming to bugs and insects. A different home code was never given you - this may be related to diff home address that was given to you to resolve the amenity issue, while we working with the HOA. This is allowed. I have asked my management team to check on what the homes need so we can add anything that is needed. We do not provide pool towels and BBQ grill rentals are offered on weekly basis by our third party vendor. Different homes have different perks. I am sorry that your experience was not as wonderful as hoped.

Thank you, Alyssa, for sharing your detailed feedback — and for being such a loyal guest to Storey Lake 💛 We’re happy you appreciated the convenient location and the extra household supplies provided to get you started. We’re truly sorry for the inconveniences you faced with the pool heat, grill, utensils, and freezer — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver. Our team has already addressed these points with maintenance and inventory to ensure future guests enjoy a smoother stay 🔧✨ We hope you’ll give us another chance to show the true Wonder Vacation Homes experience next time you return to Storey Lake 🏡💫 — Wonder Vacation Homes w Bruno

Thank you Earl for staying with us, we are sorry but we are just hearing about the cleaning issue through your feedback. We remind our guests to take pictures and communicate with us via the guest portal. If we were notified about any issues during your stay, we would have sent our inspector at that time to check and rectify the issue. However like I said, nothing was brought to our attention. We wish you would have left happy from our home and hope to serve you better next time.

Thank you John for staying with us and for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the home and the location. The renter's agreement and the house rules state we only provide initial supplies and we do not provide pool towels. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay over all and would love to host you again.
