great location, some things could be cleaner, and the AC couldn’t go below 72. The location couldn’t be better, you could walk to everything and you are right on the beach. For the price, it’s a good value

The condo was exactly as described. Location was great! Very short walk to the beach and right across the street from Coligny Plaza shopping/Restaurants. The ONLY thing that I was unhappy with and this is a personal preference but seems to be common, is the Main bed is a Memory Foam bed and my husband and I both sleep terribly on those.

Small but just right!

Unit was small but had everything we needed! Location was excellent…walk to shop, restaurants etc! Condo was clean. Bed was comfy. Using the convection oven was tricky at first but we figured it out. Not a fancy place but very quaint. We will definitely stay there again!

Quaint Condo

Property was as described. Plenty of towels, which is always appreciated. You could hear neighbors moving around in the mornings but the noise wasn't an issue at night. It was nice being close to the beach and some restaurants/shops. Check-in process on arrival was simple and easy.

Some issues but good stay overall

We did not have any wifi the whole time we stayed. We were asked to call the provider Charter but did not really want to waste our vacation time on the phone. The location was wonderful and near many good activities.

Right on the beach. Great size for a couple. Close and walkable to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean but a little dated. Pillow case wasn't really cleaned had other peoples hair on it, but clean otherwise.

Excellent Location !

Bedroom was a little small, but the bed was comfortable. We stayed here for the location - beachfront, which was very nice. The pool was heated and very nice also. The living room was comfortable, seemed like a newer couch. Kitchen was fine, we didn't cook but used the coffee maker and refrigerator. Shower head was very nice. Plenty of towels were supplied. The supplied beach chairs to use was a nice touch too. TV in living room worked fine, and was a nice size too. The unit was a little dated, but fine for our stay.

Unfortunately, we had to take cold showers our entire stay because the hot water heater was not working-this was during the weather months which made it even more miserable. The repair man could not come until the day we checked out. The owner did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We reached out to multiple plumbers as soon as we were informed of the issue on Sunday, but the earliest appointment available was Tuesday. - To ensure the problem was resolved, a new hot water tank was installed that day, and the current guests have not reported any issues. - We did our best to address the situation as quickly as possible, especially given the challenge of finding a plumber over the weekend. We appreciate your patience and feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible for future guests.

Hi Dan, we're sorry to hear that this property did not exceed your expectations. - The homeowners assured us that the A/C does go below 70, though they sometimes ask guests not to set it lower during high humidity as it can cause the unit to freeze. - They also let us know that the condo has new appliances, quartz countertops, and air conditioning. They also plan to add a new couch and chair soon and will be doing some painting and redecorating this winter. These owners work hard to provide a great stay for all guests, and we are confident that future travelers will enjoy the condo!

Bait and Switch

This property is nothing like listed. It is not by the pool, it is not a first floor condo, there is no elevator. This property looks at a parking lot and trash bins. There is hardly any parking, my son and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a parking spot on the property. The pool is the type of pool that you would find at an RV Park, tiny and overrun with people. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The mattress and bed are so old, it is at an angle so you sleep feeling like you are falling out of bed. When arriving I contacted the property manager as the condo was hard to find, she was rude and was clearly upset that I was bothering her. Overall, this was a terrible experience. We left and went to a hotel, that is just how bad this place was for my son and I.

Hi Anthony, we're sorry that this condo did not exceed your expectations. We take the accuracy of our listings seriously, and we confirmed that the property is just as advertised. Though not stated in the listing, it is a first-floor condo, but there are a few steps required to access that floor. The property is steps from the pool but does not overlook the pool; nowhere is it advertised that way. The homeowner confirmed that she helped you locate the unit when you arrived at night and was polite and respectful as she is with all guests. She also let us know that the mattress is only two years old and very comfortable. We are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!

This was our honeymoon trip and first time at Hilton Head. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a clean condo and sheets! However, your security at The Breakers are unnecessarily rude and it's not clear to us why the pool isn't open until 9am and only open until sunset. It would have been helpful to have been provided with some sort of map to our room. When arriving late at night to check in, it is very hard to find if you have no concept of the tunnels through the parking lot after a 7 hour drive. We would have appreciated K-Cups in the room like at every single other place we've stayed. It also would have been nice to have been provided with some of the rules in the room about the area and how you can't have any lights on the beach at night and maybe a map of where the closest restrooms are, or just to make guests aware of a restroom somewhere in the breakers that's not in the room. It just felt like we as guests were not provided with enough information to help us out on our stay. We often felt disoriented, struggled to find any public restrooms that weren't gatekept. Combined with the pool closing at sunset (which is literally 8:30pm). I don't understand why, because there's not a lifeguard on duty. It just felt like the place was designed for us to not have a good time. Ultimately this was just a comfortable place for us to sleep, but that was about it. We returned everything to check out conditions. Thank you again!

Great location. Property just right for us— exactly how advertised. The key/lock was a bit tricky to begin with. And the bedroom remote control did not connect. Only suggestion is maybe a map of cologney plaza and neighboring properties/attractions. Thank you! We will be back

Love the property. Usually want to face the interior of the property yo see the pool but Still enjoyed. Great upgrades in the condo and enjoyed myself as usual

Great Location For Good Price

We were able to stay right on the beach and had easy access to most of what Cologinay had to offer. The only downside is the condo walls are thin, and we could hear our neighbors at times - but we spend most of our time at the beach or nearby restaurants, so it wasn't an issue for us.

Great Cute Condo Steps away from beach!!

This place is so conveniently located by shopping plaza and beach. We rented bikes around the corner and it was amazing. Couldn't of had a better experience!
