We charge an extra $35 for the grill cleaning. Also, all guests have to refill it by themselves in any gas station nearby if the propane is empty.

Please note, pool heating is not available for a portion of a reservation, only for the entire stay at $50 per night( The pool needs about a day to warm up ,so please request it at least one day before your arrival ! )

THIS HOUSE IS self checking, self -catered home, Guests are provided with a starter kit of dish soap, dish detergent, sponges laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. bathroom have shampoo and condition, body wash and hand soap. There are various cleaning supplies in the laundry room.

•HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


•TRASH DISPOSAL: Please remember to put trash bag in the brown trash bin in front door daily to keep a clean home. The community charges for picking up loose trash in the trash bin and for leaving trash bags on the curb. Therefore, you will be assessed the $110 fee for placing loose trash in the trash bin.

•POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
