Home ist 300 Meter vom Wells Beach entfernt. Weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß zum Strand. Sie müssen keinen Strandparkplatz suchen oder eine Strandparkgebühr zahlen. Der Strand ist so nah !!! Das Haus hat einen spektakulären Blick auf den Webhannet River, vor allem einen Sonnenuntergang von den hinteren Decks. Sie können die Enten auf dem Fluss sehen und hören.

Trolly hält an der Ecke, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nächsten Straße.

Perfect Maine Stay

Our family had the perfect week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks overlooking the marsh (we even got to see a Bald Eagle!). Great location, easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to some fun and delicious restaurants. Eva and her husband were both incredibly welcoming and responded immediately with any questions we had. Nice property located between the beach and the marsh

The people who own this property are super nice. We had a great stay at their property even though the weather was really unfavorable, but the place was well appointed enough where we could create our own indoor fun.

This is our 3rd year staying at this home. This year, we traveled with our 2 children (4 and 15 months) as well as my in laws. We love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach with a wagon, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and having the space to spread out. We brought a foldable baby gate/playpen to make the space safe for our toddler which was an easy accommodation! We look forward to returning in the future!

The Perfect House at the perfection location!

Amazing house & hosts. The house is beyond clean. Eva, the owner welcomed us and showed us around. We were 6 adults and it was the perfect size house. Multiple patios where you can eat and have a few drinks. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! We loved our stay and will definitely reserve this house again!

Great stay!!

Excellent place to stay. Clean, convenient, close to the beach. Kitchen is stocked with everything. Plenty of room for people to spread out. Loved the outdoor areas. Great communication with owner. Note, there is a lot of light in the place, which makes it so wonderful during the day. However, if you are sensitive to light when sleeping, be sure to bring an eye mask.

Great location....Be sure to bring your own towels as they are not provided. Lots of stairs so not for those that have difficulty with stairs.

Wonderful Vacation

Location was a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and you never had to move the car. The home was neat and clean with great kitchen supplies and beds and lines were clean and comfortable. Eva was very helpful and returned emails and phone calls quickly. Only regret was Eva rented the home before we had a chance to request renting her home again for next years. Wonderful time in a wonderful rental.

Great location!

We have been staying in Wells for many years renting different homes close to the beach. This was the cleanest home we have stayed at, beautifully decorated and close to shops and a couple of restaurants.The space worked out for our family allowing my son with ASD to have a separate living space for his video games. Eva was very responsive and kind when she greeting us upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and I slept great! My son who is sensitive to sounds could hear cars outside his bedroom at times, but nothing major. The parking worked for us, but note if you have 3 cars you may need to move them throughout the week depending on who goes where. We made it work and will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week away!

My family had a wonderful week at this very clean and comfortable property. It was exactly like the pictures and was an easy walking distance to the beach and shops at the end of Mile Road. The house itself had everything a family would need -- the kitchen was well stocked and a comfortable area to gather. We really liked the two living levels where the young adults could have their space and my husband and I could enjoy our space too. We loved the two deck areas -- very enjoyable to relax and watch the sunset. I know some reviewers mentioned the arcade noise, but it was pretty minimal. You could hear it while on the decks, but it never really bothered us. Overall -- wonderful stay and very responsive owners!

Great Wells Beach Memories 2023

Our third vacation at this wonderful home proved to be a big hit once again with all of us. The only negative experience (more an annoyance than anything else), was the very sporadic internet service from Spectrum. The property has everything you need with two distinct living areas which provide play area for the kids and adult time elsewhere. The other slight inconvenience is the lack of any bureaus or even folding rack to hold a suitcase in the two second level bedrooms. We will be back!

Families with toddlers

We stayed here in mid July. We traveled as two families with two toddlers (age 2) and the location worked out perfect for us. It was so helpful having two separate floors for each family to spread out and have our own space when the kids needed it. The playground across the street was a hit! Being able to put the kids in wagons and walk to the beach, but easily come back for nap time was so helpful! The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked! We enjoyed our nights on the second floor deck, and the sunsets from the top deck were beautiful! Like a previous renter mentioned, eye masks are key if you a light sensitive and staying on the top floor. Also, white noise helps with the noise from the cars driving on street especially for toddlers napping during the day. We would love nothing more to stay at this property again!

