Great location with close proximity to both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach made it very easy. Pool was within a short walk as well. Food and outlets very close by.

Great stay

My family and I had a great time at this rental for our beach week. The house had plenty of space for our family of 5 and the beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc were great to have! We like being in this community — it’s easy to get to the beach but also convenient to shopping and the pool and tennis court are fun!

Wonderful house

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation. The five bedrooms gave ample space for six adults and 2Children. The pool is literally across the parking space. It was quiet. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Very close to Rehobothe Beach and Cape Henlopen.

Cozy and welcoming

This home was perfect for our family beach vacation. We were very impressed at how well everything was set up, we had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy our vacation. Having five bedroom was a huge plus, and the screened in porch was fun to relax on. Would definitely return!

Beautiful property

I stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and the host were very responsive to any questions we had. It’s a quick Uber ride to the beach and down town area and there is a pool a couple steps away from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. We are already talking about our next next stay. Family Beach Vacay

The house was lovely! Superb location, very clean, beautiful decor, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was the perfect size for all of us (10 in all from age 5 to 60s). Kathi and Nate are amazing!! They responded to our inquiries immediately. Check in and out was simple. Great house great location

We had the best time in Rehoboth at this house. The house was so well stocked, the owners thought of everything. It fit our two families with 6 kids ranging in age from 17 to 6 perfectly!! Location was great, pool a few steps away, water park walking distance, the main beach and boardwalk easy bike ride away and about 25 minute walk, but really didn't feel like it!! The outlets were within walking distance as well! Really great spot and can't wait to go back!!

Comfortable Townhouse

We found this townhouse on the small side for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. The bedrooms met our needs but the public space was tight. We appreciated the community pool and the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed using the gas grill and the well stocked kitchen. Many food markets are close by as well as many restaurants. Suggestions for the owners, the mattresses should be replaced and the carpets cleaned.

Cozy, clean and comfortable!

The pictures on this property don’t do justice to the actual house. This is a fantastic house for large families with everything you would need. The kids had great fun with the bunk beds and games. The adults had a great time with the spacious living room/dining room and kitchen. The hosts were lovely and very accommodative for all my requests! The property is about 10 minutes to stores/malls/beach. We would recommend this house for everyone!

Wonderful vacation!

The property is well situated, so there is easy access to Fresh Market ( for food) and Bed Bath and Beyond (for toiletries you may have forgotten to pack). The house was clean. It had lots of plates and silverware. My husband and I loved the screened-in porch for our morning coffee. It was nice and quiet until 10 am when the Water Park opened. The a/c was nice and cold! Nathan responded promptly when I had questions about some of the stuff in the house. We would definitely rent this place again ;)

Good memories at the Keys of Marsh Harbor

We really enjoyed our stay at Rehoboth Beach and in this house - the Keys of Marsh Harbor. It was the perfect size house for our family and the common areas were situated well so we were able to cook, eat and play games together. It is good to know in advance that it is next to a water park but we didn’t find the noise to be too loud and we actually took a day to have fun at the water park (fun for all ages!)! It is also good to know that you will need to drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We knew that ahead of time but good to be prepared for the traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and all that the Delaware beaches and area have to offer!

Perfect Beach Get Away

We received a text that we could get into the property early on the first day of our stay. From the moment we entered this beautiful home we were very pleased. The property was very clean and we found everything just as described. Our boys loved the bunk room and easy access to the pool. Outdoors was perfect and we even grilled out a couple of nights. The sand toys and boogie boards were a hit! We loved the cart and chairs to use on the beach as well. Beds are very comfortable and the showers were hot. Big improvement from where we stayed last year. We look forward to staying again real soon! Thank you!

Great property, some reservations

The house itself was great. Nicely stocked, plenty of room, open feeling. However, we were looking forward to relaxing in quiet out in the screened in porch, but that was mostly not possible. Reason is there is a waterpark and sports complex next door, and it is noisy from 10-6. Also, for some unexplained reason, there were landscapers using gas leaf blowers in the neighborhood EVERY day, starting around 6:30 am. Apparently there are no quiet hours in the neighborhood.

Fantastic New Years Getaway

It was such a wonderful weekend at Nate and Kathi’s lovely home. The photos do not do it justice. The home was so comfortable and roomy. Well equipped kitchen and so clean. It looks small from the outside but was perfect for three families to celebrate ‘22. The location was great, mid Rt. 1 within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants, the outlets and Jungle Jim’s. Away of the hustle and bustle of in town but close enough to everything. We made great memories, thanks for everything!

Family Beach vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very proactive in providing information prior to our stay. The extended family included the 2 grandparents, 2 parents, an uncle, an aunt and friend of the family along with my 2 nephew's (4 and 5). Nine people total in one house, but there is so much room and separation so it never felt crowded. Parking for 2-3 cars in front of the house. Its close to everything but in a quiet spot away from Rehoboth Ave. We were blessed to have the pool even though it was after Labor day. We haven't been on a vacation together since we were kids, so this was priceless and the housing accommodations only added to our experience. We will be back.

A Week in Rehoboth

Overall we had a great stay. Kathi and Nate were very responsive to our questions prior to arrival and all through our vacation. The check in process was very easy. We found the place to be pretty clean on check-in as far as rentals go. The room descriptions and pictures are spot on and this was a great fit for 2 families of 4. The kids loved the collection of games and had a great time. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we were able to make some very nice meals and the kitchen table was excellent for eating as a group. The overall location of the property is not bad, but this was our first time to the Rehoboth area and we were not prepared for the traffic. However, once we got a feel for it, we were able to drive to the beach and find parking in both Rehoboth and Dewey. The parking app on the phone is definitely the way to go.
