Das im Jahr 2004 erbaute Stadthaus befindet sich in zentraler Lage direkt an der Route 1 in der NƤhe der berĆ¼hmten Outlets von Rehoboth Beach. Der Komplex verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber einen Pool (in der NƤhe im September) und einen Tennisplatz und ist nur 1,6 km vom Strand entfernt. Zu FuƟ, mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem Auto zum Strand !! Alle Annehmlichkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich fĆ¼r Ihren Familienurlaub wĆ¼nschen. Seien Sie versichert, dass Ihre Familie Jahr fĆ¼r Jahr zurĆ¼ckkehren mƶchte, um in diesem komfortablen, familienfreundlichen Strandferienhaus zu Ć¼bernachten. Dieses zweistƶckige Doppelhaus bietet 2000 Quadratmeter WohnflƤche. Die Keys of Marsh Harbour sind eine Gemeinschaft von Einzel- und DoppelhƤusern, die dem Rehoboth Beach-Gebiet einen Hauch von Florida Keys verleihen. Diese innovativ gestaltete Strandgemeinde verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber einen GEMEINSCHAFTSPOOL, einen Tennisplatz und ein wunderschƶn angelegtes GrundstĆ¼ck mit Ziergras, blĆ¼henden BƤumen und einem Teich am Eingang. Es ist ruhig und friedlich. Diese Gemeinde ist sehr praktisch fĆ¼r fast alle lokalen SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten. Wir liegen gĆ¼nstig an der Route 1 in Rehoboth hinter dem Jungle Jim's Water Park, einer wunderbaren Attraktion. Wir befinden uns direkt an der Route One unterhalb der Outlet-Einkaufszentren, nur 1,6 km vom Strand / der Promenade entfernt. Unser Haus ist eine Meile vom Strand / Promenade entfernt, aber es ist eine sehr einfache und schnelle Fahrt. Vom Memorial Day bis zum Labour Day fƤhrt ein Bus direkt neben unserer Nachbarschaft ab. 2 US-Dollar fĆ¼r Erwachsene und kostenlos fĆ¼r Kinder - Sie mĆ¼ssen sich keine Gedanken mehr Ć¼ber das Parken machen. Dieser Bus kann Sie zum Strand, zu Filmen, zu Outlets oder zu vielen anderen Orten bringen. Die Shuttles verkehren regelmƤƟig alle 15 bis 20 Minuten zu den meisten Orten und verkehren vom frĆ¼hen Morgen bis zum spƤten Abend. Mit dieser Option kann sich Ihre Gruppe aufteilen und reisen, wann und wo sie mƶchten.

Everything to make you feel at home

The house felt like we were visiting family. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relax - and to have fun. Access to the garage with games and beach supplies (and bikes!) was amazing. Unfortunately it was cold but the pool was so close by and nice. We hope to be back!!

Rehoboth Vacation

First time visiting in Rehoboth. The house were excellent. Perfect for accommodations and amenities. Owners had house stock with items such as beach chairs, coolers and even bikes. Communications with owner Jill were quick and responsive. Family loved the neighborhood community and pool. Would definitely book again if visiting the area in the future. The property was as described and pictured and was close to all the places we wanted that we wanted to see. Highly recommend for booking.

I have rented this unit twice and will return again. The house is in great shape and the perfect location to get everywhere I want to go with ease. The neighborhood is great and I can't wait to return next year. A hop, skip and a jump from Jungle Jims!!!

Perfect summer rental

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

A home away from home

We came to town for a lacrosse tourney and wanted to stay the week. Im so hlad we did. The place had everything we wanted or needed and then some! From the comfortable beds to the extra utensils, pots and pans, new grill, and every tv station you can imagine, we were happy. The communication from our host was easy and she was very quick with her responses and incredibly helpful. Hope we can make this a regualr thing.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

A group of us gathered in Rehoboth for Thanksgiving. The House was great - it had everything we needed for a holiday at the beach. More than enough room for all of us, a great kitchen to cook a full dinner in, and super comfortable. It's a short drive to the beach or the outlets (because who doesn't want to do a little outlet shopping?), Dogfishhead Brewery is only a half hour away (and a great way to spend a few hours), and the little farmers market in town was great. The Owners were easy to work with and helpful. We booked last minute-ish, but they still made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this house for your winter or summer vacation!

Perfect Spot in Rehoboth

This house is perfect for anyone visiting Rehoboth Beach. It is right beside an excellent water park, go carts, batting cages, mini golf and bumper boats. And it closes at 8pm so there is no noise what so ever! The bus stop is literally 50 yards away so you can go anywhere with out driving. We went to the boardwalk, outlets, movies, restaurants and Lewes. The house itself is great and fully furnished with beach chairs, bikes, toys for kids,and a bunch of other things. Another thing we liked was that it is on the end of a row and has a side entrance which is nice. We love it and this was our second time staying here and we plan on coming back again!

Our family had an amazing week, again renting this unit! Kelley and Jill were easy to communicate with. The home is clean, neat has all updates ,amenities, and appliances. The location is so convenient to beaches, shopping centers and outlets, pool access, water parks, mini golf and an abundance of restaurants. The community is quiet ,peaceful and well maintained. There is something for family members of all ages to do. We have rented this same unit before and look forward to coming back again soon !

Fabulous location and house

This rental was close to perfect. The house was really spacious from the rooms to the common areas and kitchen! The location was great, as we took advantage of walking to the water park next door and other places nearby for food. And the shuttle was very convenient to get to the beach. Probably the most amazing part, compared to other beach rentals that we have had over the years was how well stocked the house was with items that we could use, like bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and then the kitchen was stocked with staples like spices and oils and non-perishable items that most places clear out after each rental and the next person has to start from scratch. We definitely appreciated that and the well-furnished kitchen, as we do a lot of home cooked meals during our family vacations. Highly recommend this rental and the owners were very responsive for any questions during out stay!

Wonderful experience

We had a great experience at this property. The owner communicated efficiently and effectively with timely responses to emails. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every item we needed. We brought games but didnā€™t even need to as they have a ton of games at the house. Itā€™s perfect for staying in during a pandemic! The only a few minor suggestions Iā€™d make - Add a yoga mat (it may have been there and we didnā€™t see it) - Replace the sofa and mattresses. The sofa is rather small for a house that sleeps that many people. We had four adults in our group and we couldnā€™t all sit on the couch together without being in one anotherā€™s personal space. The beds were too firm and I did have slight back pain during my due to it. - Add shades to the patio door.

Very nice townhome, convenient location

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect right across route 1 by the downtown area. The house was very well equipped for kids with lots of extras.
