Great location

This condo was a great location right near mamas fish house and the beach. The air conditioning worked really well unlike some condos we’ve stayed in while in Hawaii.

Cute place, great location

This worked well for our family. It’s close to a very cute/small beach with lots of turtles as well as mamas fish house - great food! We easily hopped on the Road to Hana from here and also easily travelled to Haleakala national park.

Perfect quick stop before road to Hana

Was a perfect take off point for road to Hana. We got in and out without a hitch. Was more than adequate for our purpose which was an early start to beat the crowds on the road.

Nice and convenient

We spent a week of summer holidays. The stay was great. The appartment is very comfy and roomy. The only problem was a few insects around, especially when we first got in.

Great Location

We had only one night to stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked. We shopped in Paia, went to the beach that was a 3 minute walk, they provide two beach chairs and walked to Mamas Fish house. I’d stay again.

Perfect location in Maui

The location is a great place to stay near the airport, close to a cute little beach. The only thing I wish I would have known ahead is to make reservations to a world famous fish house located steps away. The food looked delicious. Otherwise it is a mile down the road from many great restaurants and shops. The unit has everything we needed to stay and enjoy the beach.

Awesome Place & Location...

We loved staying at this place. It is in such a great location.. close to everything on the North Shore and literally right across from the beach. We arrived and the unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Tobi was helpful and very accommodating. We will be back!

Comedy snd cozy

Although this condo is a little dated, it’s incredibly clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable the pillows like new the couches in the living room very comfortable and it had everything you needed to make your stay very comfortable. We only stayed one night here but we felt very at home.

The best rental we have stayed at!

The green house was cozy clean and comfortable. The home was located right near Paia town which had all the restaurants and grocery stores. The house was equipped with all the essentials from cooking utensils till insect repellents! Loved the brightly lit living room in the morning and the patio chairs for a breezy evening! We will definitely come back and loved staying there!

Spotless, Excellently Located Gem

Loved our stay at Emalia’s property. The listing is modest compared to the reality of this great apartment. Super clean stylish and so close to Pa’ia with its cool vibe and great shops and restaurants. Beach access was fantastic. The little cove had countless turtles in the water and on our second evening they were basking on the sand. So thrilling. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was really wonderful. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great Location! The property is a little outdated. It looks adorable in the pictures but its a little more run down in person. Had an issue opening the door but was able to contact the owner and it was as simple as turing the handle up not down, so if you go, turn the handle on the front door up to open. Overall a decent place in a good location.

Nice but…

Cute older unit in nice location with easy parking and good wi fi. My only issue were that there were quite a few cockroaches in the unit - I know you have to expect bugs in a tropical climate but we didn’t run across this in the 3 other places we stayed at.

A relaxed alternative to resort life.

This unpretentious unit in a quiet, laid back location was just what we wanted. We loved the proximity to the beach at Mama's Fish House and easy access to East Maui and Upcountry. The highly functional kitchen in the open living area made it easy and fun to prepare some of our meals at home - a bonus when you are traveling on a budget. The daybed sofas in the livingroom did not present a seating problem for us, and we found the cable TV and streaming to be simple to operate. The casual assortment of books and dvds made us feel at home, as did the plentiful, whimsical decorative touches. We enjoyed the chaise lounges on the balcony and appreciated the offering of cooler, water toys and beach towels. This was the perfect place for a fun-loving adult couple who enjoy a more relaxed alternative to resort life.

Roaches, bad Wifi

We rented this unit with the intention of cooking our own meals, and having a decent place to sleep. However we encountered roaches every day during our stay. They appeared in the toilet and the kitchen, which was an unpleasant surprise. We ended up skipping on making our own meals as a result, and didn't sleep well either. We notified the owners the first day, and they responded saying they'll come check it out but nothing happened afterwards nor an effort was made to make it right. Also, the Wi-Fi was miserably bad. Even after resetting the modem and router, it was very slow and unstable on all our devices, so we ended up having to pay for our mobile hotspot instead. On the plus side, the location and neighborhood is close to Hana hwy and many points of interest.

Super tolles Appartment!

Did NOT want to leave.

Beautifully located. My girlfriend and I had a blast. Not only did we explore and drive all over the island, but we enjoyed the property we were staying at. We bought groceries and utilized the kitchen. It was nice having breakfast and dinner in such a nice cozy condo. Felt like home for the weekend. 10 out of 10!
