Diese Auflistung ist für die im Obergeschoss Bay View Einheit. Die oben liegende Einheit ist die primäre Miete und hat den Blick auf das Meer und das höchste Niveau der Oberfläche. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Außentreppe.

Sehr wünschenswert Paia Lage. Halbes Los aus dem Ozean Versteckt noch ganz in der Nähe der Stadtmitte.

Das Paia Bay Suites ist ein zweistöckiges Haus, das 1987 erbaut und 2013 renoviert wurde. Es besteht aus zwei separaten Suiten, aber nur das Obergeschoss wird als Ferienwohnung vermietet.

Das Obergeschoss ist 528 sf mit 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, Küche und Wohn / Essbereich, für zwei Erwachsene plus 1 Kind. Die Bay View Suite wird durch eine Außentreppe erreicht.

Die Bay View Suite verfügt über einfache Einrichtung im Einklang mit einer Strandhütte Atmosphäre. Es hat ein neues Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein komplett renoviertes Full-Size-Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und eine komplett renovierte Küche und einen Wohn- / Essbereich.

Es gibt eine schöne 8.500 Quadratmeter eingezäunten Hof und Terrasse im Freien. Dieser Hof wird mit der unten liegenden Einheit geteilt, die von einer pensionierten Person besetzt wird.

Parkplatz ist reichlich, abseits der Straße und eingezäunt.

Es gibt eine Außendusche zum Abwaschen von Sand vom Strand, etc.

Paia Bay Suites ist ein neues Urlaubsangebot in einer der begehrtesten Orte von Paia. Es liegt am Loio Place, eine Seitenstraße, die Ozean der Autobahn ist und doch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Herzen von Paia Town entfernt liegt. Es ist eine großartige Lage für Gäste, die in der Nähe von Paia Town und dem Ozean sein wollen.

Paia Town ist eine eklektische Stadt mit einer Mischung aus Einheimischen, Surfern, New Agers, evangelischen Christen, Hippies, Monied People, Arbeiter, Künstler, Snowbirds, Buddhisten und vieles mehr. Es war eine grobe Plantagenstadt, die jetzt in Mauis hippestes Strandstadtziel übergeht.

Das Anwesen besteht aus einem zweistöckigen Häuschen auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück in der Nähe des Ozeans von Paia Bay (es ist nicht direkt am Meer).

Perfect retreat

This gorgeous apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. Short walk to town, beautiful views of Paia Beach, clean and functional space, and a super comfortable bed with ocean breezes made for excellent sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

Perfect blend of peaceful and lively

What a beautiful cottage, beautifully situated! On one side, rural sunrises over the fields, on the other, ocean waves and distant mountains. And a short walk to the fun bustle of Pa’ia. Clean and fresh inside, and the flowers on the table were a thoughtful and gorgeous touch. Thank you for providing such a lovely spot for a refreshing vacation!

A week in paradise

Paia Bay Suites was just what we needed to celebrate our retirement. We were pleased with our accommodations and the setting. Margit was a wonderful host. Her quick responses and suggestions for activities and exploring the island were very helpful. Paia is a lovely town with some of the best food on the island.

Location is Incredible!!!

We rented a car, but I wish we had use Uber. Everything we enjoy is walkable. Downtown is full of Boutiques, Groceries and Coffee, plus lots of dining places. Breaches are walking distance. The ambience of living in the trees, with the filtered lighting is special. We didn't get rain, but we've been there in the rain, and it is magical. Short walk to the end of the Bay for spectacular Sunsets.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Paia is a laid back town with great restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Margit was great to work with and very responsive. The condo is on a secondary road, very private and quiet, with only the sound of the ocean. The grounds are beautiful. We hope to be staying there next year!

Enjoyed our stay

It is a nice house with enough space for 4 people. The location allows to walk to all things to do in Paia - we liked to avoid going with the car! A little suggestion for improve: the moskito screen door could be improved.

Cozy Stay in Paia

This was my 7th trip back to Maui, and my husband many more than that. This was the smallest rental we’ve had, but by far our most favorite! It is charming, cozy, has the perfect location for walking into town, and a killer view! We felt like we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The property manager was also very helpful and was very prompt with any communication. We usually come to Maui every year, and we hope to return to this little gem. Thank you!

A little piece of Paradise

My Wife and I loved our stay and our so happy we chose it. The apartment had everything we needed and was so convenient for walking in to town for food/drinks or shopping. Our favourite place to eat was Paia Bay Coffee lovely food and different entertainment daily, Saturday Jazz brunch probably our favourite 11-13. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai watching the cute little birds and bought some extras seed as they went through it so quickly. You can see the Ocean and the surf breaking through the trees and the mountains. Paia is a cute town and a great base to explore Maui. Already planning our return we loved it.

