Die einzige Gemeinschaft, die eigene Ställe hat. Kostenloses Reiten ist inbegriffen. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag können Sie sich in einem heißen Whirlpool entspannen. Ein Gaskamin hält Sie warm. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer und Bad. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett. TV mit Kabel, Whirlpool, Balkon auf der Rückseite und 1/2 Bad mit Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett. Das hintere Schlafzimmer hat Schieberegler zum hinteren Deck. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Teppichboden, Deckenventilatoren und eigener Heizung ausgestattet. Zur Zeit stellen wir keine Bettwäsche oder Handtücher zur Verfügung. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen mit. Die Kissen und Matratzen haben alle Bezüge unter der Bettwäsche, damit alles geschützt und sauber bleibt. Alle Decken und Annehmlichkeiten sind für alle Gäste gewaschen. Es gibt ein Vollbad. Das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche sind alle offen. 42 'Flachbildfernseher, Kabel und DVD. Großer Esstisch für 10 Personen, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeekanne, um nur einige zu nennen. Der Herd würde niemanden dazu bringen, darauf zu kochen. Restaurantstil mit Bratpfanne und Grill, ganz zu schweigen von einem riesigen Ofen. Wintergarten mit Couch / Fouton. Schieberegler an Deck mit einem Gasgrill und Mutter Natur.

Chose this house due to size for my large family group to wind down at year close. Quiet and remote area, room for 10, tub jacuzzi is a plus in the winter, slopes nearby. The house was clean, heated, and with new appliances. Owner remained reachable.I can't recommend a winter stay at least with children, as it seems blackouts are normal in the area but no backup items in the event are provided. As a business suggestion, at the least have flashlights in the home. The lack of necessities required over an hour of driving for candles and batteried lamps on our final night. I politely declined the owner's suggestion we pack and clean up in the dark... we did make the best with 6 kids without electricity for 4 hours, watching surrounding homes seemingly lit with generators. No heat, water, or working toilets for a group that size is tough. As expected this cut into prep time on the night before checkout which resulted in a slight 30 minute delay - rushing to clean everything morning of. Though I understand this is a business with a bottom line, having vacation disrupted would be a downer for anyone. And though no fault of anyone but wind, being rushed out for business reasons is not a feeling you want leaving a 500/night rental. If as he says these events are "out of his control" then surely he could understand that applied to the guest as well.Most likely best for summer stays with less outage threat, and it'd at least be light and nice outdoors.

Nice Bushkill stay

Great house for our group of 2 families and a dog. Kitchen was well stocked and open living area was perfect space for everyone to gather. Kids had blast at the community pool. Good location for other activities in bushkill. Easy and quick communication with host Yev!

Great for holiday gathering!

10 of us and one medium dog stayed here for new years. For the 4 couples and 2 singles, it was perfect--everyone had a private space, and the main floor with the open living room and dining space/kitchen were great for entertaining the group. Yev was on the ball and very easy to communicate with!

Beautiful Few Days in Bushkills

This was a beautiful spot, very spacious and clean. It was extremely easy communicating with the host; and the whole stay was smooth sailing. I was able to bring my dog and he felt right at home. There was a beautiful backyard to hang out in, and some fun things like a pool table inside. The upstairs bath/jacuzzi was such a nice addition. It was nice to relax after walking around the waterfalls all day. I wish I would have planned better with food because the kitchen was really well set up and there weren’t many great options for dining out. Would definitely book here again.

