Das erste, was Sie sehen, wenn Sie durch die Tür gehen, ist der Golf von Mexiko aus dem Wohnzimmer Esszimmer und sogar die Küche. Sieht aus wie Sie auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff sind. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten einen Blick auf den Golf und verfügen über Glasschiebetüren, die auf den umlaufenden Balkon führen. Unsere Wohnung ist das letzte Gebäude auf der Nordseite des Strandes und der Nordseite des Gebäudes. Sie schauen nicht auf eine andere Wohnung. Wow ... absolute Privatsphäre! Die Insel ist berühmt für Muscheln, kilometerlange Strandspaziergänge und einen unglaublich lebendigen Strand mit weißem Sand. Sie sind einen 15-minütigen Strandspaziergang vom JW Marriott mit Restaurants, Geschäften und einer riesigen Arkade entfernt, die für die öffentliche Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Unsere spektakuläre Wohnung in der 10. Etage hat einen umlaufenden Balkon mit fantastischem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang das ganze Jahr über! Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN sowie Kabel-Smart-TV und DVD-Player. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Umkehrosmoseanlage für wohlschmeckendes gefiltertes Wasser. Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat Zwillinge. Großer Pool mit vielen Lounges. Strandzugang durch den Kot. Außendusche. Wunderschöne Landschaft. Mit einem Gatter geversehener Eingang zum Eigentum für Privatleben. Obwohl neu auf dieser Seite, ist diese Wohnung eine beliebte Ferienwohnung seit 1997. Mehrere Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

I was glad Kim and her family decided to stay with us even though the airport where they arrived was three hours away and they arrived too late to stay the first night. They checked in the next morning and the weather was perfect. It had rained the whole week before, which is very unusual. I am always happy when I see our guest are having a spectacular sunset and great beach or pool weather. Although we usually get mostly five star reviews I was a bit sad to see Kim only gave us four stars. That spurred me on to actually replace the carpet in the living room and both bedrooms and vanity area. I must admit it was time. My next project is to paint the bathroom, which is getting done in a couple days. We do have a television in the second bedroom now. I'm sure families with kids like that the kids can watch their own shows. I enjoy personally interacting with people staying with us. VRBO is asking for owners to put more pictures on our listing site. They suggest pictures of people who stay with us who can e-mail a picture of something they enjoyed while staying with us and I will post it. Marco Island is a very unique place and our condo is unique because of the unobstructed view from every room. I might add that our condo is the last one on the north side of the beach and ours is on the north side of the condo building. You do not look out on any other condo or building, just nature and the Gulf of Mexico I learned that Kim is a marathon runner training for an upcoming event. Our beach is several miles long... a runners paradise ! Good luck ....

Excellent Stay

We have stayed at this Marco Island resrt many times. This was One of the best units we've stayed at in Marco. Very clean, very well stocked and a fantastic view of the gulf, especially at sunset. We would definitely recommend it and book it again.

The location at the end of Tigertail Beach is great, the building was easy in and out, the pool outstanding. But the sunset views from the balcony were stunning!! Love Marco and would stay here again next week!

Nice location

Nice unit with wrap around balcony. Fun to look out over an estuary and an easy walk to the beach. Owner was easy to communicate with. $100 registration /parking fee needs to be disclosed on the VRBO site.

My husband Wade and I have lived on Marco Island since the mid 90's. We have a house five minutes from the condo. For the past 20 years we have been ghost writers of personal memoirs and published 40 plus books for happy clients. Between us we have three daughters, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Wade is a huge chess enthusiast and has started several chess clubs on the island!
I love gardening, reading good books, and meeting with interesting people. I was a freelance newspaper reporter for 15 years. We have a little dog Lucy and two cats. I am a feral cat colony feeder and have fed at the same location for over 20 years. I was born in Red Oak, Iowa and my husband was born in Greenville, Georgia.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Besides the incredible view and lovely condo, most people tell us they feel so much at home while they are staying with us. Because we live so close we are able to interact with renters who would like to meet us, or find out where the locals like to eat. We also like that we can personally make sure everything is working properly and troubleshoot if there is a problem.

Marco Island is really a treasured pearl for most people who have recently discovered its beauty. The island has many species of endangered birds who migrate here to nest and raise their young. The island also has the unique burrowing owls. Owl lovers mark the burrows with rope and a little perch for the cute little owls to sit on.
They live in underground burrows and can be found all over the island. They get so used to people looking at them that capturing a picture or two is easy. Many of the island restaurants will send a cab to pick you up and bring you to the restaurant for free. You pay about $6 to take a cab home.
Bike rentals are also an option. The island has a movie theater where you can select from three movies and have dinner while watching the movie if you want. One of our new attractions is a miniature golf course. Kids under 5 play for free. It is a very challenging course with award winning landscaping.
The Center For the Arts on Winterberry Drive has a new art exhibit every month and is free to the public. Marco also has a museum with the very famous 'Marco Cat' on display from Smithsonian and several rooms depicting the history of Marco Island. Mackle Park is a great venue for walking, spray park for kids and pirate inspired Kids' Cove playground.
Goodland fishing village, is located on the east side of the island a few miles away. Great little restaurants and fishing marinas. The "Crabby Lady" is favorite as is "Little Bar". Both are on the river with great food.
