The name of the Vrbo stay “Destination Relaxation” lives up to the name. The place was clean comfortable, and had all necessary items you would need. It was an added plus that there were kayaks, stand up paddle board, paddle boat, floats, life jackets and much more. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful view.

Another fun stay!

We think this is at least our fourth year staying here and obviously we still enjoy! Quiet, 4 BR, great dock, central air and gentle slope and 5 steps to the dock!The owners are very responsive to any issues that arise. We hope to stay here again

Wine Trip 2025

We had a wonderful time, and the property was nothing less than perfect. The boathouse was a bonus and stocked with everything we could have wanted to enjoy time on and in the lake. We especially enjoyed the paddle boat. The house was well equipped for our needs, and the deck had a beautiful view.

Grad celebration

We were in town for my son’s graduation from Cornell, and the lake house was the perfect retreat after a long drive.The home was peaceful, cozy, and beautifully set up with everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches—it truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better space to relax and celebrate such a special occasion. It was a pleasure to deal with Abi the owner. She informed us of things in the area. Her place is well stocked with what we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed having a fire in the fireplace when it got cold out. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Would definitely return. Great location and views are amazing!

Hidden gem

Everything about this lake house is spectacular: The views, the location, the amenities (boathouse, fire pit) and the ease with which everything is handled by the hosts. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer - absolutely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and spend some quality time with family and friends.

Destination Relaxation

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean, and organized with clear instructions for each appliance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and having restaurant menus was helpful. The property includes a dock and a boat house which were great for fishing and kayaking. We slept really well in the sleep number bed! We’ve already recommended this property to friends, and we can’t wait to book our next stay!

Family Girls Birthday Getaway

Destination Relaxation was everything it promised and more! Like I told Abi the pictures do not do it justice the place is absolutely amazing! You feel like you are in a resort, there is nothing that Abi doesn’t take care of. The views are gorgeous , the beds so comfortable, the house is spacious. We took full advantage of all the lake toys she had to offer. I have rented at the fingers lakes twice before and neither places come close to Destination Relaxation. Perfect location to everything and Abi was so helpful ahead of arrival with information about grocery stores, wineries etc. we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for opening your home!

Waterfront treasure!

Amazing space for our family of 6. Great beds, new furnishings, lakeside on Seneca Lake. Soooo clean and inviting. Abi and Winton's place is a must stay. Host made several great winery and restaurant recommendations, too. Dresden is a cute little, quiet town. Loved it. We made use of the kayaks and Stand up board, and if it was warmer would have used them much more! The huge comfy recliner was everyone's favorite spot! Look no further!

Accurate title for the Home

Destination Relaxation is a fantastic name for the property. From the first time we reached out Abi was very responsive and friendly. They were accommodating with our questions and recommendations for the area. The home itself is very comfortable and in great shape with gorgeous views of the lake and a great setup by the water. The home has everything you should need for your stay including kitchen appliances and utensils. Our stay was extremely relaxing without a single hitch was the perfect place to spend a weekend with our family.

Family lake vacation

Amazing family vacation on the lake! Property was just as described and immaculately clean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and have meals; linens, and towels were provided. Was great to have a washer and dryer to use. Instructions for use of things at the house as well as for trash, recyclables, etc were all clearly written out at the house. The owner was prompt to answer any questions or concerns. The boat house and dock was wonderful - the seating on the dock was so enjoyable - permanently attached to dock and two of the chairs were rockers that also spun around 360 degrees so could face the other 2 seated chairs that had an attached table between them. We spent alot of time there. We used the paddleboat and kayaks and thoroughly enjoyed it all! The house also had a great grill outside with a large patio with a huge table and seating for eight people. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of great wineries, quaint towns, and activities. My only caution would be to consider if anyone in your group has mobility issues because there is quite a steep hill from the house down to the boathouse and it would be an issue for anyone who had mobility inability, heart, breathing, or any restricted activity concerns to enjoy the boathouse and dock. The house and patio provides great views of the lake - they just wouldnt be able to enjoy the lakeside. Otherwise, HIGHLY recommend!

Home base for the eclipse

We stayed in this great house on Seneca Lake, using it as home base for traveling north to the see the eclipse in April 2024. The house is right on the lake with gorgeous views. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the five of us were VERY happy with our choice. We highly recommend Destination Relaxation!

Great relaxation

The property was wonderful. It was truly a home feeling, the welcome wine bottle was perfect to kick off our wine weekend. The beds were comfortable. There is everything you may need and more in the kitchen. And the beach house fireplace was the perfect ending to each day! The views were gorgeous! We would definitely book again!

The perfect place to stay!

This house was absolutely perfect! The house was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The view of the lake from the living room windows was beautiful. We sat on the deck off of the living room when we weren't down at the dock. By the way, the chairs on the dock rock and swivel. And they are sooo comfortable! I would highly recommend this property to everyone. There were no negatives with it at all!
