Wenn Frieden und Ruhe sind die Anforderungen für Ihren Urlaub, liefert der Lakewood Lodge beides. Die Lodge ist ein erstklassiges Qualitäts Pfosten und Balken gebaut Cedar Lindel Hause. Es befindet sich in einer reifen Laubwald auf dem Cayuga Wine Trail gelegen.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und liegt auf der Westseite des Cayuga Lake, wenige Minuten von den Seneca Falls (13 Meilen) und Ithaca (25 Meilen) entfernt. Es ist in der Nähe der Weingüter auf beiden Cayuga und Seneca Lake. 1993 erbaut, hat es alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig.

Die Lodge liegt auf einem sehr geräumigen offenen Grundriss mit steigenden Kathedrale Decken, viel Tageslicht und komplett möbliert basiert. Die Schlafgelegenheiten umfassen 3 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten, ein Loft mit zwei Einzelbetten und 2 Schlafsofas für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer und 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen (1 mit Geschirrspüler). Für Essgelegenheiten gibt es einen großen Esstisch für 10 Personen, einen kleineren Esstisch für 6 Personen und einen weiteren Tisch für 4 Personen. Zwei geräumige Wohnzimmer sind mit bequemen Sofas sowie 55- und 42-Zoll-Smart-TVs ausgestattet.

Ein See Seitendeck verfügt über einen komfortablen schmiedeeisernen Tisch und Stühlen mit einem Barbecue-Grill. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine in überdachten Veranda mit einem Sitz Liebe für romantische Momente, gescreent.

Eine Schaukel und Basketballkorb wird Stunden der Freude bieten, wenn Jugendliche sind in Ihrer Partei.

Ein kurzer und angenehmer Spaziergang ist die Whitlock / VanRiper Naturschutzgebiet durch die Finger Lakes Land Trust verwaltet. Diese zu erhalten ist von 81 qm, gepflegte Wanderwege und eine echte Rarität von 1.900 Fuß von unbebauten Küstenlinie besteht. Handy-Empfang ist ausgezeichnet. WLAN ist. Es stehen 55 "und 42" Smart-Fernseher mit Internetzugang sowie ein DVD-Player mit einer kleinen Filmbibliothek zur Verfügung. Eine Vielzahl von Brettspielen stehen zur Verfügung.

Rauchen ist im und um das Haus nicht gestattet. Konservative Nutzung der Abwassersystem, Wasserversorgung und Elektrizität wird geschätzt. Obwohl das Haus ist nicht kindersicher, Kinder sind willkommen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Die Belegung ist auf dem Grundstück auf maximal 12 begrenzt.

We so enjoyed our stay in this home. It’s everything you could ask for - spacious, charming, clean, and comfortable. The deck has an amazing view of Lake Cayuga (rain or shine); there’s a cozy screened in sitting room and the downstairs has a walk-in shower, which was very helpful for our group that included four adults over age 75. Melissa was very responsive when we needed help with the heat/AC unit.

Overall good stay!

Overall, we had a good stay! There is literally everything you need at the home (kitchen items, towels, games, etc.). I will just say that the bedrooms get pretty hot at night with the AC being units, but we also know it’s July and hot! Otherwise - location is perfect to many, many wineries and cider houses.

Great stay with a view

This place was lovely and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay. We especially appreciated everything being stocked and the view. The only thing we were taken back by was that during checkout I realized we were expected to clean and leave the place exactly as we found it in terms of cleanliness even though we're paying a cleaning fee.

Loved our stay at Lakewood in Romulus, NY. Great space - roomy, comfortable and well appointed (great kitchen with everything you would need!) Lake view from the deck in the rear and serene, quiet surroundings. Great location for wine tasting on the Cayuga Wine Trail. Also convenient for Seneca Falls, Tugahannock Falls, Ithaca, etc. Will stay again next time!

Fantastic house close to lake and wineries

We had an amazing stay at this house. It is exactly as the pictures depict - spacious, beautiful view of lake and close to the trails to beach, wonderful wineries, breweries. The nine of us (all adults including 3 elderly grandparents) had plenty of space and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Melissa was a fantastic host. She was very responsive to all questions and flexible about last minute requests. We would absolutely visit again.