A fun amenity filled development with a cozy fun house to call home

Yev and his brother Oleg were very accommodating hosts. Although Yev was out of town, Oleg met us to introduce us to our new home for the week. After the long drive from Florida to Bushkill, we got in and were ready to rest. Oleg showed us where everything was and how to use all of the features of the home. He was very informative and said to call with any questions. We had requested a late check out, since we ran into some rain for a day or two. Yev was expeditious with all communication and allowed us a few additional hours. The House was pristine when we got there and we enjoyed the use of their commercial cooks oven immensely. They even have a pool table and darts downstairs for all to enjoy. Even with rainy weather we were able to keep our family of 6 occupied without issue. The WiFi service was great so the kids were able to watch some shows with our Netflix/ Amazon account or our XBOX. Be advised.The mountains only good service seemed to be Verizon, so we were grateful for calls made over WiFi. We had two good days at the pool with a slide and playground. All neighbors were extremely friendly. The horseback riding was one of the best amenities.I have nothing but compliments for the way Yev and Oleg handled any questions or concerns. Contrary to the description, all linens were there and the freezer was stocked with some food to use on the outdoor grill. It was nice to not have to run to the supermarket (25/30 minute drive) for condiments or basic supplies. All was there for the start of our vacation. I believe this is a great place for a family to enjoy. With queen sized bunks in the basement/rec room, along with another separate room that had a office desk and another full sized bed, we had PLENTY of space for everyone. The jacuzzi is in the master on the second level indoors. The remaining bedrooms were both full sized decent rooms, one with a cable tv. The other went straight to the deck! We did have to get some hangers due to one or two bedrooms lacking a proper dresser but each room had closets. We had one minor issue with the fans and lights in one bedroom. We simply ran the ac during the day and kept the door open since it literally cooled the entire house. While this place is off the beaten path in the woodsy part of town, it was a beautiful retreat for our family with so much to do, including a campfire at the fire pit. We applaud our hosts for their amazing hospitality and will visit again very soon! Great job to our hosts!

Beautiful Poconos House

Beautiful home, great service with host Yev, great communication and easy to get a hold of. Jacuzzi was so nice, stove/kitchen area great, nice location, relaxing, very clean, heated bathroom floors warmed you right up in the cold winter, nice fire place. Lots of rooms and space for guests. We had a wonderful stay here for my husbands 30th birthday! Would definitely recommend :)

Nice house, attentive owner and remote location

The house was very nice and spacious. We were a group of 6 - 3 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own space. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! Yev sent detailed emails with various instructions for the house (lights, AC, internet, etc.) and details about the area. I would highly recommend this property for a getaway.

Very remote house, backyard is beautiful. We spent every evening at the fire pit. Fun game room with pool table. Yev was very easy to contact and helpful. I would recommend this house for people who want to enjoy a relaxing peaceful getaway.

Lovely getaway, great house

Spent a week here in August 2020 and everything was wonderful. We were a mix of adults, kids, teens and a dog. The house had everything we needed. The owner, Yev, gave great check-in instructions and gave us a list with directions to pool, shops etc. The kids had a blast at the community pool and making smores around the fire pit. We saw deer every day which delighted the kids (and adults). There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas (eg, ziplining obstacle course 15 mins away). Although we didn't meet Yev in-person, he responded really quickly whenever I reached out. Would wholly recommend.

Family Getaway

My family and parents stayed in this lovely home. The owner was friendly and 100% open to communication with a fast response. The home was large and provided ample space for our large family of 8. My husband and I enjoyed the enormous jacuzzi tub every evening. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again. Did I mention the nature? I could go on for days about the perks of this home. If we had forgotten something, guaranteed they have it there just in case. That is a huge perk for rentals. Thanks for the amazing stay and the delicious strawberries too!

Great familly/ friends getaway

Beautiful area. House has everything you need. The open concept is awesome so everyone can hang out with each other. The kitchen was so cool! The trees all around is always my favorite! Yev was easily accessible, easy to talk to, and helped with any question I asked. Many things to do in the area. We loved Bushkill falls and the horseback riding ! Great Stay

My friends and stayed here for MLK weekend. We were a group of 7 with a 6 month old baby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was great! Best part of the house was the kitchen with gas stove! We have been to PA many years for MLK weekends and the houses we stay at usually have electric stoves so having gas in this house was a huge plus! When we got there the fridge was not working, quite possible because of a breaker being off for a bit. I called the owner Yev, and he drove to the house with a small fridge which worked out! After 24 hours the regular fridge was up and running just fine. But we appreciated him bringing a small fridge for us especially for the baby's milk. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Yev!

Great Guys Weekend!

Sent my fiancé to this property with friends and family for a getaway before our wedding. He had and great time! Yev was very helpful and communicated quickly and efficiently. The house was clean and the fire pit was wonderful! Every guest said they enjoyed their time. We would definitely recommend this home for a fun weekend or more away!
