Die Wohnung befindet sich in der prestigeträchtigen Gemeinde Lely, Greenlinks Golf Resort. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von Weltklasse-Stränden entfernt.

Das Greenlinks Clubhaus, zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt, steht den Gästen ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Es umfasst einen Pool im Resortstil, einen Fitnessraum, einen Whirlpool, Tennisplätze und vieles mehr.
Wenn Golf Ihr Interesse ist, ist die Wohnung drei Minuten zu Fuß zum Lely Flamingo / Mustang Clubhaus. Für eine Runde Golf oder die Nutzung der Übungsanlage wird kein Auto benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Driving Range, Chipping-Bereich mit Sandfang und Putting Greens. Es ist auch ein großartiger Ort zum Frühstück und Mittagessen. Der Flamingo ist Neapels einziger Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Signature Course, und der andere ist der außergewöhnliche, von Lee Trevino inspirierte Mustang Course. Lely ist zehn Autominuten von der Innenstadt von Neapel, 12 Autominuten von Naples Beach und Pier und zehn Autominuten von Marco Island entfernt. Naples Beach wurde vom Travel Channel zu einem der besten Strände der USA gewählt. Am Naples Pier können Sie vom Pier aus angeln und bei Sonnenuntergang die Delfine beobachten.

Great location

Great location between Naples and Marco. The resort is located in the heart of Lely. Some shopping and groceries are nearby if you want to stay in or a short 10-15 minute drive to all the top restaurants.The resort was well cared for and the pool area was very nice.

Well-appointed golf & pleasure condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The host provided everything you could possibly need, except for food, of course. Aside from all of the normal cleaning and housekeeping supplies, etc., there were also personal items such as shampoo, etc. There were also 2 sets of golf clubs, coolers, beach towels, and chairs, puzzles, games, etc. and many channels on the TVs. The location is beautiful and the amenities are superb. Our host was also extremely available and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this condo and host and will likely come back again.

Interesting but disappointing

Had I known that the property would be under construction, I would have postponed the trip. I indicated this to the property manager in an email after I got there with no response. A clear issue of take the money and run. No ethics toward the customer. The construction was not safe, sharp tin cuttings everywhere and falling off the roof randomly. Overall, a bad and unsafe experience. Truly a waste of time and money. Property was nice but so what?

Location and resort were very nice

Great location to Downtown Naples and Marco Island. Property was nice. Many beach supplies. Chairs, umbrellas. Kitchen allows you to cook. Many supplies in the kitchen.

Relaxing, enjoyable, and refreshing vacation

We really enjoy Lely resort condo's and the area offers a varieties of amenities. They do a great job maintaining the resort common areas and the pool is always a nice place to relax and swim. This condo was in a great location, amply supplied, clean, and comfortable for our stay. At night you can enjoy the pond with lights on the fountains as you sit on the outside porch. Ken was great communicating with and fast in all his responses. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property and great location for Naples

Property was clean and nicely furnished. We also noticed that there were numerous touches that appeared to be the type of details of someone who lived here full time, not just a rental. The pool area was nice and clean, however it was obvious that we were not staying during the high season because it was quite quite which we appreciated. We would definitely use this again when we are in the area.

Great property!

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Ken’s condo. It was very clean, quiet, and centrally located to everything we had planned during our stay. We loved that it was so close to Marco Island as well. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities, hopefully next time! Overall, great property and area! Thank you Ken for being so responsive as well during our visit.

Naples Spring Break

Great condo! Very well appointed with beach towels, chairs, TP, paper towels, DW and laundry detergent. Very close to pool, which was great since our daughter was in a walking cast with a broken foot. Very quiet, great pool, always pool chairs. Plenty of restaurants close by, Publix, Starbucks, and several pharmacies.

Wonderful spot!

Ken’s a very responsive owner and gets back to you quickly. The unit is super clean and has everything needed for a comfortable family stay. Full sized front loading washer and dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen, and a great screened in dining area allows for some additional relaxing space to hang out. Pool area is very nice with plenty of loungers, grills and umbrella shaded seating. Sam Snead’s is a great casual but classy cocktails and dining spot within a 2 minute walk.. Comfortable beds and a master bath with shower and soaking tub. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

We are proud to give this property five-stars. It was perfect in every way for our family vacation. The condo is equipped with every amenity you could ever need to make yourself both comfortable, and enhance your stay! The Lely grounds are beautiful, well-kept, lovely landscaping and offer an outdoor pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and more! We loved our day trips to easy-to-navigate beaches and dining (and lots of ice cream stops) from Marco Island, Naples & Bonita Springs. The condo was clean, comfortable and our favorite... breakfasts on the porch. You will be so very happy, book it! We can't wait to return :)

Lely Resort Vacation

The accommodations were great! The resort had everything we were looking for: Tennis, Golf, Restaurants, Pool, Biking, and trips to downtown Naples and Marco Island. Overall we were thrilled with our stay. Hated to leave. Plan to come back next February for a longer stay.

Amazing time at an AMAZING property...

Excellent property, centrally located to Naples & Marco Island beaches. Very comfortable stay and it has all the amenities to really enjoy the time with your loved ones. Great neighborhood with amazing vistas to lakes. Whatever takes me to the Naples vecinity, this will be my place to stay. Owner very proactive with process and had no issues at all. ***** Thank you!

Bright, spacious condo

We had a wonderful time! The condo is roomy, the grounds are beautiful and the pool has just the right amount of shade. The condo is a short drive to Marco Island and downtown Naples with lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage

Vermieter sollten DAS Haus fotografieren, das sie vermieten! Wenn ich mein Appartement vermieten möchte, stelle ich kein Bild von der öffentlichen Bibliothek ins Netz! Ansonsten war alles Top,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice location great clubhouse and pool.

Comfortable but carpets need a good cleaning. Vacuum did not work well. Well equipped kitchen and lots of beach equipment to use!

Veldig bra sted for vår lille familie

Vi reiste med vår 1 år gamle sønn og denne leiligheten var helt perfekt for oss mtp at vi hadde en skjermet markterrasse med muligheten for å gå rett ut på et større gressområde, samt at det lå et steinkast unna bassengområdet. Alltid ledige senger ved bassenget (vi var der i april), og området både ved bassenget og resten av resortet var ryddig og rent. Super leilighet som var ren og i god tilstand. Helt grei mat på restauranten på området. Man må ha bil for å nå alt annet av butikker og spisesteder.
