Walk to Main Street! Unser Bungalow A ist an der historischen Orange Street nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Stadt. Unser Haus verfügt über zwei große Häuser auf sie, ist der Bungalow an der Vorderseite des Hauses mit Blick auf Orange Street. Zentrale Luft macht dies für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in den Sommermonaten Bungalow. Treten Sie in eine sehr große Familienküche ein, die zum Kochen und Unterhalten voll ausgestattet ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr privat, hat breite Dielenböden und ein schönes neues Carrera-Marmorbad, ADA-Höhen-WC und eine riesige Glasdusche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, alle neuen Möbel und Bettwäsche mit 400 Fadenzahl. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt auch über einen privaten Sitzbereich, der sich perfekt zum Lesen eignet! Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett mit allen neuen Landhausmöbeln neben einem Fliesenbad mit ADA-Höhen-WC und Whirlpool. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Zweibettzimmer mit nautischen Akzenten und Möbeln. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer verfügen über 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben der Küche und verfügt über viele Sitzgelegenheiten, WLAN und eine große Auswahl an Büchern!Die sunporch mit Wrap-around-Fenster hat ein Doppelbett für über Fluss, ein Sofa und einen Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch. High-Speed-Internetzugang und einen Wireless-Drucker mit Icloud Fähigkeiten sind im Preis inbegriffen! Die Küche ist mit allen wesentlichen Punkten bestückt. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Haus zusammen mit Liegestühle und Badetücher. Gerade vor der Küchentür ist eine komplett eingerichtete Terrasse mit einem Grill. Wir haben 2017 eine riesige Außendusche hinzugefügt! Geräumige private Auffahrt mit viel Platz für einen Parkplatz abseits der Straße Platz. Der Bungalow ist ca. 1500 qm alle auf einer Ebene.
Dieser Bungalow 1920 liegt an der historischen Orange Street nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zur Main Street. Rauchverbot auf dem Grundstück. KEINE HAUSTIERE.

Spacious space

We had plenty of room for everyone including off street parking. This house offered everything that was listed on the description. We loved walking to the Wicked Island bakery for coffee, fresh baked goods & breakfast sandwiches every morning because it was so close.

Perfect location

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s house this summer. The location is excellent as it’s a short drive to most beaches and it’s a less than a mile walk into town, which was doable for my elementary aged kids. The house was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was perfect for our family.

Amazing Stay

My friends and I had a great stay at Cynthia’s home. It was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything one would need for a vacation on Nantucket. It is in a great location this is only a short walk to town. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

We had a great stay. The house in lovely. Beautiful master area. Close to downtown and bike path. The traffic from outside can be a little loud for light sleepers because it is on a busy street.

Great house, great location and very accommodating

Rented the “Beautiful Dreamer” for a wedding weekend with a newborn. It was perfect we were close enough to town and all wedding events. Plus the grocery store and other essential were right down the road. Would highly recommend it for anyone.

Adorable bungalow!

We were 3 couples that rented this house and found it big enough not to get in each other's way, but it yet presented a coziness to it that made everyone feel very comfortable. There are also 2 spaces for cars to be parked easily. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and would undoubtedly rent it again. Highly recommend!!

Great Spot

The house is in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay on Nantucket. Easy walk to town. There is a Cumberland Farms 2 doors away so it was easy to get some quick supplies that we needed without having to go to the supermarket first thing. The beds are comfortable. Overall, a great spot. The locks can be tricky but the owner was quick with helping us rectify the situation.

Perfect for wedding weekend!

We loved our stay in Nantucket for a wedding. The property is lovely and exactly as described. The beds are comfortable. We couldn’t initially get into the house, but the owner was quick in communication to help figure it out. The house didn’t have paper towels or shampoo and conditioner but otherwise was everything we needed!

Perfect for our adult family.

Charming bungalow! Kitchen was large and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Outdoor shower was great! Close proximity to town was a plus! Cynthia was very kind to have the house ready a little early upon arrival off ferry due to rain. Clean and bright. Thanks Cynthia!

Wonderful house, plenty of linens and towels. Cynthia was quick to return phone calls and text messages. Big kitchen for gathering and nice outside patio. Plenty of water for all of us to shower. The outside shower was a nice bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

Memorial Day in Nantucket

Nice property with good location. Walking anywhere is easy but a tiny bit of a stretch downtown if you have luggage as at the beginning or end of the trip. We were a group of four and it was just perfect but I would suspect a group of 7 (the maximum designated) would have a difficult time because the setup might require five to use one bathroom. Overall very pleased with this rental.

Can walk to everything!

We loved staying here. I came with my 12 year old daughter and mother in law. The house is on the edge of town but was perfect walking distance to coffee shops, my favorite morning barre workout class and restaurants. We did not rent a car and we biked, walked, or took a taxi everywhere. The house was very clean with SUPER comfortable beds. The walk to town is about a half mile so for younger kids that could be too far but we enjoyed it every time and stopped and looked at all the flowers and enjoyed the pretty houses. Thank you!

Summer Vacation 2016

Our trip to Nantucket exceeded our expectations. The home was fully stocked with everything you need for beaching, dining and relaxing. We spent 9 nights and enjoyed dining out every other night. We tried Cru, Toppers (with boat service from the White Elephant), Met on Main and Millies. All were highly recommended and met/exceeded our expectations. We even had a star sighting while dining at Toppers. It is s very friendly island and our favorite beaches were Madeket and Surfside. We biked one day round trip to Scionset almost 15 miles. We enjoyed an afternoon tour and tasting at Cisco brewery. The home is located perfecting in town and very accessible to all major attractions.

5 Stars All Around - Great Home & Location

We stay in lots of short term rentals as we travel quite a but and this property was one of the tops. Cynthia was a great communicator. The home is beautiful and the location is great. The kitchen is nice and large. Beautiful bluestone floors. It has everything you need to cook at home. We usually do breakfast at home and eat out the rest of the time. The Stop and Shop is awesome and only a few minutes away by foot or bike. There is a Cumberland Farms convenience store not even a 1/2 block away. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed. We loved having a washer and dryer which is located in the basement. The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to downtown but also close to all the bike paths to the beaches etc. There was nothing we needed. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location

We stayed at this spacious, clean bungalow while visiting the island for a wedding. Cynthia was a very responsive organized hostess! All of the details were outlined prior to our arrival and everything was perfect. I noted one detail around the house that I thought she might like to know about - I emailed her and she was very grateful to know so she could correct it before her her next visitors arrived. It was a super minor issue but her quick response is what I am trying to impress. Easy walk to town. If you follow Orange Street into town just a short walk you will notice one more beautiful flower box after another. We rented a jeep for our stay because my husband wanted to drive the "official car" of the island but surely it was not required. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked and ready for a gourmet chef to prepare a meal. Sandwich shop, coffee shop and liquor store are a stones throw away with a new 7/11 coming soon. Hoping that Cynthia will have us back in September 2018 when the brides sister will be getting married.
