Die Villa Corazon Del Mar (Herz des Meeres) ist das perfekte Haus am Strand für Freunde und Familie, um sich in Luxus zu versammeln, um Jubiläen, Geburtstage oder einfach Ferienausflüge zu feiern. Wir haben 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Kingsize-Bett. 4 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. 2 sind Strandseite und 2 sind auf der Ostseite mit kleinen privaten Terrassen. Diese zwei Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite haben jeweils ein Futon / Schlafsofa neben dem Kingsize-Bett. Im Obergeschoss haben wir zwei Futon / Couch-Betten auf dem Dachboden. Dann das 5. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat das Kingsize-Bett und zwei weitere Futon / Couch. Betten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Villa ist für Privatsphäre mit einem großen Center-Bereich entworfen, um die Terrasse / Pool / Bar / Meer fließt zu sammeln. Sie treten von der Terrasse auf Gras und dann auf den weichen Sand des Strandes. Das Meerwasser ist warm und sanft. Janet und Tomas sind deine Hausmeister. Sie halten die Villa und das Gelände gepflegt und gereinigt von Montag bis Samstag. Tomas bietet optionale Chef Services an. Janet ist auch in Massagen, Gesichtsbehandlungen, Maniküre und Pediküre zertifiziert. Sie werden einen echten Urlaub in der Villa Corazon Del Mar erleben. Wir haben einen Concierge, der jede Aktivität oder Tour, die Sie interessiert, durchführen wird. Alle umweltfreundlichen Touren sind verfügbar. Restaurants / Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden Sie mit einem Golfwagen-Verleih verbinden, damit Sie in unserer Gegend einfach herumlaufen können. Die Marina ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang in Richtung Süden am Strand. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen oder im Pool zu entspannen und unsere spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge und vorbeifahrenden Boote zu beobachten, ist ein wahr gewordener Traum.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!We cannot say enough great things about this home! We had 9 couples, and every single couple had their own bedroom and bathroom — which made the trip so comfortable and seamless. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still gather together.We rented golf carts for the full week, which made getting around easy and fun. While there isn’t a huge nightlife scene, we honestly didn’t need it — we made our own fun every night! There are so many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance, which was such a bonus.The in-house staff was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and so helpful throughout our stay. The owners were extremely responsive from start to finish, which made everything stress-free.One of the unexpected highlights? The ice machine at the pool bar! It may sound simple, but it made pool days that much better.We also had a chef come in for two nights, and the food was incredible. Such a fun and delicious experience for our group.Truly not one single issue the entire week. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly, highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean. Large enough for the 18 of us on a family get together. With 9 bedrooms, and all the rooms were large with en-suite bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Everyone loved being in the pool which was cleaned every day. The staff was delightful and fulfilled our every need from transportation to knowedge of good restaurants and fun things to do. We rented 2 golf cars which was super helpful in getting to grocery stores, etc. Being right on the ocean, we had spectacular sunsets every night and we had NO rain during our stay. We had a chef cook our dinner one night -- so nice to relax all day and have a delicious dinner prepared for us. Our ages are 11-77 and all loved the house and trip!

This villa is the full package!! From its location right on the beach to the attentive staff and amazingly helpful owners you won’t be disappointed! We utilized the chef services and both meals were outstanding! The maintenance, cleaning and security were very friendly and helpful, what a great team you get with this villa! We honestly can’t wait to come back!! Rent golf carts, visit Pura for breakfast and Gecko’s for lunch or dinner they are within walking distance of the villa! My family of 16, ages 7-80, enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful, spacious and well cared for. When we had issues Jimmy was there to help. The beach is quiet, which we appreciate, and we loved being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. All around wonderful experience had by everyone in our group.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Corazon. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Having individual climate control for each bedroom was a fantastic feature. It was like having our own private resort. The town of Potrero was very friendly and comfortable.

We loved this house and the staff! They communicated well with us and helped us make the most of our stay. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Chef Anna made great food and then we ate at their restaurant las Brisa’s and danced! Did a catamaran with lazy lizard and loved them too

We absolutely loved this property! We loved the location right on the beach, to die for sunsets, and great location to everything we wanted to do while in Costa Rica. The owner was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival and Thomas and Janet were a pleasure to work with while there. We had several meals prepared by them and it was so good! Thank you!

Amazing views!!!

A group of 10 of us had an incredible week at Greg’s place. That view never gets old! The location is great, just a small walk to restaurants, shops and the grocery store, we also rented a golf and ventured out a bit further. Greg is very responsive and helpful with everything! Playa Potrero is an awesome little town and we all can’t wait to go back!

Excellent vacation. The Villa and property were well maintained. Private security guard made us feel safe. Tomas cooked several excellent meals snd Janet have very good massages. Amazing Vacation!!

We had an amazing time visiting Costa Rica and staying at this lovely home. Greg and McKenzie were super responsive and helpful...really great to work with! The house is beautiful and it was amazing to be right on the beach and have a pool. The service providers they use are fantastic! We loved utilizing Janet's spa services and she was very professional. Tomas's food was very good. Alexandra at LEP and Chip at golf cart rentals both went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had the best experience possible. We would definitely like to go back again!

An excellent family vacation

The property was in an excellent location and the pictures accurately represent the home and location. The service provided by the host, property manager, and others such as the pool service, housekeeper, and security were also great. Each person was personable and offered prompt replies to our communications. This all set the ground for a fabulous vacation for the 12 of us. We took our kids and grandkids and I can say every person, ages 2 through 76, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The host, Mackenzie, went beyond to make sure our needs were met andmade perfect referrals such as for tours and transportation with Yellow Fin. Without hesitation we would go back again and will recommend this host and property to others. By the way, we had the personal chef for several meals and we were impressed with their skills and delighted with the food they served - fun and delicious!

Great House for our Large Group!

This was the perfect house for our group of 13. The house has 9 bedrooms so we had plenty of room. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area is open and roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The highlight is the patio with swimming pool that opens up onto the beach. just spectacular. the pool cabana has a bar, ice maker, and gas grill. We spent most of our time enjoying this beautiful space. daily walks on the beach.The location of the house is great, as well. very close to stores and restaurants as well as other beaches. we rented golf carts to get around. never needed a car.house staff was great. daily cleaning of the house and patio/pool area. very friendly staff.the owners were also great to work with. they answered all of our questions via email prior to our trip so there were no surprises. they also hooked us up with companies to book the golf cart rentals, airport transportation, excursions, etc. They have really assembled a great team to make your vacation easy and memorable.We highly recommend this house for large groups that are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting.

Family birthday celebration

We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthdate. The property was amazing and easily accommodates large groups. The 9 bedrooms were spacious with nicely appointed bathrooms. The large dining room fit our group of 14. I would highly recommend getting some meals prepared at the house by their in house staff. Ana was great getting our airport transfers even though there were multiple flight delays. She also set up our excursions- horse back riding, fishing, private sunset catamaran cruise, ATV . Jimmy the property was also awesome and very responsive. I would also recommend renting golf carts from Chip & Jennifer who couldn’t be any nicer. The owners Greg and MacKenzie were very responsive and easy to deal with. This property is one of a kind in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to staff who made our stay so memorable We plan on returning with our grand children Ken
