Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry your stay was impacted by the plumbing issue. Once the leak from the primary shower was reported, we responded immediately and sent a plumber to assess the problem. Unfortunately, the repair required work that could not be completed while the home was occupied, and to prevent further damage, we had to ask that the shower not be used. We understand how inconvenient that was for your group, and we sincerely apologize. We're also sorry we were unable to relocate your party. We understand how disappointing that was, especially with a larger group. We apologize if you felt your concerns weren't followed up on as expected. Regarding the roaches, we live in a coastal environment where they can occasionally make their way indoors, but that's never the experience we want for our guests. We'll be sure the home is inspected and treated as needed. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience.

Hello Laura, as per our contract and our stated policies check-in time starts at 4pm and instructions will be sent when your property is ready for your arrival and as such 4pm check-in is not guaranteed. We do apologize if you felt our policies were not clear but we are glad to hear you were able to receive those instructions so close to check-in time! "Additionally there is a $50 fee to use the sure where this came from. We've never charged anyone a pool fee. Initially we did say there was a $25 late check-out fee due to incoming guests but when we realized it was available we offered you a later check out at no additional cost. We hate to hear you felt you were nickeled and dimed but it does sound like there was some misunderstanding on the fees. Thank you for the feedback, we look forward to having stay with us again.
