Dieses Ranchhaus bietet Platz für 6 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern (1 Queen, 2 Twin) und Ausziehcouch (Queen), mit Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad und 3-Jahreszeiten-Veranda. Sie werden gleich zu Hause sein, wenn Sie ankommen. Genießen Sie den schönen Garten in einer ruhigen Gegend in einer Sackgasse. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ist das Wells Beach Center mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielhalle, Spielplatz, Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Restaurant und Eis. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Geldautomat / Bank, Kino, Waschsalon ca. 1 Meile.

Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen, Utensilien, automatischer Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Gasgrill und Utensilien, Müllsäcken, Spülmittel. The property was exactly as advertised- super clean - steps from the beach - the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and family friendly throughout our entire stay - the roof top deck was a favorite spot for all of us - even though it was a bit cool in October the view and the fresh air were incredible! - we loved this house and would highly recommend it and hope to return if we come back to Wells in the future!

Location was amazing ! The house is beautiful as well. Hosts were lovely. Only thing was renting linens - found this just a small hassle wish it was just rolled in to the cost of the Vrbo hosts and they took care of it. Otherwise it was perfect for our vacation.

This is a great new cottage, very close to the beach. The house feels solid, is very clean and feels fresh. The balcony is great with views of marsh & ocean. We especially appreciated having a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor which was easier for an older adult guest with mobility issues. It was very convenient to be able to drive right up to the beach but check the tide table - there is no beach at high tide at this spot. Calla was a great host! I’d requested sunshine for our whole vacation and she totally delivered. Thanks Calla!

Wells Beach

Our stay was wonderful. We would definitely recommend to those with families as the house was clean and had plenty of space for us without bumping into each other. The house was walking distance to the beach, had good parking right outside, and even though it was a rainy weekend we got to enjoy the beach for a bit, and do a local Maine Puzzle. It was close to town and we got to have local pizza and was easy access to/from the highway.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Calla was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. While the weather wasn't great, we still had a great time. The second-floor deck was awesome, allowing both marsh and ocean views. We were there during a May Nor'easter storm and the waves were incredible. The property was great. My only comment about making the listing better is to let folks know that there really isn't a yard, but the 2nd floor deck more than makes up for it.Thanks Calla so much!!Judy

Perfect beach house

This is our second visit to this Maine Beach house. It is perfect for our family visit to Maine. We love the cleanliness and proximity of the house. We have enjoyed this Wells Beach neighborhood since 1996 when we started vacationing here with our family and friends. In 2002 we bought a summer cottage in this neighborhood, and in 2018 we moved from Massachusetts into our summer cottage (after a few updates for year round living) and became Maine residents. We love living here and think guests who stay in our rental next door will also love the area.

Walking to the beach is so convenient. It's an easy walk back and forth from the beach to the house for snacks, lunch, children's naps, sun breaks, to use your own bathroom, etc. Each person in your house can go to the beach when they want; you don't have to consolidate everyone into one car trip to the beach and hassle with parking availability and cost. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with nice residents and rental guests. It is not a "party neighborhood", but it is festive during the day and early evening when everyone is out at the beach and in their yards. There are many dead-end streets, including ours, which is especially nice.

This property is unique because you can walk to the beach and you can view the ocean and the marsh from the deck and living areas. This house was new construction in 2021. With a 1st floor Queen Bedroom and 1st floor Bathroom this house is great for multi-generational families. The neighborhood is welcoming. There is easy access to a grocery store and other conveniences without using Route 1.
