Darüber hinaus gibt es einen wunderschönen Pool mit Blick auf den Golf, zwei neue Gasgrills, schöne Bereiche zum Sitzen und Lesen eines Buches, Genießen eines Cocktails, Sitzen unter der Tiki-Hütte oder Speisen im Erdgeschoss in unserem Essbereich im Freien. Es gibt auch ein schönes Badezimmer im Poolbereich.

In der Unterkunft stehen Liegestühle sowie zwei Chaiselongues auf der Master-Veranda und ein Essbereich auf der Front-Veranda zur Verfügung.

Beach Vibes is what we wanted and this condo delivered.

From check-in to check-out all our needs were met. Very well stocked with plenty of beach towels, kitchen supplies and the view was amazing and relaxing. Would definitely rent again. Happy with this condo.

Stayed at the condo for 7 days, and LOVED It!!! the view is incredible and the unit was clean and had everything we needed! Walkable to all the restaurants and bars... and steps to a beautiful beach and pool!! Our family loved it!!! We will be back if the property if its available!!

This condo is exactly as pictured in the listing, and has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Amazing Condo!

Hated to leave...

After a week in this terrific condo, I wasn’t ready to leave. Close enough to walk to many of the best restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet beach area. We will be back.

Wonderful property and great location

The property had all the amenities that were needed for a great stay plus more. We did not want for anything. There were ample everything. The property was very clean and had a great beach atmosphere that we loved. We would definitely return to this place. The location is great. Very near to everything and right on the beach. Beautiful view, beautiful condo = great vacation!

This bright, comfortable condo made our stay a delight! The views from all of the windows are incredible, watch the sail boats go by and the sun set right from the condo. Walk on the beach to Times Square for shopping and restaurants or in the other direction to Bowditch Point Park and occasionally see dolphins playing near the shore. This home has everything you could possibly need for your vacation, the building and grounds are will cared for and the the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Marjorie, the owner was available if we had any questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Winter Break at Ft Myers Beach

Thank you for providing such a wonderful setting and great accommodations. Your thoughtfulness as an owner to your clients is unparalleled, you have thought of everything to ensure your clients have a great experience. We have rented a number of places on FT Myers Beach and this is by far and away the best of those rentals. The condo was updated in all areas (especially the bathrooms) and very well maintained The beach at the North end is the best in all of Ft. Water views from every window!

My family had a wonderful stay at this Gateway Villas end unit in Ft. Myers. The condo is beautiful with a beautiful new kitchen and water views from every window. There are balconies off the front and also off the bedroom in back for a fabulous place relax and look at the water. We loved that we could walk to eat, shop, etc. with many different choices available to us. There is also a short walk to the park at the end of the island which had nature trails with many turtles--my son loved it! The best part for all was the large sandy beach stretching to the Gulf--and also the choice of the pool when we didn't want to get sandy! It was perfect. We loved it! Thank you!

Perfect condo

My friends and I have been renting beachfront condos for the last 18 years, and this one is by far the best! The water views from each room are amazing! This condo is larger than any we've rented before, and the owner has made plenty of room for all your "stuff", so that you feel like you are at home. The decor is simple and tasteful, very soothing colors. The condo is extremely well furnished, with plenty of glasses, silverware, dishes, cookware, towels - you name it. The building and grounds are all perfectly maintained, it's in a beautiful, quiet area of Ft Myers Beach in a gated community, yet within walking distance of Times Square. We all fell in love with this unit and have already reserved it for next year!

Wonderful experience.

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the unit. Unit was clean and we had everything we needed for a marvelous stay. It was a great way to celebrate before sending our girl off to college. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Beautiful sunsets.

Loved the location being north of the pier. Pool was wonderful. Sunsets were incredible. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit.

Sisters week

My sisters and I had a great time at the condo. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the corner unit, and the building was very quiet. The beach and the pool were great! Security wasn't what I was expecting though, as the front gate was open and all the building doors were propped open the entire time we were there. Only needed a code for our unit.

Wonderful week

Feel comfortable knowing that the property is exactly as advertised. Clean and well-maintained. On a quieter part of FMB, but within walking distance to the lively Times Square area. We will definitely look to enjoy this condo again. Marjorie, thank you for your quick responses to any questions.
