Kuau Surf 2.0 Maui North Shore Locally-Owned

My one bedroom apartment is very well located on the beautiful and wild north shore of Maui. It is 2 minutes walking distance to Mama’s beach, right in front of the world famous Mama's Fish House Restaurant. Hookipa Beach Park, which features great surfing and windsurfing, is only 2 minutes drive from the apartment. Paia town with restaurants and shops is only 5 minutes away. My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families (with kids).

The 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment is in the ground floor in a 3-story walk up building. The building is right off Hana Highway, right before Mama's Fish House.
The kitchen is supplied with new appliances: It has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, electric stove, oven, cookware, and a fridge with water and ice dispenser.
Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, and AC unit in the living room as well as the bedroom. Basic Cable, flat screen TV, and wifi internet, blue tooth ceiling speakers that sync to your phone so you can listen to your own music in style.
The bed has a new king size mattress and there is a full size hide-a-bed couch in the living room to sleep a maximum of 4 guests.
The bathroom has a rain shower head, 4 towels, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. (note that it is a small apartment and the hot water only last for a 15 minute shower)

You have the entire apartment to yourself.
There are washers and dryers in the Laundry room across the yard.
Ground floor level.
Reserved parking right outside the unit.
Beach Chairs, Beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler provided.
Self check in with electronic lock.
2 minute walk to the beach.

The unit features a modern digital electronic lock. No keys required! Easy self check in starts at 3pm. Check out at 11am.

Extra towels for additional people, and sheets, pillows and comforter for the pull out sofa are located in the bedroom closet.

Due to housekeeping schedules, safety and Airbnb privacy policy, we are unable to offer early check in or late check out.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking or vaping of any substance indoors or on the lanais will result in automatic extra cleaning fees.

The apartment is in Kuau plaza building at the first floor next to Hana Hwy, for people that are sensible to the car noise could be annoying.

BUGS ( ants and cockroaches)
Despite a regular disinfestation treatment is carried out, in a tropical
climate the appearance of insects is rare, but possible especially in the case of
food residues left in the apartment.
