I'm glad you enjoyed the property. You were great guests. We do advise our guests to bring extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. I apologize for your inconvenience. I hope you will consider us again though if you are coming back to Fort Myers Beach.

Hello Donna, we regret your experience was not ideal, unfortunately and for now, picking up the keys in our office is the only way we can guarantee you will have access to the rental, the office at bel air is open during business hours only and if you arrive after hours then this would create a bigger inconvenience, we hope that overtime, with the road work finished, the driving time to and from our office will decrease, we are actively working on getting all doors on electronic locks and codes, but this needs to be coordinated with rental owners, it is unfortunate that the elevator was not working, issues like this are out of our control but we do understand how frustrating this can be, we are transparent when it comes to our check in process and policies, our rental agreement discloses certain scenarios that may affect your stay but we make it clear that Tripower is not accountable for such events, please take the time to read it through. Hello Eric, thanks so much for your review, we are glad you had a positive experience overall, we will address the water pressure and make sure there are the basic utensils and tools in the kitchen, although we believe the water pressure is a building issue but we will look into it. Your suggestion for an electronic lock is absolutely valid and this has been brought up with owners of the property in the past, we will continue to push the matter and we hopefully can install a lock that will not require a key, or simply install a lock box by the door, we want to make the process smooth as well.
