Wir liefern reichlich Handtücher, Strandkörbe und einen Strandwagen.
Es gibt eine geräumige Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko.
Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Betten in voller Größe, HD-Flachbild-TV. . Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Strand bietet Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen. Diese Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Komfort von zu Hause. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auf der gleichen Etage.

Wonderful spot on Tigertail Beach!
Condo- perfect size for our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Bedrooms were good sized, beds comfortable, and rooms are a nice distance away from each other. Beautiful view! Netflix and WiFi works perfectly.
Location- Beachfront, but there is about a 3-5 minute walk across the sand to get to the ocean. Condo was supplied with nice Tommy Bahama backpack chairs and a cart. Beach was full of shells during our stay, but plenty of sand to settle yourself in. Water was beautiful and a couple of dolphins made an appearance. If you take a right once you get to sand, there is a spot to rent kayaks. Or, get to the ocean and walk right as far as you can thru scenic small lagoons. Lots of people with sand dollars coming from that direction. As far as restaurants, there are maybe a couple within walking distance, but to get to most just call the ACar transportation service, it’s usually free (they will tell you which restaurants they have an agreement with), just tip the driver. We had a wonderful time!

We so enjoyed our 1 month stay due to the Condo unit's cleanliness and amenities and best of all the location with it's beach view!
Great Place to Vacation with Outstanding Views
The South Seas is a fabulous property to vacation. The location is very convenient to shops and great restaurants. The condo we stayed in had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The views from the balcony are incredible. The owner is easy-going, friendly and accommodating. Marco Island is one of our favorite vacation spots.
Another relaxing stay at Casa del sol
The owner of the condo was just finishing up repairs from hurricane Irma when we contacted him. We had rented this condo before and wanted to stay there again. Craig informed us that because of the storm there was no access to the balcony because the doors blew out and were still boarded up. We decided to stay here anyway. There had been major damage to the condo from the storm. But other than the boarded up balcony doors (which we knew about) the condo was back in excellent condition. It was clean and looked perfect, the owner had just finished repairing all the damage from the hurricane. In addition to everything else that had been repaired, there was new carpet and a new master bathroom sink and vanity.
We were ok with staying in the unit even though we could not use the balcony. There still was evidence of hurricane damage on the island and on the condo common grounds, but everything was back up and open when we were there. The beach and the weather was beautiful as usual.
We can't wait to go back next year!

Thank you Monica. Everyone worked extremely hard to get the condo repaired and put back together. The restoration team at the association has been working non stop since Irma hit to ensure the grounds were ready for visitors to return. They have been amazing!
Great condo in a great location
We loved our week at Casa del Sol. The condo had everything for the beach and was just a 5 minute walk from the shore. The staff were all friendly and helpful, pool was great and covered parking kept the car a little cooler. The unit was clean and well-stocked and Craig was great to deal with. Highly recommend this condo for a stay on Marco Island.

Rates are subject to change and all pricing must be confirmed with the owner. 25.00 condo association registration fee due upon arrival. This fee is imposed by the condo association, not the owner. The weekly rate is the same whether guests stay 6 or 7 nights Guests are required to register within 24 hours of arrival. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Six night accommodations may be made depending on availability. The rate does not change for a 6 night stay. You pay the full weekly rate. The months of February and March are not available for weekly bookings Contact owner for more information. Monthly bookings can be split into 2 payments with the final payment due 90 days prior to arrival date. Weekly bookings require payment in full at the time you book it.
