Hi Nick, thanks for booking with us. It’s really unfortunate that you think our unit is a bit dated, when all the pictures online are 100% accurate of our condo and you saw them before you booked, I’m so sorry you thought you were getting something or somewhere else other than what’s advertised. With all due respect, after numerous times, repeating how to use the “Yale touch screen lock”, you were still getting it incorrectly, and I had to ask our housekeeper to literally demonstrate to you, how to use it. I was happy you finally got it after day 3. We’re happy you had a great time. One love!

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for sharing your concerns about the housekeeping services during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience. On September 30, our housekeeper was scheduled to service the condo, but unfortunately, she was hospitalized and unable to notify us. We didn't become aware of the issue until October 1, when you messaged us around 11 AM. Upon investigation, we learned that our housekeeper had provided sufficient linens and supplies for your stay, but regretfully, was unable to perform the scheduled cleaning. We understand that you had to take out your own trash, and for that, we apologize. Had we been informed on Monday, we would have arranged alternative cleaning arrangements for Tuesday. We appreciate your feedback and will take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you for choosing our condo, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better during your next visit. P.S. We noticed a discrepancy in the number of guests. You initially booked for two adults and two children, which were free, but our investigation revealed three adults and two children. Hi Russ, thank you for your review. As per our conversation before, it is in our listing description and hasn't/wasn't changed. Yes there's a queen bed in the bedroom and a twin daybed in the living room. The condo can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children easily. How you do your sleeping arrangement, its totally up to you. We've never, ever had anyone complain about this before. Hopefully next when you book with us, you will rearrange your sleeping arrangement and not put your 2 kids on the queen bed and share the smaller one for you guys. Thanks again for your support. Barb and Dan- Thank you again for making it Gordon's Beachfront Tropical Oasis. Firstly, I would like to apologize again for the misunderstanding with our condo at arrival, apparently the receptionist extended the previous guests stay for one more night without consulting the property manager on site. However I'm happy that they had another condo available for you to spend the night until the next day for the transfer. There are 74 condos "Individually Owned" in the complex, some are residential and others are Vacation Rentals. As indicated in the description of our property that Gordon's beachfront tropical Oasis at Fisherman's Complex. We were informed about the shower handle and that they were having difficulty finding one in Ocho Rios and that they are trying to find it in another location. There was a leak from the next door condo that caused a little damage to our bathroom wall and it will be rectify very soon. We're not aware of the curtain being ripped but we know it can't be faded out already, it's a beige curtain. The Entire condo was Renovated in April 2014, new floors in living/kitchen, custom-built cabinets, new AC, granite countertop, New ceiling fan, light fixtures, New appliances, new faucet, brand-new bed, television, chairs, newly built walk-in shower, everything new..That being said, we're not sure why you would make a statement like that saying our condo was dirty and rundown. Lastly, regarding coconut being advertised, I apologize but I'm not sure where was that advertised. We're really happy you guys had a great time in Jamaica and hope you'll give us the opportunity to host you again. Communicating with Natasha was pleasant. She booked months in advance for 1 person. The day of check-in we observed 7 individuals, including Natasha going in the condo. Immediately, we realize there had to be some misunderstanding with the amount of people that were allowed. Needless to say, we had to get advice from a VRBO representative and we came to an agreement for her to stay and pay the difference. Overall, we were a bit concerned about damages but Natasha promised us, that will not happen and they will leave the condo the way they found it and they did. Thanks again for your support, but always follow the house rules as described and if you have questions, never hesitate to ask. One love! For the record, Natasha declined all necessary services that came with the stay.