This place was amazing. The check in process was very easy and smooth. The host ( Melissa) was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. We were there this past weekend and had my wife's family come in from out of town. They loved the place as well. The house had everything you need and more. There was plenty of space, kitchen (2 of them) provided all cookware needed and plenty of storage space for food, and games galore. We were there when it was 90 degrees and the air conditioning in the house was perfect! The location is great if you want to venture out to the many local wineries, breweries, or distilleries. The view of the lake was incredible also. I highly recommend this place and the host as well. We made some great family memories that we will cherish.

A perfect house for 4 of us. Nice view of the lake, the enclosed porch was great for raining days. The host is very responsive and helpful. The basement has a nice kitchenette and two bedroom and a sitting area, perfect for our friend and her son. The house has a very week stocked kitchen.

The house was in a great location. It was listed as a 4 bedroom, but it actually was a 3 bedroom with a loft. A clean, large common area. A cleaning fee was in the rental price, but the owner left a list of things to clean before we checked out. We always leave a house clean. I did not follow the list.

Finger Lakes Wedding

The property and house was as avertised. And if fit our needs totally. The home was well appointed and offered many simple comforts that are often overlooked like paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee filters. They owners did a great job making this an easy rental, We tried to leave the property in impeccable shape with all floors and surfaces cleaned to a shine. The only recommmendation we have is the 2 skillets provided in the kitchen are far beyond useful shape. They are warped, and have teflon coating removed. Please replace these items as it would benefit the owner and renters.

This property is beautiful. The house has a wonderful deck facing the lake that is great for coffee in the morning and refreshments at night. Also if it’s clear skies, the stars are amazing. Inside there is a gorgeous high ceiling sitting area that has lots of very comfortable seating.The two bedrooms downstairs are both very nice and there is another sitting area with a couch and a futon that can be used as more beds if needed. The futon I slept on was quite comfortable! The downstairs bathroom was modern with an awesome shower! Lots of extra blankets are available.There is another very pretty bedroom on the entry level . From the dining room area you can up the stairs to an adorable loft with two twin beds!Everyone was very happy with their sleeping arrangements and by all reports people slept very comfortably.We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house and went out for lunch. The kitchen has everything you would possibly need, including a pantry of spices and all sorts of cooking ingredients in case you forgot anything!Melissa, the host, was excellent at communicating and was extremely accommodating for our needs! Fantastic home!! Definitely check this one out people!!

A group of 10 people had plenty of room at this gorgeous house. Absolute no complaints except that we had to leave! The loft is adorable and there’s room for a blow up mattress. The main floor has one bedroom with a door to the back deck. The lower level has two bedrooms. Plus a big futon with the extra kitchen and bath. Downstairs also had access to the back yard. There’s also a full size couch on the main floor and a love seat that is a pull out bed. Parking was not an issue for 4 cars. There’s a cute little screened in area to sit and watch the birds and chipmunks. Thistle feeder outside kitchen window for the orioles to visit. A big hit! Owners are wonderful and very helpful. Was so happy to meet you Melissa!!! 😘 House is about 30 minute from Watkins Glen. Same from Ithaca. Right on the wine trail. No neighbors on top of you. House had every item you could possibly need!! Very clean and just adorable. I think we left the place as we found it. Thank you! Hoping to come back next year. New York charges you $8 a car to enter state parks. But you can go to other state parks on the same day and pay only once. Lucifer Falls at Treman state park is a must! My 81 year old mom did this! Lots of steps but she survived! Go to the waterfall overlook down the road too!! The ice cream stand on route 89 is expensive!! This location is sooo nice for those that don’t want to be in a town. Yes, you can see the lake from the house. You can hear the woodpeckers too! Ha ha ha. Love.

Great location!

Great location! Beautiful house, very clean, great communication. The only drawback is before you depart you are required to clean the whole bathrooms and sweep and vacuum the house. I would recommend staying here.
