Diese kürzlich renovierte Wohnung in Tahoe Sierra Pines, Incline Village, NV, hat alles, um Ihren Urlaub komfortabel und unvergesslich zu machen. Unsere einzige Ebene, Eigentumswohnung ist mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zu herrlichen Sandstränden von Incline Village, Wanderwege, Hyatt Regency Resort (Restaurants, Geschäfte, Casino), Bouleplatz, Skatepark, Creek Side Wanderweg und die neigen Recreation Center (Hallenbad, Fitnessraum / Fitness-Center, Basketballplätze, Tennisplätze etc.).

Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Championship Golf, Kino und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Reichweite zu. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um Lake Tahoe erkunden und genießen Sie alles, was es zu bieten hat, darunter Wandern, Mountainbiken, Kajak, Rudern, Angeln, sowie tolle Restaurants (Lone Eagle Grill), Bars (Cutthroat Saloon) und Kaffeehäuser (Sierra Cafe).

Der Zugang zu Incline privaten Strände (Incline Strand und Burnt Cedar Beach) enthalten ist, aber die Gäste sind verantwortlich für den Eintritt (für weitere Informationen siehe

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön mit bequemen Ledersofas eingerichtet und gemütlichen Speisesaal bietet bequem Platz für 6 bis 8. Die Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet mit zwei Doppelbetten und zwei Einzelbetten, (für bis zu sechs Erwachsene / Kinder) ausgestattet. Die hochwertige Baumwolle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden Ihren Urlaub komfortabel und entspannend. Genießen Sie machen eine Familie Mahlzeit in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit neuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl und schöne Granit.

Für Home Entertainment, gibt es einen 36 "LED-TV und Blu-ray. TV (kein Kabel außer Hulu und Netflix) und Internet sind verfügbar. Es gibt auch eine kleine DVD-Auswahl, Bücher und Brettspiele, wenn Sie vor dem Holzkamin entspannen und entspannen möchten. Das Achterdeck steht greenbelt und hat Tisch mit Stühlen. Leider hat HOA nicht grillen auf dem Grundstück erlaubt, aber Sie die Barbecues im gemeinsamen Bereich zwischen den Gebäuden nutzen können. Parkplätze für zwei Fahrzeuge zur Verfügung. Comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and located in a very convenient location. We especially enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the large dining table was nice for meals. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows firmer than we are used to. Everything was nice and clean except the patio table and chairs out on the deck. We would love to have been able to sit out there and enjoy the beautiful weather, but they were so full of pollen dust that we couldn’t even attempt to clean them off so that was a bit disappointing.

We had a great time and loved the place. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the condo was very spacious! Small issues with one toilet missing the handle and broken blinds, but a service tech came out and fixed.

Incline Village Summer Vacation

This property is conveniently located, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great for our group. I had a couple of questions before we arrived as well as during our stay and received responses. We enjoyed walking to the newly remodeled bowling alley across the street. The photos on the VRBO website of the interior of this condo do not reflect the current state of the condo. It was cluttered/messy and needed a deep cleaning. The outdoor deck was also cluttered and messy. We were able to use the available cooler to take to the lake after we cleaned all of the sand out of it.

Loud on a Summer Night, But otherwise, really great!

So, this vacation renal is right in the middle of everything. Which, I'm sure is great. But on summer nights, when it's vital to have the windows open it was very noisy. We had one girl swearing and cursing out on the porch of the building, on the phone to her boyfriend, at 2 AM in the morning that woke our kids. Now, this is NOT the fault of the property owner, but it is an issue when it's hot, no AC, and the only relief is to have windows open. There was so much good stuff about this property - tons of games, plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and shampoo and all that. The fridge is new with a nice icemaker, and the location was really easy to go pretty much anywhere. Also, unfortunately, while we were there the pine pollen or whatever that was, was in full force! What was really great, was that there were plenty of floor fans around the condo to keep the air flow. This place, would be great in the winter, when you can keep the windows closed, because the sound was great when we did close the windows, it just got too unbearable hot - like 78 degrees when we arrived at 9 pm inside the condo and that's too hot for us to comfortably sleep in.

Nice property, bad housekeeping status

The property by itself was as good as expected. Housekeeping status and service attitude was disappointing. No garbage bags neither setup on the kitchen garbage can nor extra stocked. One of bath roll was half used without having extra stocked. No laundry detergents were found. I called the local housekeeper but she was never sorry about all these missing supplies but being arrogant saying it's not possible for supplies not be stocked correctly. She suggested me to buy that they'll reimburse, my vacation already started with full of bad feelings. I left complaints to the owner but she was not easily reachable: no email address was given so I had to login Vrbo and use its public messaging (that is for quote inquiry purpose) to communicate. I made my mind not to argue any more since I didn't want to ruin the vacation at that time, but I couldn't help but left my experience here.