Magical Hideaway for the Island Adventurer

Everybody has a different experience in mind for their vacation. This wonderful little hideaway was our ideal experience (a family of 3). We are not resort people and like to explore places on our own terms. The apartment had everything we needed and much care went into making the space warm and inviting. We loved being able to walk to the market and shops. The beach was a short skip and a hop. This was a perfect place to land and launch from for our own adventures about the island. Sincerest thanks to the owners for making this space available, it was magical and we were grateful to be there.

Paia Bay Suites is a great place to experience Maui. The accommodations/amenities made us feel very comfortable, with the little touches (snacks to add to a picnic, beach chairs , chalk board with local things to see & do) included. The outside balcony, yard & surrounding neighborhood was a wonderful area to take in the sights & sounds of Maui & to enjoy the daily Sunrises & Sunsets. Paia Bay is located near all North Shore beaches, convenient to downtown Paia, Upcountry & the Road to Hana. Exploration of NW Maui & South Maui can easily be done from here. Overall, Paia Bay added to our Maui experience & we would definitely stay there on our next Maui visit Mahalo

Super cute cottage near the beach. Quiet, peaceful and private location.

My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at this property. The cottage has been nicely updated and furnished. The kitchen and living room had a lot of natural light and a nice view of the ocean. There was also a large back yard to enjoy. The location is ideal - extremely quiet, peaceful and private, yet only a couple of blocks to the centre of Paia and a 10 minutes walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Two things which I really appreciated was the good quality mattress, (firm but not too firm) and good quality kitchen supplies. The owner clearly put a lot of effort into the "quality" of this vacation home experience. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Peaceful

The property is much mote secluded than I thought- it was like being in the country with a minute walk to everything you need! Most homes are on top of one another, but the lot next to the home and across the street are vacant (cemeteries). Besides roosters crowing we didn't hear any noise. We expected to be pretty far from the ocean as well but had a great view and could hear the waves crashing. Home was clean and well appointed. The only negative was that the bed upstairs was a little uncomfortable. We stayed with another couple and it was perfect!

Wonderful stay

Paia was the perfect central location for our visit to Maui and this beach house met above and beyond our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable and worked! The back yard was private. I could do barefoot yoga on the grass! It was a daily ritual to get coffee in town just a 2 minute walk to one of many places. Mana market was awesome for provisions. The location was also a central starting place for all our jaunts - planned and improvised. We had a wedding in Makena, a lunch in Lahaina. We went to Hana for the Taro Festival. The crater. Even on the complete chill out, lazy day, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The Hodges were also very accommodating in their communications. I'm very grateful to have been able to book this place for our vacation and would recommend it highly.

Island Liv’in Paia Bay Suites … a perfect stay

My husband and I returned to Maui’s north shore as we loved the feel of ‘island living’ in Paia … a small community with no large hotels/ condos. Paia Bay Suites was perfect for us, located on a beautiful property with ocean views from a nice balcony sheltered from the wind. The apartment is very clean, bright and sunny with both AC and a ceiling fan to keep you cool when needed. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need. We did a big grocery shop at Safeway and then settled in happily for our two week stay. It was a huge bonus that secure private parking is located on site. Paia town and the north shore beaches are a short walk away … complete with sleeping sea turtles. Local restaurants (Flatbread Co., Malagros, Cafe des Amis) are all very good. For Japanese food try Nuka in the nearby town of Haiku … simply the best. Special thanks to Marjit and AJ for seamlessly managing our reservation and ensuring we had a wonderful stay … the bouquet of island flowers on our arrival was a lovely treat. Great stay, quiet location, very short walk to Paia. Very easy check in, and fantastic communication with the host. Nice view of the ocean, washer and dryer came in handy, beach chairs and cooler was very convenient. We cannot think of 1 negative. If we ever go back to Maui will definitely stay here again.

The property is owned by brother and sister Jake and Ilana Waxman. Jake and Ilana were both born and raised here on Maui and grew up on Maui's North Shore.

The property was purchased as vacant land in 1977 by Jake and Ilana's late father, Maui surfer and attorney Jonathan Waxman. Jonathan bought the lot because of its great location being so close to the shore yet an easy stroll to Paia Town. He built the house in 1987.

Paia Bay Suites is situated on Loio Place, one of the very few roads in Paia Town that are ocean side of the main road (Hana Hwy). The Paia Bay Suites are on an 8,000 square foot fenced lot which provides plenty of off street fenced parking and a very large yard.

The Paia Bay Suites are in a great location that is easy walking distance to the beaches of Paia and just a short stroll from Paia Town's shopping and dining.

Yet the property is tucked away from the bustle of Paia Town and has a large, green yard sheltered by shade and shower trees. It's a great place to come back to after a day of being in the ocean or exploring Maui. You can take a shower to wash off the salt and then walk to Paia Town for dinner and stroll home to watch the stars and the ocean from the deck.

Please note that Paia Bay Suites is NOT oceanfront. It is separated from the Paia Bay shoreline by a 6' wall. This is a benefit that is obvious to locals and becomes more apparent the more time one spends in Paia as it keeps the property secluded from the busy Paia Bay beach scene. Our guests do what almost all the Paia locals do anyway: stroll over to the beach.
