The property was just as advertised. It was within walking distance of town and close to the bike paths. It was very clean and nicely decorated, quintessential Nantucket. Our son and his family stayed in the main house and we slept in the guest house. It was the perfect situation for a family vacation. Michele was very responsive, a pleasure to work with!

I can not say enough good things about Michele and this amazing little cottage. It was the perfect place for our first time in ACK. My hubby and I hosted my daughter and her hubby for a week. It is perfectly situated to see and do everything! The house is precious and so perfectly new england! The owner went way above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Thoughtful hospitality touches at every turn! It was hard to leave l!

We have stayed in this home multiple times and love everything about it. It is close enough to feel like you are "in town", but far enough away to feel separated from the hustle and bustle. Centrally located to all the best beaches and the brewery. The backyard is great for relaxing and the separate "guest house" makes the space a great option for multi-generational families.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming clean and well appointed Nantucket Cottage during our visit for a wedding on the island. It was a haven during a rare Nor-Easter storm and the host was extremely communicative and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed in the event that the storm impacted our stay. Fortunately all went well, other than alot of wind and rain and some flight delays which were also accomodated. We had great weather for two days and found the house very well located to walk to town, access bike paths, eat out at some fantastic restuarants and shop at wonderful stores. As suggested by the host we even brought in lobster dinners from the local seafood restaurant. Thank you so much for making this trip with a 6 month old as easy as possible. We look forward to returning during better weather.

It was a 10 out of 10 experience. The beds/linens, decor, extra touches, cleanliness and easy access to everything including getting to stay a little later made this house so spectacular.Michele was fabulous - she checked in just enough and communicated well.I really hope to come back next Sept for an entire week. We only stayed for 4 nights but it was lovely. I will definitely want to rent this perfect size house with all the amenities I was looking for again & again.

The house and cottage were very clean. It was a delight to work with the owners. The location is an easy walk to town but on a busy street and it is quite loud . The beds were exceptionally comfortable.We were there with our daughter, and the only reason we wouldn’t stay there again is because the living room was not terribly comfortable. The couch was sagging and not really up to the kind of standards I expected.

We had a wonderful stay in Nantucket and couldn’t have asked for a better host than Michelle. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Her communication was clear and thoughtful, making every part of our trip easy and stress-free.The property was exactly as described; comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the island. It truly felt like a home away from home. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and offered excellent local recommendations that helped make our visit even more memorable.Nantucket is a special place, and Michelle’s hospitality made our experience even better. This is our third time staying at this wonderful property. Such a lovely spot close enough to walk to town, but far enough away to be relaxing. The backyard is lovely and there are ample bathrooms to make guests and teenagers happy!

This home was amazing -- comfortable spaces, well stocked kitchen, things that you might consider standard, but presented in attractive ways -- soap, lotion, etc in pretty bags, filtered water, a small supply of bottled still water, slippers -- comfortable throw on the couch ... I could go on. The beds were ridiculously comfortable with fluffy pillows and comforters, and the heat/air splits were so fabulous when the temperature went up. Michele was a wonderful, informative host and went out of her way to insure that we were not inconvenienced when someone needed to make a repair during our stay and we were so grateful for the welcoming vibe after a really hectic week traveling from CA to Chicago for a graduation before this stay. We enjoyed riding bikes all week and the house was central to town and a nice ride to Cisco and many other spots that were fun to explore. Definitely recommend and hope to return as soon as possible!

Amazing stay!

Had a great experience at this Nantucket VRBO. It was clean, well-stocked and looked just like the pictures. An easy 15 minute or so walk to the town center. Would stay again!