Incredible Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful property in Wells. We have two children, ages 4&5 and the house was the perfect location for them. We easily packed a small bag (the owners have beach chairs and toys available) and walked to the beach every day-sometimes twice a day. The playground across the street was perfect for this age, and bonus for adults- it's right next to the Rollover Cafe so you can grab and iced coffee or bagel while your kids play. And the arcade being next door was so much fun for the kids to go to at night. We never had any issues with noise from the arcade. The back decks are very peaceful to sit outside with a glass of wine. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Eva was a very accomodating host (we had to adjust our checkin time and she was completely understanding about it). We absolutely give our stay 10/10 and can't wait to book for next year! Très belle maison

Superbe maison, très bien située à Wells, bien décorée. Hôtes aimables. Sur 3 étages: rdc il y a garage et la cuisine/salle à manger et un petit patio couvert. Au 1er étage, salon, salle de bain complète et 2 chambres. Il y a également un patio couvert. Au 3e étage, il y a un 3e patio qui offre une super vue sur le marsh, un grand salon, une salle de bain complète et une grande chambre. Les seuls points à améliorer sont le manque de climatisation au rdc (il y a deux têtes de thermopompe pour 3 étages), le manque de chaises à la table à dîner (5 seulement), aucun couteau digne de ce nom pour cuisiner (nous avons dû en acheter un), les ustensiles pour manger les homards étaient également très basics (2 pinces à noix). Et enfin, nous nous sommes rendus compte que les frais de ménage n’étaient pas inclus dans le prix de location. À l’arrivée, on nous mentionne de laisser la maison dans le même état de propreté qu’à l’arrivée, à défaut de quoi il y aura une charge de 200$ supplémentaires! Dans les règles de la maison il est indiqué où se trouvent les produits nettoyant et matériel nécessaire pour nettoyer la maison durant le séjour pour faciliter la tâche avant le départ. Certe, nous ne laisserions pas une maison dans un état lamentable, mais, nettoyer des douches, récurer des toilettes, passer l’aspirateur etc à la fin d’un séjour pour lequel nous avons déboursés plus de 6 000$ canadien….pas correct selon nous. Cela devrait être mentionné avant la réservation.

Hello, First of all you were 2 families of 4 who came. Total 8 people. My advertisement clearly states no more than 6. As the home is most comfortable with 6 people no matter what age. You did not tell us that there were going to be 8 people or I would have declined the rental to you. Initially you started with 4 were renting, then changed to 6 renting. At that time we told you that you were at the max for renters. A few days prior to arrival you informed us that 8 were coming. Our kitchen has 5 chairs at table and 2 counter stools. See picture of kitchen. Total 7 seating. As far as the cleaning fee goes. We decided not to charge a cleaning fee up front as most renters leave the home very clean, while others do not wish to clean and pay the 200 fee. You left the home clean so we did not request 200.00 from you. I do not understand where the $6000.00 is coming from. Your rental was not 6,000.00. You were roughly 1900 per family. We do not charge fees but VRBO does. You would need to discuss that with vrbo. I am sorry that things did not work out for you. I wish you the best in your future vacation rentals. As you know vacations are not cheap. Have a good one.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to go back next summer. Perfect location. I was initially worried about the arcade being right next door but our son is 13 and does not go to bed until much later, so it was not a factor since the arcade closes at 10 pm. If I did have an infant or small child who goes to bed earlier, a noise machine would probably be helpful for them. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Eva !

Lovely week at the beach

The house was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. The 2 living rooms made it very comfortable for my family of 4 with our 2 tweens. Everything was in walking distance - the beach, shops and arcade next door. We brought our white noise machine as recommended by another guest. Glad we did. Eva was wonderful to work with; great communication.

Excellent beach getaway

We had a great week staying at Eva’s place. So close to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house. The two decks were fantastic. Two living areas were utilized because there wasn’t any arguments over tv shows! Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. It was actually the best rental property kitchen we’ve ever encountered. We were sad to end our stay.

Beautiful home!

This home lived up to it's posting and then some. As listed, it is incredibly close to the beach, super clean and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and the convenience of a garage (two SUVs fit perfectly). This is by far the nicest home my family has rented in Maine - highly recommend!

Beautiful vacation home!

We had a great time in this fantastic house! It is centrally located, beautifully decorated, and very well stocked with household necessities. When the description says that is has everything you need, it's true! Eva and Stan were very welcoming and accommodating for us. Just a note: if you have small children and/or light sleepers, consider bringing a white noise machine or fan. The arcade can be a little noisy until it closes at 10pm. We loved it, we miss the house already, and we would love to visit again!