Dear Jake, Thank you for staying in our property and we are sorry for the problems regarding the lack of garbage bags and laundry detergent. We had a different lady cleaning the condo before your moving in, not our regular housekeeper as she had another commitment. Apparently, she forgot to put out the garbage bags and laundry detergent. Condo was perfect, only faced a noise issue with maintenance man in unit 1 right below us.

Allthough the condo space and amenities were wonderful, I would have given 5 stars but I am giving 3 stars for only 2 reasons, first I will say the plusses.. when we arrived, we were allowed to check in earlier than expected because the owner was very understanding of us traveling with a newborn. She was very easy to correspond with and the beds were very comfortable. There were beach chairs, towels, a great selection of DVD's for the kids and a great boucany to enjoy coffee and breakfast outside. There were also laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and sponges. I have stayed in many condos where they literally provide nothing, and I was happy to see that the bare necessities were complimentary. there was also salt and pepper and a few other basic spices to cook with and coffee and filters as well. The condo was perfectly located close to the recreational center and bowling alley across the street which is the only pool you can visit as a tourist, unless you get guest passes from the owner to attend the many private beaches on lakeshore boulevard. Knowing this I asked her for the passes but she claimed the HOA would only give guest passes if you stayed all summer or for at minimum a week in the condo. My cousin thankfully is a resident of Incline village, so my children and I could go with her resident pass and then she could purchase guest passes for us to enter these private beaches. The only beach that isn't private is kings beach which is 10-15 minute drive. The only other issue was the 1st day when we arrived, there was a man blasting spanish music and working on his red SUV in the parking lot from 11 am till 6pm. knowing HOA rules, I know that this is a strict violation. I was going to alert Diane, the property manager who is local, but I was running late to a wedding so I forgot until I came home and the music was blasting at midnight coming from the unit 1 directly below us and the floor was vibrating. I called the sheriffs office and they came immediately and handled the situation quickly and painlessly. The music never returned after that. I told the owner about these 2 issues and she is new to Incline, so she re contacted the HOA about both issues. She misunderstood the rules about the guest passes for the 5 private beaches. They are able to get passes if she emails the guests name. then you can purchase the pass for $12 I believe. Just make sure you are clear about this issue, or you won't be able to go to the beach.

Everything in the description was accurate, if not better! The townhome was very clean, well-stocked with toiletries, kitchen items, and so very welcoming! It was a great location, lots of parking, and from pre to post trip, the owner was very accessible, friendly and so helpful! My favorite parts of this home was having a full bathroom for every bedroom (such a rarity), a great washer/dryer, and the fireplace was absolutely lovely! The area was quiet and felt safe. Someone even sprinkled granules all over our staircase to help with the snow! We would definitely choose to stay there again and have already recommended it to our friends!

As advertised, cost effective and clean; parking a big issue

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The 3 bathrooms are an added plus. It was what we expected and an excellent value. Good location. I would provide 4 stars but the parking lot was packed with snow. While there were a few light snow storms just prior to our arrival, the large storm was a week before. Clearly, the lot had not been cleared. Even as we were there, no snow removal equipment ever cleared the parking lot. That's a good 10 days after the major storm. Our vehicle got stuck in the snow and required a $200 tow truck to be pulled out. I wouldn't complain if it had been a few days after the large storm, but there was clearly no attempt by the HOA to clean up the parking lot for 10 days. I'm an experienced Tahoe visitor. A few days? Yes. But 10 days? When I brought this to the attention of the owner (who was quite responsive on other matters), he offered no tow refund and only that he would complain to the HOA. That's not taking responsibility as far as I'm concerned. His HOA problems with snow removal are not my problems and if large storms may cause issues, he should have informed us. And 10 days later is ridiculous. We needed no snow cables ANYWHERE else.

We had a very nice time. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of blankets and towels, and cozy fireplace! 1 mile from Diamond Peak! We would have loved softer pillows on the bed, and a vacation rental instruction book would have been nice. We weren’t sure how owners wanted us to leave the condo. Otherwise, we were very warm and relaxed on our stay! Thank you!!

Wonderful Getaway

Great place to stay in Incline Village! My husband and I went with another couple for a golf getaway, and this didn't disappoint! Besides being close to golf courses, it's also within a five minute car ride, or less, to the beach, the Hyatt and many restaurants. The property was clean and had plenty of amenities. I, personally, was so happy with the nice coffee maker!! The owner responded promptly for the reservations, and everything was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property when looking for a place to stay in Incline Village.
